The thing that bothers me about these new Pokémons comming out is that thes screw up the order of the list. Evolutions aren't listed side by side anymore. They should have the guts to change the order when these new games come out.

I forgot Cruela, she's evil to.

Darth Vader, not very original, I know, but he's good at being bad. Ralph Mcquarrie knew what he was doing when he designed him, nazi samurai helmet, buldog face... James earl Jones his voice... Darth Maul was pretty good also, but didn't get enough screentime. Cell from Dragon Ball Z, I really like how he's designed aswell, the story behind it is also very good, as a kid, ling ago, I really enjoyed the DBZ episodes at that time. The Predator, he's not the typical villain, but he's just so very cool. But I don't like the new Joker, sorry, but he's overhiped. I only liked Jack Nicholson as the Joker.

Woohoo, it's only the third worse set , Like Aanchir says, it looks like clone brand. I have the feeling that the facts that this set has something new is the only argument people are interested in it and would probably buy it.

Robot Chicken was his thing, no way I can be as nasty with his jokes when he's working for George Lucas. Agreed we should give them the benefit of doubt, but still, the dangers of destroying the whole saga is getting bigger and bigger.

An interesting revieuw of Atack of the clones and good explenation why we don't need to know al what you just said. Notte be offensive, but what's next, a prequel of the prequel? Because we need to know were Jedi's come from, were Palpatine learned of the Dark Side... The prequel was only about Jedi action and money making.

Lego has never looked less Lego than this.

The Clone Wars can't get my full attention, I serriously doubt this new (I still want more money) plan will do goot to the Star Wars saga. So far Star Wars and humor were only a good match when it was a parody.

Very cool. The bazooka is very clever.

Different name in old 1991 Lego catalog
Bobskink replied to paanjang16's topic in General LEGO Discussion
It's normal that European and American names of toys differ. What is not normal is that in this case the American ones are considered as the "real" ones. Since Lego is from Europe. -
They look very good. I wouldn't apply that mush black, but that probably a mather of taste. Nice display BTW.

Nice work indeed, I'm currious to see the rest. (btw, the names are funny in Englisch) I am really holding my breath for the movie.

Seems they wer a litle bit to fat when they assembled the pictures. I see it with other peoples pictures aswell. But you wouldn't expect this from the company itself. Any idea when these will be available?

Down Hill Racing (mountain bike) CGI
Bobskink replied to iminifig's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Looks very good and profesional. I just don,'t like the black on the box. -
Is't it actualy a Bespin Han? I thought he was wearing a new vest.

I really thought that this would be a UCS ATAT. I don't really see the point in a new regular ATAT so soon. There's really nothing very new about it, even the minifigs. The baddies come straight from the Battle pack. I will pas and buy Han on Bricklink.

I don't get the nougat.

Doesn't sand orange already exists. edit, nope it's earth orange. Just checcked, all these oranges. I would call it why on earth another orrange.

Easy, Batman the animated series, they were so cool, that Film Noir atmosphere, very cool drawings by Bruce Timm and Shane Glines.
-
I really like this character, not because I like Luchadores or Wrestlers in particular, but just because Lego made a figure which really fits in what is currently in the media and is still considered cool. From all theose 24 minifigs, that one is the most unexpected (maybe with the Zombie) to be made by Lego itself.

I Need Help in making a hairpiece!
Bobskink replied to Modulex Guy's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Fo this kind of haircut I would use miliput, it's molding clay that gets hard after a while. I would recommend you do this really step by step. Start with for example 5 hairpieces which you don't need anymore, just a regular male hairpiece will do fine (5 final haircuts). Than ad on each of those hairpieces a few pieces of hair, the basic, bigest and important ones. Wait for they to get hard (yes, that might take a day, that's why it's godd to do 5 at one time) and when it's hard, you can ad more hairpieces. I think that working that will will give a better resullt at the end, because sculpting manga hair in one time is really difficult. You will always damage other parts of the hairpice when working on an other part. -
I also liked the names they invented, with the occasional inside joke.
