  1. I wonder when we're gonna hear about next year's D2C. I doubt it's a modular building given that DC is getting one with Arkham next year (apparently) and other reasons stated in this thread. The next Marvel modular I feel like will be in 2026, either being Avengers Mansion or Oscorp.
  2. I know I already have mentioned a potential Green Lantern mech for 2026 (When the HBO show is set to premiere), but do you all think we could get a LEGO Supergirl Mech for 2026? (since Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow comes out in 2026) It would be pretty interesting to have 2 DC mechs and 1 Marvel mech for 2026. I feel like instead of doing direct tie ins for now, LEGO views making Mechs based on the comics that a DCU adaptation is based on as a safer option (assuming we aren't getting any Gunn Superman sets next year) Also, IDK who the second figure would be in a Supergirl mech. Maybe Krypto? I said this when I brought up the Green Lantern Mech Idea but I imagine the Green Lantern mech would have Hal and John.
  3. Iron Man and Black Panther vs Red Hulk Set Image is out. It looks ok but I'm not getting it. Overall, this wave is really being carried by the ATSV set and the Iron Man mech. Also, Which set do you all think I should save towards? The X-Mansion or the upcoming Civil War Battle set? I know that seems like a no brainer, but I never got the OG 2016 Civil War Battle (even though I had the other 3 CW sets from 2016)
  4. That's defiantly fair. when there's 1 good set, I try to hang on to that positive even if the rest of the sets don't wow me. Sorry if I came across as a bit too "WHY DON'T YOU LIKE THIS SET ME AND MOST PEOPLE LIKE?", I just was trying to be more "Hey, not all of it's bad" if that makes sense. I'm more of a half full glass guy but I'm glad to hear you at least like 76311. And yeah, it's not perfect but IMO it's still a good set and the best of a mid bunch. Plus the ATSV set, but I know that price is a hard pill to swallow. Luckily I've been saving discount points on Insiders for this specific set. And hey, at least the theme isn't DC level yet (low bar but still, I try to be a bit positive)
  5. In 1978, you believed a man could fly.. In January 2025, you'll believe a set can fly (off the shelves) Yeah, that's a good point. However, The Spider Verse movies are HUGELY popular with certain demographics that lap with the LEGO target audience and I think there are more fans that will buy that set ASAP than the X-Jet since the SV movies have more of a.. fanbase, I guess the word is? But I could defiantly see it having a tepid opening but grow in sales as the price goes down over the months. POTENTIAL HOT TAKE but I can't help but share it. If I get mauled for this so be it but Time has passed: > Doesn't mean The Bat-Pod/Construction Figure is a PERFECT set, but it's far better looking IMO than the 2025 Tumbler and arguably better Representation of TDK trilogy on a Display shelf.
  6. The Superman Mech and 4+ set look a lot better and seem more worth the $$$ than the "upgraded" Minifig scale Tumbler. Imagine telling someone this 4 years ago. I feel like the ATSV set and Superman Mech are going to break LEGO.com on Jan 1st. I can't picture any other sets from any other theme (even Star Wars and the biggest draw from that Winter wave is Ashoka's Interceptor) except those 2 having the most demand come January 2025.
  7. Yeah.. that figure is just . Good thing I'm just gonna put him in the quinjet so he isn't displayed or anything haha, That's fair. I just was kinda perplexed on why @lego_guyon02 was acting like Death was knocking on the LEGO Marvel theme's door when the ATSV set is part of this upcoming wave, as pretty much the majority of us have praised the set even though it's insanely priced. I guess I sometimes separate the prices from the sets but yeah, you make a point how it's a crucial part of a set. At least the set has the Spot and good builds (and a good Jefferson Davis even though I don't think he has exclusive pieces). I think the CMF and the 76311 set are going to look killer on Display together (assuming the CMF is good, which I hope).
  8. What about the Spot, Miles from this set, Ultron, Gambit, Bishop, Iceman, NWH Lizard, etc? There are a bunch of good figures that we've had if you are much more positive :) Yes, some figures we've gotten have sucked, but I just don't understand why you are acting like "the sky is falling!". I feel like that's gonna be the pattern from now on. I wonder when we're going to get Summer 2025 leaks. Probably before the year ends? Here's hoping next summer we ACTUALLY get an Sentinel set and Civil War DLC set, and that BS Gambit guy who made up those rumors just happened to be lucky.
  9. My thoughts on the wave: The ATSV set is really carrying this wave. Even though that set has minor problems, it still is a great set and I’m glad we’re getting an 100% official Spider Verse set. Civil War set looks decent. I didn’t pick up the original so maybe that’s why I’m a bit easier on it than most. I’ll pick it up but only with points for a discount. The rest of the wave I don’t care for that much. I already have the 2020 Iron Man mech and the other sets are same old same old from Marvel for the last few years. The Marvel Logo set looks bad. It’s gonna hit hard on the clearance shelf. I agree. The only sets I’m getting are ATSV and Civil War (on discount). At least the Iron Man is coming in a cheaper Hall of Armor (even though that set is expensive too). It’s very weird but I can’t imagine how myself 10 years ago would hear from myself today that there are going to be Marvel sets that I am going to purposely skip.
  10. Do you.. at least like the ATSV set? That’s like the one set that most people like from this wave (the Iron Man mech too). IDK I feel like you’re being too negative when there’s clearly a set or two (like the ATSV set) that a lot of people think looks pretty good (despite the price). I feel like you clearly don’t like the Soider Verse set. You’re being over dramatic. Like, there’s legit problems with this wave, but I feel like you glance over the positives (like the Spider Verse set regardless of its price, the Spot and comic Ultron figures, etc) just so you can stay negative. Not trying to be rude! Just wanting you to not be so negative. :) Like, people who list negatives also list positives they have with the wave. You didn’t even praise the one set most people like from this wave (76311), instead you were radio silent.
  11. Impressive, Very nice. Actually, you don't have to give me any accessories except for maybe a camera. The crimes get noticed for a reason
  12. Plot Twist: We DO get Thunderbolts sets but they’re 3 buildable construction figures (US Agent, Ghost, and Taskmaster). Yeah I’m thinking we’ll get Nightcrawler, Jubilee, Morph, Death, Wiccan, and God Loki in the CMF. And for rep from the new shows it will be Ironheart, Wonder Man, and one of Spidey’s many suits from Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.
  13. They can't keep getting away with it!!
  14. He even got the set number wrong Idk about anyone else here but I was like 50/50 on if he was legit initially, but what honestly confirmed to me that he was full of baloney was that he said LEGO was Making Harry Potter Mechs next year.. I know we clown on LEGO for doing dumb ideas, but to give them some credit, they aren't THAT dumb.
  15. A "X" Shaped Shadowbox showcasing a huge Danger Room COULD go hard. If done well.
  16. Maybe a Gunn Superman set is a retail exclusive set? I know retail exclusive sets could be exempt from some set listings since they're obviously retail exclusives. But I'm trusting someone from WB/DC marketing over Brick Reporter TBH. Anyways, since Other people are doing this, here are my guesses for the figure list for the Arkham set: Batman (reuse), Harley Quinn (reuse), Mr. Freeze (reuse from the 2024 Batmobile), Commissioner Gordon, Joker (prison outfit), Two Face, Poison Ivy (prison outfit), Arkham Officer #1, Arkham Officer #2, Clayface, Batgirl That would make 11 minifigures, which is technically over 10 lmao.
  17. When the LEGO Arkham News pretty much confirms the Gambit Guy was making BS: But that means the Sentinel Standalone set they "reported" on is likely fake/won't happen:
  18. I felt like asking this in the thread because in the New Cap construction figure reviews from both Minisuperheroestoday and Ashnflash, they both give some interesting tidbits on the sales of the Construction figures. Minisuperheroestoday says he hears that they sell well with kids Ashnflash says they constantly warm shelves (has video proof and he's said this countless times) Do you all think both can be true? I commented on Ashnflash's video what Jonathan (minisuperheroestoday's real name) heard but Ashnflash indicates he still stands his ground. It's just really interesting they both are the biggest advocates in the LEGO Superheroes community yet they hear different things about the sales of these figures.
  19. I feel like the Marvel CMF 3 will likely be: 1. Spider-Man (from Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man) 2. Doctor Strange (from Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man) 3. Daredevil (from Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man) 4. God Loki 5. Wiccan 6. Rio Vidal aka Death 7. Ironheart 8. Wonder Man 9. Jubilee 10. Nightcrawler 11. A What If Season 3 character 12. Sentry (since Thunderbolts is Likely not getting sets and IDK if the rule is where it’s only Marvel D+ Content that can be CMFS, so some Thunderbolts rep would be cool to see in the CMF ) So A perfect mix/balance of live action and animation IMO.
  20. Hey I'm sorry to interrupt this forum's aslume but I'd like to know something. Would anyone in this forum recommend the Batman Construction Figure with the Bat Pod set (76273)? I'm thinking about asking it for Christmas if any of my loved ones need any ideas. These Construction Figures are VERY hit or miss with me, and the Batman Construction Figures are OK in my book. But I really like the build of the Bat-Pod and think it would look awesome on display next to my 2021 UCS Tumbler. So is the set worth getting? Thank you for your all hard work in this aslume, It's never a bore reading this forum
  21. So with this Week's MCU Blade reboot news (I really don't know if that film is ever gonna see the light of day tbh), how likely is it that the figure we got in the Bugle is the only Blade minifigure we'll ever get? IDK what other people in the thread thought of the Blade figure from the Bugle but I liked it. Simple yet effective and I'd be fine if it was the only Blade figure we got TBH.
  22. That Gambit Guy on Insta is gonna see this and use this as a "leak" lmao. This just occurred to me but with Lanterns coming out for Max in 2026, do we think it's possible we could get a Green Lantern Mech in 2026 (either for Hal or John) as an unofficial tie in?
  23. No Surprise that the Iron Man Mech looks pretty good, continuing the tradition with how the Iron Man based mechs (the War Machine Mech and the 2020 Iron Mech) are the only great LEGO Marvel $10-$15 mech sets, which is fitting given Iron Man and War Machine are like the only characters where a mech makes sense so of course their mechs look decent. Also, this seems to be a Hot Take but am I the only one here that thinks the Civil War Set next year looks decent? We need to see more images but I like what I'm seeing from the one image we have so far. It doesn't look perfect, but it looks like it would be a fine set to get on discount.
  24. Fair Point, I guess I just assumed that the X-Mansion would always sell well because X-Men is more iconic and beloved than the Fantastic Four. Like, the biggest hits the F4 has ever had by themselves so far are the 2000s movies, which isn't saying much (even though I grew up with those movies and enjoyed a certain cameo in a somewhat recent movie) So I just always imagined a Baxter Building would only cater to a niche group of buyers since the F4 were never as huge as The Avengers, Spidey (duh), X-Men or even the Guardians.
  25. Theory: Turtle aka Riddler and The Gambit "Leaker" are the same. This Gambit leaker came by out of nowhere and recently after that, somehow Turtle returned. Maybe to distract us from the educated wishes his leaks are for next year?
