  1. Thanks! I hope to fly it again some day ... sooner than later. The dark red wood grain are custom printed Lego pieces I designed and printed myself ... as well as the diamond plate decking, speedometer, star disc, backlit computer screens, and latin writing on the tail fin. 2. I originally planned to build a cliff side dock with a building on top, but this project got put on the back burner indefinitely because of cost and availability of helium. All my MOC building has been concentrated on my coal train facility.
  3. This is the kind of locomotive you build when you run out of wheels. Fantasy Train by Terry Akuna, on Flickr Fantasy Train by Terry Akuna, on Flickr Fantasy Train by Terry Akuna, on Flickr
  4. Cloudship 1 Fully functional and remote controlled Lego airship that can actually fly. As far as I know it's the first and only one in the world. CloudShip1_008_Bonahoom by Terry Akuna, on Flickr
  5. Here are the first MOC locomotives I have ever built. Engines 1901, 1902, 1903, and 8969. No. 1904 is still under construction. They are specifically used with my coal train facility. 6. I think I got it ... Thanks .... didn't realize I could paste the URL or BB code where I write.
  7. Use a technic axle and brick with + axle hole.
  8. Ug! I'm sorry ... I'm new to eurobricks site and not familiar on how to post everything here. There are a lot of large photos posted on my Flickr and Facebook page.
  9. Functional Ramp and Autorack which can fit up to 6 Speed Champion cars. 65x10 Studs. Autorack_And_Ramp_06 by Terry Akuna, on FlickrAutorack_And_Ramp_01 by Terry Akuna, on Flickr
  10. The Rotary Dump has 2 PF switches and 3 motors .... a servo and switch for the clamps, XL motor with "bang" switch for rotation, and one XL motor and for feeder conveyor. All the lighting is from Brick Loot. Positioning the cars can be done two different ways. Using the locomotives or you can disconnect the engines and use a cable driven "Car Indexer/Positioner" which is fully PF motorized.
  11. Thank! Much appreciated. I read the new members page ... but you still might need to clean up after me on occasion until I get the full swing of this place. The roller coaster track was the key to making the whole thing work. Nothing else was large enough to allow an 8-9 wide train pass through while all the cars are coupled together. I posted a video of it's operation on Youtube, Flickr, and my Facebook page. I posted a video of it's operation on Youtube, Flickr, and my Facebook page. You spy correctly .... that is a loading facility .... which can fill at least 10 cars nonstop. I also just recently built a "Circular Stacker Reclaimer" to stockpile the coal.
