  1. P2 Cody has been a highly requested figure for years. Putting him in a $350 set is a terrible idea.
  2. This is exciting news! Won't get my hopes up though, aside from the Harry Potter AC's we've gotten in the past 2 years I find most of them to be very lacking and underwhelming.
  3. I think he's referring to Jimmy and Darcy, who aren't really spoilers as they were announced a long time ago.
  4. A while ago? The Endgame Quinjet only just retired
  5. For me it's just good vs bad with this set. Of course I would've preferred something else but the main thing that I dislike about this set isn't it's existence but the many flaws this set has. Good: - Figures - Computer stickers Bad: - Gate sign is too small - T-Rex is inaccurately shaped - T-Rex doesn't scale with anything previously released - Gate is inaccurate because of the weirdly placed torches and the lack of the blocky stair-like look of the gate (idk how to describe it) - T-Rex and Gate aren't in scale with each other - T-Rex and Gate have nothing to do with each other, don't even appear in a single shot together - Gate includes scene for a character not even included in the set - Jurassic World logo on plaque (nitpick) If you picked up the set and loved it that's great, I just got the 4 exclusive figures and the stickersheet and called it a day. What matters is that we're both happy with what we got in the end
  6. Some years ago I worked at a company where I did similar work as the people doing B&P. There are often hundreds, if not thousands, of orders between a persons 1st and 2nd order depending on when he/she placed them and that number rapidly increases as time goes on (especially when you take in mind picking these orders can take a while as well). Hiring someone or having an existing employee look at the entire list of incoming orders and figure out which ones can be send together in one package would be more expensive than just sending two different letters so that's why they don't bother with combining orders. It's all about efficiency and that means going through these orders as fast as possible.
  7. I think he's talking about the brickbuilt T-Rex from the D2C, which is just as unlikely as that set sold very poorly.
  8. Just finished the last episode, which was amazing, and I would love to see this as a set:
  9. No way LEGO would even consider doing that considering how poorly the D2C performed.
  10. Just as unlikely as a Brachiosaurus.
  11. Moderator. The folks who make sure this forum runs smoothly. Not to be a douche but please tell me this question is a joke
  12. My comment wasn't harsh at all. People need to know how high they need to set their expectations which is why wishlists are generally not allowed in threads like these. Wishlists can be fun but a lot of things I've read now are far from realistic and not based on any kind of information whatsoever besides the piececount. You're not only setting yourselves up for disappointment but others as well. But I'll tag a mod if this makes you happy. @Captain Nemo
  13. And just to put it out there, you guys really need to lower your expectations with all these wishlists.
  14. I wouldn't count on it. And LEGO knows it's costumers, wether or not they release something won't have an impact on sales at all.
  15. The baby Triceratops didn't leak untill mid-February for a wave of sets released in June, this years sets are estimated to release in August. Just be patient. You really think all that juicy Toy Fair information comes from LEGO themselves? LEGO barely reveals anything at Toy Fair, all that info comes from brave folks willing to break their NDA's. We're not getting information as often as we used to because this year isn't like what we're used to.
  16. Take in mind 76939 is a 4+ set. Don't expect anything particularly interesting to come from that. Possible but I still doubt it. But we're getting ahead of ourselves here.
  17. I'd expect only 1 Pyroraptor in a $30 set and I doubt it'll get a new mold. If it does get one it would be a new upper-jaw/head for the standard Velociraptor.
  18. It's a joke article. According to some German members the humor got lost in translation.
  19. The concept of the books adapted in a TV-show format sounds interesting because they wouldn't have to cut out as much content from the books but other than that it's just more of the same and I'm not that interested in something like that. I agree that something brand new would be best, definetely wouldn't say no to some cameos from the original cast though
  20. To each their own but I wouldn't mind if they'd just recolored the existing Niffler piece
  21. Considering it only appeared as a corpse in a deleted scene I highly doubt we'll ever get it
  22. Might be the minority but not the only one, I would love to get more FB sets Newt's Basement from CoG would be especially cool to get. Kelpie, Augurey, baby Nifflers, Leucrotta, etc.
  23. Speaking of Lucca, I helped him put together a list of all known deleted scenes from Fallen Kingdom:
  24. I didn't go there for news anyway but I wouldn't be surprised if this significantly hurts their reputation.
