  1. D11, cat will debut the new D11xe in a few weeks so I’m surprised they didn’t label it as that.
  2. Looks like a great build. Can’t wait for someone to find a way to use the spare space to fit a few more motors and hub in.
  3. Just openly commenting inside information for a un-released set on this forum would be seen as breaking confidentiality. Now promobricks is quoting Eric trax on their 42131 news
  4. Remember michal aka Eric has recently worked in collaboration with CADA so he’s probably not getting much love from lego atm.
  5. Since this is a legitimate leak and not a staged one most reviewers cannot reveal anything till lego gives permission. Hopefully we don’t have to wait till minexpo next month for a official reveal from lego and cat
  6. Using a 3rd person app was a solution to the suggestion that the cost of additional app development for this kit was why the price remained high whilst the amount of c+ equipment halted compared to 42100 for the same cost. I’m sure someone will be parting out 42131’s on BrickLink so the new track elements will be available
  7. I’m not mentioning power functions, keep all the intervals the same with powered up components but control it with a 3rd party app not the c+ lego app. the powered up app, Sbrick, BrickController2 and this new Pybricks can help control c+ sets when the standard app does not suit such as with Eric and m_longer’e pr776 dozer moc
  8. I’m not sure what mechanics you say need changing since we don’t actually know what’s inside 42131 or how it works yet.
  9. I’ll program it with sbrick’s app if I can get $200 cash back on rrp
  10. Considering 42114 is regularly sold for $210-240 AUD it’s going to be cheaper to buy that as a start and then get the missing parts for surely less than $500. Will be interesting to see when the details are revealed.
  11. Minexpo is in Las Vegas 13-15/09/2021 so it might even wait till then to be revealed by lego on the cat stand which is the complete opposite approach to the raptor and leaves it really late
  12. Does anyone know anything about this kit from winner brick, would really like to get hold of the instructions.
  13. Just finished a few small detail mods as well as doing effermans upgrade of the Centre joint and raising the hood by 1 stud and the yellow panels by 1/2 a stud.
  14. Hi mk technic creations, do you have any more progress pics and info on this moc, I would really like to build this quadtrac. Do you think control+ motors and hubs would be suitable?
  15. Ok, thanks. I go back to work on Monday so with any luck I’ll at least get a start.
  16. Another week gone, any closer to seeing the instructions efferman?
  17. Thanks very much for the info, I don’t need anything amazing just something I can see enough to follow and do the boom then maybe do the rest of the rebuild once the final instructions are done.
  18. It’s because they bypass to relieve pressure to get the rams to move back in quicker
  19. The original set is $750aud, I’m not in Europe. The 9800 is only in backhoe config here in Australia and it’s what I’ve used so it’s what I want to replicate.
  20. Efferman i just have seen you work your butt off to get everything done really well and at such a great pace and now everything has come to a full stop. This is the best thing ive ever seen in LEGO and can’t wait to build this moc
  21. Can’t pay him for his instructions till they are on custombricks. I did buy his bucket from shapeways. Instructions Are on top of the money already spent on the kit, bucket and extra parts so that’s $1200+ aud
  22. The steps where done weeks ago way before Xmas, efferman made it sound like it was custombricks holding things up. All up I’ve got $1200 spent to make this moc that I can’t start so yes I’m getting a little tired of waiting
