  1. That would be a dream come true ?
  2. Could not be more happy!!! Finally some good old sets. Wow.
  3. Since I started collecting modulars in 2015 (after coming out of my «dark age»), the Bookshop is the first modular that I have ordered on release day. I just got it in the mail, and I am very excited to build it. Not building it until the weekend though. Keeping it in the box just a little while longer to enjoy the look and feeling of an unopened lego set :)
  4. Does anyone know when the car from the contest will be a promo at lego.com? I want to buy the modular on January 1st, but also want that car...
  5. ... and that's why we should be more appreciative of American buildings? I really don't get the logic here...
  6. Wow. First impression: absolutely gorgeous. A huge step up from CG. I am really looking forward buying this. Might be my first pre-order in years.
  7. Yep. Seems like we just have to wait longer and longer each year. How do you know that?
  8. Well, what else is there to use when there have been no signs from Lego whatsoever?
  9. I wish they'd at least give us a teaser, like they did with the WWFS
  10. Agree! Last year it was revealed at around 2 pm, if I remember correctly. So maybe in 15 minutes?
  11. C'mon lego... give us a sign, at least!
  12. My guess would be a more classic building than the previous ones - either a classic European or American bookstore. I hope it's filled with secrets and small stories.
  13. Any day now. Hope we get a teaser before the official reveal.
  14. Are there different rumours saying it will be a book shop, or just the previous post about the person who was informed by the local store clerk? ?
  15. Sorry, I was a bit unclear. There were no expert sets this year, contrary to last year.
  16. Why are they not making any more HP Expert sets? A lego expert diagon alley for example?
  17. Now we have to get a Diagon Alley D2C set as well. The Knight Bus needs a destination : - ) *wishful thinking*
  18. Yes, but my point was the value of money. To make a comparison to original RT-price: town hall with more pieces, retail price 1500 NOK. And Parisian Restaurant, the top of the line, 1500 NOK. We have a weak currency atm, which is why the prices are so high. Shipping costs are the same as everywhere else. LEGO sets however are way higher than normal differences in currencies. I can afford it, but that means it has to take the place of something else I need and want, e.g. savings for a nice vacation. And it is not worth that, in my opinion :)
  19. Hmm, I hope you are wrong. Getting old by all this waiting ?
  20. I reeeeaaaaally hope for a huge diagon alley minifig scale set (!!) :)
  21. In Norway, most retailers now sells it for 180/190 euros as a standard retail price.
  22. Why not? I cannot compare... hmm... Show’s how overpriced it is. And it’s not discounted, it’s a normal retail price? I can now choose between AS and CG, and the first mentioned is cheaper and a whole lot more detailed.
  23. This set is just too expensive... 210 euros/250 dollars in Norway. Can you believe that? I can get assembly square right now for only 180 euros.
