  1. Yay! That's a really good thing, now that we are above such forums as FBTB and BZP (although this may be because they are specialised). Good job everyone for making such a great board!
  2. My Inika have been sent, so I should get them during the week.
  3. Yes, for most of us lucky Europeans we'll be able to get these new exciting sets from July 7th. LEGO SHOP@HOME I've placed my order, have you?
  4. This is long gone, so I'll make it as accurate as I can remember. Buy V14gr4!
  5. You wer correct on one of your predictions Sarg, but what about the film?
  6. Check out the rest of his Flickr for a kickass Warthog (from the same base as mine, apparently, but built way before) and a lovely Ghost.
  7. I think you did a great job on the shape of the thing, if not the scale. I do appreciate how hard it is to make this vehicle (I've failed in the past myself!) and I think it's a very interesting way of constructing it.
  8. I've seen that advert as well, and I thought it was brilliant. It's obvious that the film will borrow the idea, and it is highly likely that they'll improve the graphics, as it is a high budget movie. I'm looking forward to it!
  9. The Australia vs Brazil was a cracking match. A real shame the players of oz let that goal in so late.
  10. Happy Birthday! I hope you got to pull some arms out of their sockets!
  11. It's not definate. But it could be.
  12. Yes! Thanks alot guys. Delta Viking no longer really applied... but I'm not much of an expert compared to some, though... Anyways, I reckon I'll be getting this game on a console this time. I want to see how it on there compared to on the PC.
  13. The Blue headed alien is an offshoot of the Neimoidians. They are called Duros.
  14. I voted for Joe. Robot chicks are hard to resist. I know. :-P
  15. This is absolutely freaking cool. I had no idea the set could be made into such models, and what wonderful models they are! Make sure you keep building alternates. You have a brilliant gift for it! *sweet*
  16. I had read that his models have been featured in numerious forms of the media, yes. Lucky him! I've decided I'll try and make a Scorpion tank next. Should be cool, and if I fail I can always remake a new Pelican. Shouldn't be too hard.
  17. Sorry for the DP, needed to draw attention to the thread. I used the part number Tilius posted, and now I have a complete Meca One. Very happy. The letter stated that although the set had 'passed' the review stage, they are now goingto package the legs in all further Striking Venom sets. Hooray!
  18. Ah, but then they'd have to put in some of the, uh, questionable images of women he had under the dome too. so perhaps not a great idea... :-P I voted for the med-droid. Very detailed.
  19. Absolutely awesome. It's incredible what detail you can pack into such a small model. One of your best, certainly.
  20. Mine is just sitting in my living room, modified. I tend to keep things out if I don't have another place to put them.
  21. I'm gonna put 2 and 2 together here. We're all fans of LEGO, right? And we've got a thread about what to do when you don't want to watch the footie? Build LEGO. Alternatively, go to the cinema while your home team is playing. It will be like a ghost town, as I'm sure JoeMI6 will confirm as we went to X-3 on Saturday afternoon.
  22. They are the only shop who does Dino 2010 in the UK, though, so it kinda ballances out.
  23. HALO: LEGO EVOLVED brought to you by Lord Thrawn. First we have the M12 LRV. Sarge calls it "the Warthog" because it's easier to say than m12 LRV in a hurry. I would have made the dark grey bits green, but I was missing 2 of the bits on the bonnet so I had to make it grey. Looks pretty spiff anyway. Those are my Marines inside by the way. The main body of this beast was made by another builder, as credited in the gallery below. I added my own personal touches, of course. Warthog V Hunter. Who will win? Warthog 0. Hunter 1. The amazing gallery when public. Next, I present the Ghost. Some say if you can't build it purple, don't build it at all. I say bah. Here's everyone's favourite hovering motorbike. Master Chief enjoys the craftsmanship. The fantastic gallery when moderated. Finally, I'd like to show you a Hunter. I know, I know, they come in pairs. Unfortunately I don't have the parts to make 2, so I made one. Either that means his partner has been killed and is very angry or he's lost. Go figure. Thanks to Saber Scorpion for the grand instructions. Presenting himself for a Pistol shot. The entire great gallery when its made public. I leave you with this. FINISH THE FIGHT. 2007.
  24. Well done Joe!
  25. England makes a win via an own goal. Otherwise a boring match. Good news is, Sweden drew. So we have a good chance.
