I’ll be surprised if Cinderella doesn’t make her way to us in a set this year. Perhaps one of the smaller unknown Disney sets ends up being a more formal carriage set than the previous mini doll versions. Not sure how else she’d get incorporated into a set (outside of another Disney world castle). The fact that the 4+ train parade set was released makes me wonder if they realize the possibilities for bigger parade sets. Would be a great way to get a great variety of characters, especially those missed in the CMF but not full set worthy

Good point! I keep forgetting that minifig is floating around out there without a definite set. I guess if I had to bet I’d say it’s some type of a castle set. But I feel like the haunted mansion has to get a set some time in the near future. I like the monorail idea. For me there’s a few easy “attraction” choices that would fly off shelves: haunted mansion, tower of terror, spaceship earth and space mountain. AND PIRATES

Agreed. In thinking back to the 4800 piece D2C set, besides a castle or castle/Main Street set, what else could it realistically be?? With the mini “parade” style train 4+ set, could we maybe be getting a much larger parade set? The haunted mansion also comes to mind with the general cult following for the attraction itself, along with the new movie coming out. Plus they clearly already understand there’s a desire for it with LEGO releasing the microscale version.

I actually wouldn’t be too surprised if we did. Those 4 leaked sets wouldn’t necessarily need to fall under the 100 Years of Wonder celebration/theming. In fact Donald & Simba would fit better to be themed similar to the way the buildable Mickey/Minnie were. The Snow White cottage and Maleficent battle would really be the only 2 that’d make sense to fall under the 100th theme.

Oh I don’t disagree BUT they will have no problem selling the set with Disney enthusiasts and all the LEGO fans who missed out on the initial castle. Keep in mind it has gone through a pretty substantial makeover with the new colors. It’s just hard to see how the Disneyland castle can have a ~25% larger piece count. And it would allow for Cinderella to be addressed (and be exclusive) agreed, that would really be the only way I could see the Disneyland castle having such a higher piece count. I’d love to get a partial Main Street build

I guess the knee jerk reaction is to assume that the 4800+ piece set is the Disneyland (sleeping beauty) castle but that’d put it almost 1000 pieces larger than the Disney World (Cinderella) castle which would seem odd due to the drastic real-life size difference between the 2. could it be they do a “new” Disney World castle and include Cinderella this time?

More park sets x2…they wouldn’t be able to keep them on the shelves. Still holding out hope we get a haunted mansion set soon since we got the micro build. Hitchhiking ghosts and hatbox ghost minifigure As for the most recent 3 CMFs leaked. A bit disappointed in the execution but that’s just me being picky, the fact that we’re getting them at all is a huge win and I’m excited to see them in hand, with any accompanying cloth accessories not pictured.

For anyone wondering…Tink has different wings in the Disney train than the castle version Minnie also appears to be an exact copy of 10778 besides the bow color

Train leaked as well. Looks like the same Tink so there will be a lot of happy people who missed out on her with the castle. It also seems to be more of a parade style train than a traditional train

I’ll be shocked if we end up finally getting minifigure princesses and Cinderella isn’t one of them. She’s gotta pop up in one of the sets this year.

You and me both. Definitely thought we’d see the spring wave by now (leaks or reveal).

Any murmurings on when we should expect images of the Peter Pan & Carl’s house from Up? Had thought they had March/April releases so a bit surprised we haven’t even seen any leaked images.

While I understand the disappointment in Donald, he does resemble his new animation style IMO. And as such goes along with the new animation style of Mickey/Minnie (which is also the route they took for their buildable figures) the shoulders are a little off in proportion but I would imagine that’d be an easy tweak to make between these pictures and the actual final product.

I have to imagine today is likely the biggest LEGO leak of all time, no?

Just saw Simba and Donald…I was on the fence hearing the description but they actually are much nicer than I was picturing. Simba’s tail is such a clever idea. also, the other theme leaks…WOW, JUST WOW.

As much as I love these leaks…makes it even more frustrating that we’ve only seen one of the minifigures so far, and not a single set releasing this half of the year

To make this all even more interesting…just saw some shots fired from another account basically calling out other leakers for doing it all for likes etc. What will be of more interest to you all is that (out of spite) he listed a bunch of other sets that will be leaked today…including the 2 other buildable Disney sets along with the other themes’ rumored sets (X-mansion, BTAS, Zelda etc) time will tell

May just be a lucky “guess” but @JeanGreyForever description the other day is SPOT ON for that Maleficent set, down to the foliage. 1 down 3 to go? some of you may need to start drafting those apologies

To be fair, the castle at Disneyland is significantly smaller than the Disney World castle…less than half the size (roughly). Could explain the seemingly drastic price difference?

Killing me that the leaked Stitch image has Robin Hood unfocused in the background now the waiting game for each one to be leaked…

Whoa, pleasantly surprised after hearing this is the lineup. I get there are always going to be characters left out but to: 1. Get 18 again 2. NO fab five repeats (besides the long overdue sorcerer mickey) 3. Multiple princesses 4. Truly a wide range of movies what is there really to be too upset about? My unrealistic wish was that we would have gotten a large brick built puppet style Pinocchio, which would make a minifigure Jiminy even more perfect but so excited to be getting both. I also agree with others that a Snow White/7D set is all but a guarantee at this point with the inclusion of the evil Queen but no Snow White. Overall, this may end up being the best of the 3 series’ character lineup (IMO). Now let’s see how they execute the designs

Good point, it’ll be nice for those who weren’t able to get her with the castle when it was available, though I’m still holding out hope for a Pinocchio set. The same thought occurred to me as well when we saw the silver accessory pieces in the teaser ad. It’d be a huge disappointment for me if that’s what the series ends up being but of course I’ll still be a sucker for them and end up buying a case

So with the new teaser poster, what’re everyone’s thoughts? I’m thinking (and hoping) it’s actually the blue fairy from Pinocchio as opposed to tinkerbell. Would love a classic Pinocchio set
