  1. I'd definitely look at the zoo transporter. That one seems like an amazing addition to anyone's vehicle collection.
  2. I have to agree with the last part especially. I love great vehicles. Whoever came up with that one deserves a metal. I've been contributing to ideas about those a lot recently.
  3. That too. Since My City is a thing now. I'm also hoping for a post office.
  4. I had the 2011, 2014, 2017 and 2020. I wanted the 2005 and 2008, but I was late.
  5. That one was my favorite. I had that one, but I stripped it for parts once I got the 2020. I regret it now. LOL
  6. My hope is a cross between the 2008 and 2014. Though I doubt that'll come with an easy price tag.
  7. That's been mentioned a lot on here. I think that bus might be a future set too.
  8. Coincidence most definitely. Though it probably shouldn't be given that Friends is basically City for girls. While I understand why they may be separated, I would propose a merger since we are living in a time where almost every toy company is trying to be gender neutral.
  9. @DBlegonerd7 Great farming ideas. Just like the farming subtheme, here are my ideas for public transit. Ones that are most likely are in bold. 1.) A bike sharing service like the ones you'd see in DC and other metropolises. 2.) A small taxi station that includes a wash, small repair bay and refueling area 3.) A repair shop for transit vehicles which could include a service truck. 4.) A self driving bus set with some frantic spectators and passengers. The bus is going rogue in this set. 5.) An electric bus set with a recharging station 6.) A coach bus service set with some trees and sightseers. 7.) An uptown bus set with a bendy bus. Piece count would probably be similar to the downtown fire brigade set from 2019. 8.) A local passenger service set with a regular sized diesel powered bus set. 9.) A short line service set with a mini transit bus. 10.) A shuttle/paratransit service set with a small shuttle bus and a handicapped passenger. 11.) As the base set, a transit terminal that's basically the 7997 train station with a road baseplate with bus stop on the other side. 12.) A commuter train 13.) A transit workers committee people pack. 14.) A 4+ set that's pre school version of set number 8.
  10. Strangely enough, I think City is actually trying to do something like that. If you check out the auto transport, you'll see that it comes with an orange convertible that seems to resemble a '55 Thunderbird.
  11. Another Great Vehicle I hope we get is a heavy duty tow truck that is owned by Octan. Perhaps as a nod to the tow truck in this set.
  12. Meaning that there is a possibility that more Great Vehicles will be revealed? Thanks!
  13. Why do you always insist on being a jerk dude? See this is where I stop talking to you. You always have to cheat yourself out of a good discussion. When I said space station, I meant the base set with the launch pad.
  14. Like I said, it's always annoyed me that they called it City. Yet it was dominated by action that took place outside of the city as opposed to action within. I'd call releasing police and fire sets in small waves as they see fit instead of large waves that take place in a fixed location is a step in the right direction. Cities have Stunt rallies too. The space station is also in the city.
  15. Funny that's always been something that I was annoyed by just due to the name of the theme and all. I guess we'd have to agree to disagree.
  16. The show is centered around the cops and Fire brigade. That's prolly why.
  17. I think LEGO is trying to make their most popular theme cater to all audiences. The police and fire waves seems kinda small recently. So obviously both topics are tied when it comes to sales. Thats prolly why they are no diverse environments now. That may have just been a system used in the 2010s. 2020 may be a new age for City. Plus the show is centered around the cops and firefighters.
  18. He forgot Great Vehicles - still mad there is no bus in that subtheme.
  19. Awe man! Buses never make it to Great Vehicles.
  20. I think there will only be a handful of sets that I'd be interested in this year. No fair. Buses barely get any love. The one chance to squeeze a city bus in Great Vehicles and they choose to fill it with haulers and planes like they do every year. Don't we get enough of those.
  21. What dude. I just started a topic on this. Guess I'll have to remove mine.
