  1. Hi there Wondering if someone has already built this moc ? https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-55030/thomin/outland-tie-fighter-as-seen-on-the-mandalorian/#photos i would like to know its size vs 75211 thanks
  2. is the previous landspeeder better / more accurate ? plus, it doesn't have stickers at the front, but it is a bit difficult to find at a good price
  3. I would also love to see more greebling like Inthert's and it would be really really great btw, what's the percentage of pieces used from the official u-wing set to build up the ops version ? is it worth buying the official u-wing first ? I never wanted the u-wing in the first place, too white, too long, too big compared to other resistance ships, but the ops one really has something special
  4. Bespin Luke is now waiting me to order pieces to recreate the bespin duel without the anniversary plate
  5. Has anyone modded or changed the colors of Luke's landspeeder ? i am tempted by the set but this salmonish color is aweful
  6. https://www.brothers-brick.com/2020/11/19/more-lego-mandalorian-goodness-featuring-scene-from-tatooine-news/#more-263285 the bike is not so bad, to be modded later on, but still better than the MOCs seen so far
  7. Thanks for your feedbacks i will mod just the back of the Green one, indeed it is weird just behind the cockpit
  8. any plan to release the building instructions ?
  9. just got the 75248 a-wing and I am ogling at the 75175 I was wondering if instead of getting the 75175 I should buy a second 75248 and replace all the green parts by dark red instead ? or get the red one, a bit shorter and larger but has different minifigs ?
  10. Holy cow ! It's huge, no wonder why it took so long
  11. One brand new a-wing 75248 for a few euros so i couldn't resist
  12. I was wondering how big it is compared to the other ships ? (X-Wing / Y-Wing)
  13. Ok thanks it's somehow reassuring i guess i just have to replace those rubber bands by stronger ones, they seem very thin and weak
  14. I do. Are those rubber band losing their strength over time or when keeping them stretched for a long period ? After all, the set is 4 years old
  15. Hi, I was wondering if you also have the bottom wing falling down when the wings are not deployed ?
  16. Hi I'm not at home so I cannot make new pics right now, but based on the first picture I posted, each leg is attached to the body with 2 x Technic, Pin 3L with Friction Ridges Lengthwise (6558). You may remove the technic parts in light bluish grey as posted in last picture to get the legs closer to the body. Normally it should be strong and stable. I wish I had reinforced more the connection points between them, more than 2 points but there is no hole left to add an additional technic pin. Since I am just a newbie, I am hoping that someone more expert than me would find a better solution
  17. instead of putting a snowspeeder, is it large enough to slide a x-wing or y-wing under it ? or is it too low too ? I guess it could be enlarged in width and height ?
  18. amazing work ! so far the best exterior i've seen @mcphatty I can't wait to see you mod the interior
  19. oh nice work ! I don't have those tiles, so I made it simple using a radar i recovered from a Hoth set I love the 2 green tiles you put on the left
  20. yes it's there, but it's collapsing anyway I have to recheck the instruction manual to see what went wrong
  21. just got this ship, not the most popular, but definitely worth it it's a very nice one, way bigger than I imagined, especially according to the picture on the box I successfully modded the back to put a seat for the second fig with a radar screen(i will try to get a grey one) and 2 controllers
  22. Nice i am going to build it too. But it means i need a second snowspeeder because the one I have is out in battle against the AT-AT
  23. even before modding the engine, I already had the back/bottom falling down here is how it is now I tried to used a bar on a left side to hold the plate but alone, it's not strong enough
  24. I also have the back panels under the engine falling down :( Some help would be much appreciated if someone found a good fix
