I wouldn't mind one of those to be honest, but considering that trains can already be converted into dummy locomotives with no motors - Lego probably thinks that idea would be pretty pointless. Its likely that they have already thought of doing that. The downtown tram is somewhat of a dummy train as its one that you push along. Ooooooh how I wish we could go back to that era where we had an entire theme of trains equipment (i.e. standalone stations, train cars, rails, sheds and even engines). The My Own Train theme was shortlived, but I tell you, that theme will be missed. As far as the 2022 passenger train is concerned, I'm there with you.

REVIEW: 60460 No Limits: Race Car Ramp Track

I think what surprised me the most is the fact that they even bothered to include buildable road plates in this set. This is just what I needed to assure me that buildable roadplates are not finished just yet. -
Whoa now! Don't get me started. This literally one of the best MOCs I have ever seen in my life. Good Job!

I actually love the idea of a new police off-road chase set. But I don't really care for the way the police van looks. I would've used a police monster truck like the ones used in the old mountain police sets with the net shooters and all. Those were cool. I also love the new splashers they have been using for the vehicles lately. But can we get a normal looking police cruiser like the ones from 2019 and 2022?

That's cool

I think that would be a marvelous idea.

Unpopular Opinions about LEGO
Driver Brandon Grumman replied to Lego David's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I don't care for the current ambulance designs either because imo, they're too close to the color schemes used for British ambulances and it just doesn't give off ambualance vibes to me. I also prefer the older style used on ambulances as it feels more appropriate and geared to more universal side as opposed to it being country-specific. The suits of the paramedics from 2018 also show that as well. I also like the special yellow/red color scheme they used for the mountain-based paramedics that were 60179 and 60203. Those were good too! Here's hope that they go back to it. At least for an anniversay thingy. Btw, something else you mentioned was that the color scheme of the old design was close to colors we see here in the US. Allow me to make a slight correction; the old design was based off of the universal-European look actually. An example of that design can be seen in the picture of the ambulance above. -
I love the way this train station looks. The details get me so excited, especially the way that platform looks.

Yeah! For me, because I am a car/racing enthusiast, the only sets I plan to buy this year are the F1 sets - simply for the cars though. Unfortunately the space, exploration and outdoors style sets are the ones that cause the most controversy as they feel as though the sets don't belong in a town-related theme. However, reading in between the lines, City is more about exciting careers that are either hard to achieve in real life or that you don't get to see by simply walking outside your door and the explorers sets still hold to that. I think if anything, the explorers sets actually helped the City theme to evolve. Clearly, they sell way better than police sets, thus the lack of them recently. So much so that perhaps I think they may deserve their own theme.........

60458 to 60464 are soap box dirby sets, the 4+ tractor with trailer, this year's remix set, the 4+ fire truck and the Williams/Haas F1 racing duo. 60472 and 60474 are the scrapyard and the VCarb/Sauber F1 car duel. So the only numbers missing are 60471 and 60473, which I doubt are anything special. I think this is the final list.

Sooooo! Remember the F1 set I told you guys was missing on the site? Welll...... it is rumored to not be released until March. So......for us AFOLs who had that set at top priority (myself included), we'll have to wait a bit. But its worth it. At least we know that the set HAS to come out as its already been confirmed by clear images and official box art. https://www.brickfanatics.com/lego-city-formula-1-set-missing-from-2025/
