  1. I could see us getting a Deathstoke using the new Iron Man helmet, that'd look really good IMO.
  2. I doubt we'd be getting lesser known elseworld characters in a series 1. I also SINCERELY DOUBT that we'd get a lot if any Batman rouges in a cmf as they are always coming in sets.
  3. Knowing lego, we wouldn't get a thanos alternate head. The real outlier here is even the suggestion of a Marvel CMF... I'm still shocked that we're getting a DC one, but Stranger Things have happened recently (I'm sorry).
  4. Also an Overwatch / Lego championship all over their social media. It could be seen that this is a last ditch effort to push stock, but it seems like they're very committed to this theme.
  5. Well, CMF's have a lot higher budgets and also get to introduce a lot more parts. Lego rarely make unique parts for Superhero figures, so a CMF seems like a better way to give us characters that desperately need new pieces, like a Wally West, Jay Garrick, Doctor Fate, Zatanna and many other examples. Those characters probably wouldn't ever appear in a regular wave of sets because of the necessity for new pieces in order to make them. I'd say they'd probably only do one villain for each corresponding hero. I doubt they'd put Nightwing in as well as we've had (reasonably accurate) versions of him appear in Polybags in the past. But I really think we'll get some spectacular figures with the amount of dual-moulding and the high amounts of printing we usually get in CMF's.
  6. You mean a Young Justice Kid Flash? I'd honestly hate that decision, if they were to give us a Kid Flash for either main continuity or Young Justice they should use the models that they've already made for those characters in Lego DC Supervillains, not cheap out so we don't get the wings on the helmets.
  7. Straight up tell people you're muting them because of their spam. Then block them, eventually they'll have to stop because of how it stifles their growth.
  8. They turned him into an idiot who doesn't have a 3rd grade understanding of how the food chain and nature works. The motivations for him killing half the universe are plain stupid. At least in the comics they justify his acts of violence with him being a mad despot. The MCU version is literally an idiot who has no understanding of how nature works. Literally the stupidest superhero movie villain I've ever seen, 10 seconds of critical thought makes you completely baffled by it. But I digress, this isn't a movie discussion thread. I really hope we get a comic version of the Infinity Gauntlet with this comic Thanos, it might be the only chance we have.
  9. It's better to have more leakers because it makes it easier to find an image if Lego try to take it down (even though there's no confidential or copywrite markings). But people just spamming the #LegoLeaks tag for a desperate attempt to get likes is pathetic and infuriating.
  10. I think it's safe to assume the 'Zebra' line is some sort of mosaic rather than a figure based line, otherwise I'd expect it to have been included in the Marvel line.
  11. 1/3rd of the most recent 9 images are the leak. It's really not hard.
  12. That would count as posting the leaks, so no.
  13. No leaks are allowed to be posted on the forums. Search #Legoleaks on Instagram, it's there.
  14. Straight up hate this comment. The MCU basically ruined Thanos for me. The closest we had to comic Thanos was the cut scene where he was supposed to come to the future with Cap's decapitated head. Glad we're finally getting the badass evil Thanos we always deserved.
  15. Yeah, the rumored different release date for the Hulk Helicopter Drop makes it look a lot less likely that we'll ever see a Endgame wave pt.2. I think these new "Thanos Mech, Iron man Mech, and Spider-man Mech" might be the next version of the Mighty Micros, hopefully the rest of the wave correlates to some better sets.
  16. I'll say that this series' success or failure could dictate whether or not other brands will give it a shot. Also, I can't really see it being the Arrowverse based on all the con exclusives we've gotten. I'd guess either regular DC based on the amazing designs for the Supervillain's game, or a series based on Young Justice. Lego said that those Arrowverse character's would remain exclusive. I doubt we'd get an Arrowverse series with the main Arrow cast missing.
  17. The minifig scale Thanos basically proves this is going to be comic based. The new headpiece has red eyes, which has only appeared as a feature of Thanos in the comics. I think Lego has the opportunity to do this really well. I hope we get something like the UG figures comic Thanos which looks badass. Spoiler tag because don't get your hopes up.
  18. Not 'first CMF of the year' in the works. I think this might be DC's response to the popularity of the Harry Potter and Disney CMFS. I'm really excited for this. CMF lines always have really detailed figure designs and dual moulding. I'm 100% expecting a Wally West helmet if this is real.
  19. I think the Barb figure was definitely a sign that they aren't quite done with this theme. It's seemingly been one of the most popular D2C's they've released. I think the ""extreme violence"" of season 3 wont change a thing seeing as they already crossed the threshold with a dead cat and all. People here are really being overly dramatic in reaction, the melting wasn't even that gory. There's no way you're gonna convince me that this cartoonish 'body turning into a jelly' scene from Season 3; , in any way rivals the skin and blood melting off of a visible skeleton while the victims scream in pain from Indiana Jones
  20. I don't know if they will, considering the... controversial nature of that subject. I'm assuming you mean 'not to minidoll scale'. In which case it might even point to the (kinda unbelievable) rumor of the third Disney CMF next year. I do agree with @illian420 on the speculation that we'll be getting most of the princesses next wave.
  21. Looks like we have an answer thanks to the new Overwatch Lego Ideas contest. A total of 250 Tracer promotional figures were made. So only 500 of that piece in drum-lacquered gold exist. Good to know.
  22. Also, just look at him beating that guy's face in, in 'The Last Crusade'. Need I remind anyone that Lego did a set based on the scene where a guy gets violently murdered by a plane propeller.
  23. Also, the blood and hand pieces in the Graveyard Duel
  24. I'm pretty sure Indie also has two scenes similar to that. Besides, it's not like they've been making this a line for kids, I don't see Lego changing their plans at all because of this, they already firmly established it's not a set or theme for kids. Honestly, some of these kills are pretty brutal And that's only the ones Indie has done, not mentioning the heart ripping out hearts. Lego is definitely ok with "gore" in over the top situations.
  25. I personally really love CMF's. Sometimes it can be a pain to track them all down, but we get a lot of newer pieces and colours aswell as dual moulding in CMF's. The last CMF for HP even introduced a whole new leg piece! Plus, it's a great way to cheaply harvest parts for other HP customs.
