  1. Oh! Definitely the school. The police station, fire station and hospital are also on my list. But I've kinda seen those before in City with police stations being the one I've seen the most.
  2. As a person who is autistic (ASD or aspergers to be specific), acting and role-playing was something I've loved to do since I was a child. Lego sets, especially town related ones, make it easy to talk to myself without looking weird.
  3. Do you mean as in seeing what they look like or looking forward to buying?
  4. I don't speak for all kids. But when I was a kid, the minifigs were what attracted me the most as I loved to roleplay. But similar to what you said though, I don't speak for ALL kids and also kids are way different nowadays than they were back when we were children - thus why we see a lot of changes to sets and themes. Children weren't as critical back then as they are now.
  5. Oh yeah! Forgot I even had that one.
  6. Ouch dude! Them stunt sets are SELLING. I'm trying to collect all of the standalone bikes. So far, I only have the rocket stunt bike.
  7. They should be! My insider tells me that 2022 is gonna be a great year.
  8. That mobile crane looks awesome. It's definately on my list.
  9. You never know. That may be what the new police car is.
  10. So they've got Space minifigs leaked, but not any leaks for Winter 2022?
  11. IKR!!!!! As I said before, Lego has enough action related themes to make them money. City should be about what it's name suggests and make at least 50% of its theme about town planning - like it will do in 2022.
  12. I hope it's actually interesting this time around.
  13. So.......no updates yet I see! Well to bring this thread out of a comma, I do wonder if City is going back to the four stud wide system for their vehicles. If so, it would make sense given the new road system.
  14. There was a description. It is said to include a school bus. Unfortunately I can't find it so you'll have to believe me. An insider of mine also said there will be one. Well! There ya go bro! @DBlegonerd7! Given the piece count of the police car, I wonder if City plans to revert back to four stud wide vehicles. The car included with the family home (which looks more like an apartment building than a house) was a four stud wide. So was the car from the city center. I wonder if those were Easter eggs to a potential revision to the four stud wide system. It definitely works better with the new road plate system than the six stud wide vehicles.
  15. Yeah! Thats because the main characters are cops and firemen. So that subtheme will be about them. Great Vehicles and Town are also merged too. It's all called My City now. I think it's a great idea to do that. Makes room for new subthemes. YIPEE!!!! I don't speak for anyone else. But I love those road plates. I hope they make a parking lot with handicapped spaces. That would be something I'd buy. My other hope is that another wave of My City sets comes in the summer. Chance for a supermarket anyone?
  16. I can't believe I never figured this one out. But according to Pickle Bricks, the police and fire subthemes are merged now. Its called Police and Fire now. That actually makes sense given that both subthemes only release a handful of sets every year. This year is supposed to have some rather interesting ones such as the ice cream van chase and the bank robbery, I hope the latter is compatible with road plates. I wonder if the police station, fire department and hospital will have a road plate. I know the school will. https://www.picklebricks.com/post/lego-city-sets-coming-in-2022
  17. Wannabe by The Spice Girls. I've been obsessed with that song recently.
  18. The Park and Beach Post are two different sets I thought. I thought those were going to be sold alongside the school and hospital.
  19. Well guys! Guess what? I got the Rocket Racer stunt bike.
  20. Looks like I'm going to have to wait until I can make time to search Bricklink or go to an actual Lego store. Ebay wants too much for them, the official website has them out of stock, I haven't seen any at my local department store.
  21. I wonder why Lego can't just put them in bags. Like make them non motorized polybags. That's actually what I thought the deal for the separate bikes was going to be before I saw the prices.
  22. So I finally got Lego City 60291 today! Plan to build it later.
  23. Good thing I got those before they ended production.
