Technics 40yr anniversary is ridiculous, so dont expect something great

I hope they'll not celebrate 60yr of Legos by re-releasing 10yr old sets. Pease no.

Probably 120€ to puchase in France to get this. Way too much for what it is. Again Lego is doing it totaly wrong when it comes to celebrate past and brand history.

This set is the opposite of a Lego supercar. No gearbox, no technical innovation, the absolute minimum of functions, tons of stickers. A hefty design with panels ... and emptiness, everywhere else. This is just another average and boring car, not a supercar

A lot of people seems to share your desires, to buy this car as a first Technic set since a long time. To dive or to re-dive into this theme. And I barely understand why, because technicaly speaking, this car is pretty poor, a 40€ set can do the same (steering, shocks, engine). About design its ok but not stellar (especially without stickaz), tire gaps are ridiculous. And finally it seems to be way overpriced for what it has to offer. Maybe your requirements are low, but for me this THE Not To By set of H1 wave (with the 42075), especially with a non-standard blue color . Maybe at -80%, ill consider purshasing it There are so many better sets on shelf to dive into the Technic line.

Porsche was a 2H (june) set, without-B model, and with a Lego exclusive availability. Its not the case for the Mack.
