Im in the same camp as this. I was really hoping for a good animal and shield parts pack in this set with a couple of good army builders (wolfpack is great and half expected/hoped for one robbing the villagers but wanted one more for a different guard) alongside the peasants. Concerns me that with amount of people saying they are going to get it off PAB that it'll go the way of the Red Classic Space Torso where it takes ages to show up on PAB (if at all) then disappear without a steady supply ever being in stock especially if MTS doesnt sell well and they see this as the reason.

Sounds good if the builds are good but no X-Men sets and no new mini/big figs characters. Thats why any potential X-Men sets are exciting as they are more likley to get new characters (with standard Wolverine and Magneto inclusions). Anyone in the know want to say if new mini/big figs characters are in this wave? Not asking who just if

Something I guessed came true. Theres a first for everything Does that mean I class as a leaker now I do like the idea of future Marvel battle packs if the the figures can be mixed and matched enough. Iron Legion and Ultron Sentries are like Clones/Troopers in Star Wars in that they are pretty much identical. Ravager and Kamar Taj dont fall into that category so could be harder to pull off cheaply enough

Be cool if the $15 set is 2 Iron legion vs 2 Ultron Sentries battlepack

Was that celebrating the anniversary or did they just happen to release a set in same year as an anniversary? I don't have the set but don't remember anything particular about it being 30th anniversary specific. Its not like Star Wars/Harry Potter where they special plaques or figures or branding on the box.

The Superheroes theme has never celebrated anniversaries including 10 years of the theme and Spider-Man 60th last year. I wouldn't get your hopes up until we hear something to change that pattern.

Its the closest to it for sure but if they came out and said it was the PS Doc Ock I would class it as a bad adaption. I think the bald hairpiece with bits on side would be better than the current choice. The goggles are too bright and face looks too young. Torso should be more dark green than grey for my liking. Yeah kneepads on the legs was me being nitpicky to the extreme. If people want to use/claim its PS version fair enough. Its no further away than the lego NWH Doc Ock from NWH film Doc Ock.

The hair is wrong, the face is too young looking, the torso colours are too offset and the legs don't have kneepads but apart from that they are exactly the same

Brickfig - couple of decent ones on rebrickable. Surtur would be another good one for Marvel

I wouldnt be against this but I much prefer the maxifigs (eg Harry Potter/Pirate/Upscaled Figure). Im attempting to do a figure like that for Sandman. For Sentinels that type could work for a Master Mold then a smaller build for standard Sentinel (like blackbird one) could be its children If its this then I guess its the piece with the nose they'll use

Because Wong/Wasp and the Hulk prison appeared in Avengers Tower right Accuracy wont stand in the way of adding something that would draw more people to buy a set. Rocket and Baby Rocket were both in 76254: Baby Rockets Ship set is another example.

Assuming you're talking about Classic Space helmet included in January Monkie Kid set? Makes sense if one of the number of rumoured space sets in 2024 or another theme include the remaining parts or a complete figure or could be like the DBG helmet that showed up with underwater Creator set but nothing to complete a DBG spaceman

Which is okay for most parts as eventually they will settle after a few months but with the space torsos they were added only a month(?) ago and with the set retiring at the end of the year hasn't had time to go through that reseller/hoarder cycle and become widely available and now is going Strange that the white one isn't going (unless that goes in Dec/Jan), I suspect it'll be in one of many rumoured 2024 space sets.

Nice idea and definitely a good thing but 2 weeks notice on first batch (pretty big batch at that as its mainly retiring sets contents) and also these are being removed prior to insider weekend and black friday where Id imagine a lot of people would be putting in orders which is poor form. I hope it means they wont be added back/produced after this date but remaining stock still is on till out of stock.
