  1. Would you agree that generic automobiles from the City theme should stay four stud wide?
  2. 8 stud wide for minifig scale road vehicles? That's an atrocity. I think it should've stayed six stud wide.
  3. Sets Ideas based on LEGO City Adventures Mattress Store Combustible Liquid Store Mayor Freck's Office
  4. I can't believe people on the Eurobricks forum actually defend the atrocities committed by Lego.
  5. OMG! A butchers truck is a wonderful idea. chicken wings and barbecue. How bout some hamburgers and hotdogs to complement that.
  6. I remember a lot of the humans. I remember Allen, Bob, Gordon, Luis, Maria and Susan. I also remember Miles and Gabby.
  7. Thanx! I hope you obtain one too.
  8. @OwenMistika Consider the fact that children love to save lives. I'm surprised that ambulances don't get the popularity that they deserve. The only release like one or two every other year. I was also disappointed that the hazmat squad didn't get any fame with this year's fire wave.
  9. @Faefrost The only police sets I like are the ones that come out every three years. ....and thank you. I'm glad you liked the modular bus terminal idea. I would definitely take a look if a Greyhound bus was included.
  10. I simply went off of what someone else had said. I couldn't even understand what the men in the video were trying to say.
  11. That's what I basically said. World City is City's predecessor. Ikr. The coast guard bases given by Town Jr and City are much better looking and well thought out than that one.
  12. Just picked up my 60228 Deep Space Rocket and Launch Control set today. Unfortunately I can't take a picture because of that stupid thing for uploading pictures.
  13. Well it's a good thing that modulars will continue. I was never really into them. But just in case I get an interest ya know.
  14. I think Lego actually has been taking influence from Playmobil recently. You can clearly tell with some of the recent City sets that influence from Playmobil's City Life life was used.
  15. Don't have that one. I prefer four stud wide for civilian vehicles. As for the race cars, if they had body of the F1 car from set 60025 and similar color schemes to the cars in sets 6335, 6337 and 6546, it could work. Just update the bodies to today's standards.
  16. Sports car you mean? That wasn't even near as big as speed champions cars. ...and as far as them being "primative".... I said they were based off of them. Like as in....the colors. Not the design in general.
  17. @Lego David World City is City's predecessor. Not a subtheme..
  18. Who in the world of bricks suggested a Sesame Street without Big Bird??? If anything, Big Bird should be one of the main muppets involved in this set. Big Bird was one of the fellas that helped sunny days to stay sunny on Sesame Street. Also, where is Oscar's trashcan? Sidenote: I wonder if they're going to make Hooper's Store and the Fix-It Shop.
  19. Idea for great vehicles 60300 Heavy Duty Tow Truck (est. $12.99) - based off of the tow truck the came with the 6472 Gas N Wash Express set. 60301 F1 Race Car Pack (est. $10.99) - based off of the formula 1 race cars that were involved in the 6335 Indy Transport and 6397 Fast Track Finish. The colors and numbers are as followed; black car - 1, yellow car - 2, red car - 3, white car - 4, blue car - 5, green car - 6. 60302 Hot Rod (est. $9.99) - based on the 6538 Rebel Roadster from 1994. 60304 TV Chopper (est. $19.99) 60305 Limo (est. $9.99) 60306 Telephone Repair Truck (est. $15.99) - based on the 6422 Telephone Repair set. 60307 Bank Truck (est. $19.99) 60308 Coffee Truck (est. $19.99) 60309 Lego Delivery Truck (est. $12.99) 60310 School Bus (est. $14.99)
  20. I hope they do some classic building reboots under City. Like the 6362 Post Office or the 379-1 Bus Station. We kinda got a revival back in 2017 of the latter, but I would like a ticket booth or something with it this time. I wonder if classic town ever had a grocery store!
  21. Well.....Lego is a European company. So I can see why they'd complain. But like you said.......American-style school buses should be at least familiar enough to them because of the media. However, I do think they should make the look region neutral like the other Great Vehicles that have been released over the years so that complaints won't ensue. I recommended a look based on those Thomas Vista buses from the mid 90s.
