What I am not happy about the new road plate is that it may suggest that curved road will possibly disappear in the future. Do you think the older road plate e.g.60237 will retire soon?

The reason I am asking for guess on the lowest possible price range is that 1. I don't need to get a set I like immediately and I almost always get it when I think the price is right 2. Price fluctuation here is quite high, sometimes when I believe that it is near the minimum possible price it can still go down even a lot more $45 should be the right price to get 60277? Hi all I am highly interested in this set 60277 (see image below) but it contains only 276 pieces while being sold for approx. $50 usd here, what is the lowest possible price could it hit by your experience for a City set that contains 276 pieces?? I'll take this as a reference for the right time to buy it.

Quality of bricks shouldn't have much change. But quality of the design was deteriorating

I'm your neighbor Unluckily Lego City was getting worse and worse throughout the last decade. Luckily, this year has improved a lot 7905 is now sold for around $300 here which is ridiculous. If similar set is released today I will buy it without any hesitation

My passion for Lego City is mostly vehicles. I have skipped a lot of City buildings and venues that include the big clinic released in 2018. I have got nearly all the new City vehicles just released this year but I have no plan of getting things like Family House and Town Center

by the way, I think the skate park is a bit overpriced. The cheapest I can get here for new is approximately $27 US dollars, for 195 pcs. I think it is really overpriced. Do you notice that other sets like ice-cream truck, fire rescue truck, helicopter of City theme could hit to around $13 us dollars and they are also about 200 pcs

You have risen an important point I forgot - Curved road. I hope Lego is going to solve this problem next year. I like curved road a lot since Lego system I wish naturally curved road would not be disappearing

What is OLX? for purchasing Lego? Any English version of it? We know that the older road plates have hard time fitting other city buildings released in recent years because they mostly have no base plate and it's difficult to fit the "holes". How about the new road plates, does anyone have try and play it seriously? Could it fit other city or modular building nicely without too much "holes"?
