  1. Which is why it would only get 4 22 minute episodes instead of a full trilogy and an entire animated tv series
  2. Don't forget the actual armor piece for the ninja
  3. I'm gonna have to side with @Kdapt-Preacher on this one. Having an explanation or backstory for throwaway lines and background characters is kinda SW's thing On a different note. I must admit I haven't really been keeping myself up to date when it comes to the D2C news for Star Wars. So are we getting a ME Cantina or an Imperial Shuttle? Or is it both?
  4. Could be but I don't find that likely at all, it just doesn't make sense to get him anywhere other than DA.
  5. The reason why I suggested that specifically is because there was originally supposed to be an arc in TCW where the Bad Batch go to Kashyyyk (after Echo had joined them). Said arc would also show us why Yoda had good relations with the Wookiees. For me personally that was one of the arcs I definetely would've liked to see had TCW never been cancelled, though obviously it doesn't come close to arcs like Utapau or Bane vs Boba.
  6. Most GWP's are just ''spend [insert amount] on sets from [insert theme]'', the only D2C-exclusive GWP I can remember was the minifigure scale Keatonmobile that came with the large Keatonmobile. The Hogwarts D2C didn't have a GWP, the DA GWP released several months later. Currently we have no way of knowing wether or not there will be a GWP when DA releases or later in the year.
  7. Exactly, no matter from what angle you look at it there's just no way a Jurassic CMF would work out well for LEGO.
  8. While we fans would love a CMF series it's sadly not something that is likely to happen. Not too long ago some members here just started to realise they liked the characters and that's one of the main problems with a CMF series. Most non-hardcore fans watch Jurassic Park because of the dinosaurs and it being a classic movie, not because they're particularly interested in the human characters. Sure, some characters like Grant or Malcolm have become iconic through the years but I really don't see a Jurassic CMF performing well.
  9. Nope, they don't recolor pieces for GWP's. Fortescue's new haircolor is a big red flag against that idea. If they include Borgin and Burkes we'll most likely see Borgin as well, it's just a matter of wether or not we'll get that shop. As for the scene he's in it's been added in the ''extended edition'' of CoS, so at least for me it's been in the movie every single time I've seen it.
  10. I disagree. If someone like Ollivander or a goblin leaks I'd say we can definetely take that as confirmation of a building being included. With someone like Fortescue however it could mean numerous things: his Parlor is included, he gets a small icecart or he's nothing more than a ''recognisable pedestrian''. I'm not saying getting his Parlor is impossible but I definetely do not think it's safe to assume we'll get it just based on this figure.
  11. We might even get flashbacks episodes, Bad Batch on Kashyyyk anyone?
  12. I'm not saying we need more skeletons just for accuracy at the expense of Munce and Geckles, if anything this shows we need more sets
  13. I wanted to take a proper look at the S13 wave and compare them to the show itself to look at all the inaccurate bits. So here's everything that's wrong with the sets based off the show. Take in mind that there are some spoilers below, albeit mostly very small and obvious stuff. I don't count the small Dungeon builds as they're very much filler. Spinjitzu Burst - all of these are 100% inaccurate as Cole was the only one to use the Burst, yet Cole didn't look anything like the physical Burst figure. Journey to the Skull Dungeons - the figures in this set are accurate (Murt wears that armor at the end of the season). The build doesn't appear anywhere in the show but given it's mostly just a filler location and it fits the Dungeon aesthetic I'd give this a pass. The biggest inaccuracy in this set would be the Munce being an antagnonistic force, which they aren't. Wu's Battle Dragon - Chompy and the figures are all very accurate. Just like Journey the only inaccuracy here is having Wu fight a Geckle, as they also aren't an antagonistic force. Zane's Mino Creature - the minifigures in this set are pretty accurate, although Kai should've been here instead of Cole. Even though the Geckles aren't the badguys in the story I feel like this time their inclusion is necessary. The Mino itself is inaccurate, it doesn't really belong to Zane and it's incredibly oversized. Fire Stone Mech - excluding Cole none of the figures included in this set should be here. The Fire Stone Mech is just a Stone Mech partially covered in lava for a few shots so the build is inaccurate as well. I'd say this is the least accurate set of the wave. Skull Sorcerer's Dragon - Griefbringer himself looks very accurate. The minifigure selection makes sense but the Skull Sorcerer's mask is disappointingly inaccurate. Skull Sorcerer's Dungeon - the fortress itself is reasonably accurate, though it's not really much more than a giant skull on a cave in the show. The interiors are definetely made up by the designers but they didn't really show that off in the show anyway. The minifigures are fairly accurate, though the Munce and Geckles are once again shown as antagonists and the SS's mask is once again inaccurate. Overall both the sets and the show are really good, the accuracy to one another however isn't really there.
  14. Least interesting? Did you skip the Martez sisters arc?
  15. Lucian Bole would like to say hello
  16. Fortescue is one of my favorite background characters so I'm very glad to see him leak, he looks great! However I wouldn't take this as confirmation that his shop is included as well, as some of you are thinking. He could just as easily come with a small icecart or be used as a "recognisable pedestrian", I'd even say one of those two options is more likely.
  17. Well technically the Spinjitzu Burst did appear but only for Cole, he didn't look anything like the physical Burst figure though if that's what you were referring to
  18. Extra info: Star Wars: Bad Batch is a TCW spinoff set to release in 2021. It'll follow the Bad Batch after Order 66 and the end if the clone wars. I'm looking forward to it, even if I don't think the BB can carry a full show on their own.
  19. And there isn't even any kind of pattern to be found. I did some digging with a couple of friends of mine and it really doesn't seem to matter if a set is licensed or not, how large it is or how expensive it is. Some are just more expensive in the Netherlands than in neighbouring countries and some aren't. The bad thing here is this crap can really cost us Dutchies a lot of money. If DA gets said pricehike it'll most likely cost us about 50 euro more than it should be (same thing happened with Hogwarts Castle and the UCS Falcon, while the UCS Star Destroyer's price didn't change at all). All we can do is cross our fingers and hope this set stays 400 here, otherwise I definetely can't justify purchasing it on releaseday
  20. The 2HY catalogs officially confirmed a september release but if Brickshops releasdate is true it might come out on August 7th, regardless the official reveal could come any day now. It feeling like it's been far too long since a leak is completely understandable as the packaging leaked incredibly early (the chances of something like that happening so early are incredibly small). We'll just have to wait and see, it won't be long now
  21. Honestly I don't care how long it takes for them to reveal it as long as they don't give DA the ''Dutch pricehike'' and make it 450 euro. It's really annoying and there's no pattern to it at all, some sets just do and others don't. It's almost as if LEGO just flips a coin with every release to decide which set gets a price increase and which doesn't. If it's 400 here I'll already be incredibly happy
  22. It means Ninjago is officially licensed and owned by LEGO and recognised as such by law, inhouse refers to it being created by LEGO themselves. Ninjago being ''upgraded'' to a license unlike something like Hidden Side might have something to do with the tv show.
  23. It was very poorly written, the story didn't really feel coherent, the new characters weren't that likeable, the pacing was atrocious, the jokes weren't that funny and there were a lot of useless filler episodes. Some people also dislike it because they really cheaped out on Zane being the Ice Emperor at the end, which basically had no consequences whatsoever. And Clutch Powers was an absolute joke.
  24. By the time most countries went into lockdown the Eternals sets should've already been in the final stages of development so the chances of the lockdown having changed the contents of the sets are slim to none. The only thing the virus might've affected is the releasedate but we won't find that out untill august/september which is when the sets should be revealed if they're still scheduled for october. The movie did only move a couple of months so I doubt LEGO thinks that's big enough to warrant a change in releasedates as opposed to the 1 year delay for Minions, we'll have to wait and see.
  25. If we do end up getting a character/accessory pack for Season 13 I definetely hope it's either
