  1. Daily Bugle now set to retire end of 2026 instead of 2025.
  2. Remember when they "forgot" the 10th year anniversary of Marvel? Well someone remembered as employees were given a 10 year anniversary Iron Man according to usual place on reddit.
  3. Who's taking bets on it being a... A) Fake rumour B) Comic version C) Fox version D) The unlikely MCU version
  4. A steady hand and a pair of scissors is all you need
  5. I thought it was going to have a Spider-Rex not a Spider-Raptor so I could match it up against Venomosaurus. Thats an odd sentence to type. Cute set for what it is though
  6. A version of Spider-Rex is coming in the next Spidey and Amazing Friends wave (only set of that wave not to leak yet)
  7. I can understand not wanting Miles and Gwen as they are done to death in the sets but sadly are needed for Spiderverse CMF. One theory (most likely wont happen) I heard was that the Miles could be the version from end of ATSV (don't want spoil it even though been out a while). I'd take that and is kind of crossing off 2 characters in one. As for Gwen, what @NXS7 said about it being the ultimate printed version. Nothing Im too fussed about though. As for Peter, we've never got a fat spiderman so it would be something different at least but the accessory could be a Spider May Parker baby which would be an awesome edition. Noir only came in 1 set around same time as 2099 so falls into category of glad for people who missed out. Spider-Ham was/is in 2 sets and is still available (though in an expensive set). I agree that I hope these aren't included but wouldnt be surprised. At least with 2099 we could get Lyla not sure about a good accessory for other two that Id be pleased with their inclusion. Kingpin could easily have a new hagrid/axl type piece. Might not be big enough for some people but minifig size scale isnt always set so still allows the possibility of him being included. Cant see same for Green Goblin and likely is too big unless they just make him minifig scale which could still happen. 100% agree with this though I'd like the character still but definitely should be in a set with the mech. Both need a few pieces (wouldnt say loads) but the pieces needed are cheap and small and there is plenty of space in the box for them. So wouldnt write them off either. Im in boat of Spiderverse CMF is better than a D+ series 3. Apart from X-Men 97 theres barely a handful of characters Id want. I'd take X-Men 97 series tho which I hoped for. We have about 7/8 months of discussin what could be in spiderverse CMF and it'll prob end up being a fake rumour
  8. 3 off your list were in the ITSV Theres 2 Peter Parkers in ITSV and too many to count in BTSV
  9. If Spiderverse CMF is true maybe a new mould like Hagrid/Axl (i.e. taller and bulkier) could be used for a Kingpin figure. Also why is no one excited by possibility of a Tombstone minifig in the series! A Spiderman 2099 fig could come with a mini statue of Lyla as the accessory. Also if it is true and combined with Spiderverse set in Jan then Ill put forward my guess for Kingpin Tower with Collider as a Marvel modular next November.
  10. Its definitely one of the parts leaving in November (see below quoted post and link). Anything else is just me trying to apply logic to it all Your last sentence is very apt!
  11. Theres a chance a Ringwraith is in the rumoured Shire set next year but the fact it's leaving PaB indicates that it wont be reused to me. Its the opposite of how classic white space torso wasn't in any sets with Galaxy Explorer retiring at end of last year but was kept on PaB then shows up in two GWP this year and is now being removed from PaB.
  12. Im based in Europe and I think America has its own factory/warehouse but thats my assumption that in Europe its gone back to Standard as its the remaining stock here especially when all parts are meant to be going to bestseller. Its just guess work but if anyone else sees items on the retiring list go from Bestseller to Standard might indicate a pattern.
  13. Interestingly the Nazgul torsos were bestsellers when I ordered a couple weeks ago. They then went out of stock but are now standard parts. I wonder if that will happen to the other leaving parts as the stock levels slowly dwindle
  14. Ah its an assumption then, thanks. Is Arkham confirmed to be a modular? Only seen that Arkham is happening in passing
  15. Where is no Marvel Modular confirmed?
  16. Anyone know what BaM parts are on Pick a Brick? No pics dont help seeing iff theres anything interesting
  17. Yeah of course but when has this forum been about accurately guessing The very loose pattern is normally minifigures that appear in January wave end up being in modular later in year. Bugle characters appeared across 2 sets - 5 character/minifigures Sanctum characters in Garangtos set - 2 characters/1 minifigure (the most tedious of links granted) Avengers Towers in Quinjet set - 5 characters/minifigures X-Manison in X-Jet set - 4 characters/3 minifigures It's all guess work based on a vague evidence but until theres more information to base it off, it's fun to use what little we have. Have commented on how your guesses match the "pattern" above 100% this!
  18. Was she actually forbidden? I thought it was mistaken identity with Firestar by the leakers?
  19. Reddit commenters saying thats Julia Carpenter. There pretty similar in costumes but I think the dual moulded legs match Carpenter Spiderwoman more. What January sets are left to leak now? Ive lost track. Is it just the anti-venom one? With the assumption a modular reuses figures from earlier in the year, what do these figures imply were get? A generic spiderverse (not the film) building like Oscorp or maybe A Fisk Tower from Into the Spiderverse with the super collder in basement (like Gringgotts) that creates Spot with parts of build replaced with multi coloured transparent pieces to represent the glitches
  20. I get your logic and its a fair assessment but I can definitely see them releasing a modular for both. I could agree we wouldn't get 2 every single year or 2 similar like a Daily Planet and Daily Bugle out at the same time but I don't see Lego giving up on a streak of Marvel modulars (have no hard proof but they all seem to do well sales wise) until a DC modular has a track record of selling. You would hope with new DCU on horizon that superheroes team would be given a slightly bigger budget to bump the DC side for a year or two at least till DCU can be proven to sell merch well or not.
  21. I always bang on about this when an Arkham set is mentioned. I hope the Arkham set is either a series of sets or a starter set for adding more sets too in the future just like Hogwarts modular castle.
  22. Theres no rule saying DC and Marvel cant each have a modular. Just because it hasn't happened yet doesn't mean it cant happen. Plus Arkham being a big building set doesn't mean it'll be in modular format.
