    Tracks are a start but without new 9v motors coming into the market it's still a hard thing to get into.

    I converted it back to PF, i just didn't find powered up as good.

    I did it to mine, as you said you just fill the IR part with bricks and you're good to go.

    Yesss. That's exactly what mine is doing.

    yeah, it's raised. the straights are connecting to plates while there's tiles under the curves.

    looks fine to me, they're not that old. just to clarify though, it does fit to the stud pattern if i force it a little but it feels a bit stressed.

    i've taken it all apart and reassembled multiple times and used different straights/curves but i've only got the two switches so i can't change those out

    power functions/plastic track ID 53407 & 53404 for the switches and curve 53400

    bad drawing aside, on bottom is 5 straight tracks connecting to a switch on each side which fits flawlessly but the top half has 2 corner tracks on each side with 3 straights in the middle and it seems to be putting pressure on it which makes it not fit the studs of the plates underneath if more detail is needed i'll build it in stud.io

    only thing i can think of besides a platform is a ticket machine, seats and a clock.

    Is it possible to cut out that big bulky thing in the middle of the lights and join the wires back together?
