  4. You can program the NXT brick using the EV3 software for the Mac or PC. The EV3 software for the Chromebook, iPad or Android Tablet won't work. Perhaps this video playlist will be helpful.

  10. LIONDANC3 EV3 version of the lion dance puppet that is commonly seen during Chinese New Year. Wikipedia has a good article on it (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lion_dance). You can build this with the parts from the LEGO Mindstorms Home set 31313. You will need to build the first part of DINOR3X first (the walking base).The original program for DINOR3X was used for this, with some modification to the code that animates the mouth.   11. As mentioned by others, the EV3 or Boost bricks are probably too big. However you can build a Wall-E (ish) robot using the parts in the 31313 set. https://www.lego.com/en-us/mindstorms/build-a-robot/kraz3 I'm pretty sure you can use the batman/train hub in place of the AAA battery box in the example shown below. http://www.moc-pages.com/moc.php/437782
