    Ok so I’m confused about the Bricktober packs. I saw on IG that you have to spend $40 to get each one but it doesn’t say where to get them. So will the HP one be available to buy at B&N? Or do you have to spend $40 there? And where are the rest of them?

    I don’t remember. There was a description leak a little while ago, not sure if it was real or not. The one that mentioned Zuckuss. Probably bogus but most likely based on something real. Also, the leaked picture of the Boba minifig with the dual molded arms didn’t end up in CC so my assumption is it’s from that. I suppose I should say “speculation and logic say it’s Boba’s”.

    With Umbridge I think it’s the face prints. I think it’s very satisfactory (I’m just so glad we’re getting this variety of minifigs), but it’s not perfect and I think that’s what makes it look slightly off. I like the expressions because she’s supposed to have that sweet girly smile as the books describe but also the mean face. It’s just something about the style looks a bit off. I absolutely love the torso and legs on her

    A4 will probably have some of the best marvel sets to date This is going to be a very expensive LEGO year. Between Harry Potter, Marvel/DC Superheroes, and Star Wars, it’s gonna be wild

    I think the Boba was probably from the Juniors Slave I that’s coming out in 2019 (that dual molded arm is hard to fake). Not sure about Lando

    Agreed! Money doesn’t grow in trees and it’s hard to keep up especially now with Harry Potter thrown into the mix (which has become a priority for me)

    That certainly would be nice. I’m trying to collect all the TIE’s to display together. I have the Striker, Fighter, FO Fighter, Advanced prototype, and FO Silencer. I would love an Advaned, Interceptor, Defender, and Bomber. Sorry for the wishlisty post, it just fit in response to this post

    I still have not seen that polybag anywhere, it’s driving me nuts. I’m in the US and Target is supposed to have them but mine still doesn’t. By now, Walmart should have them too but nope. Nothing.

    I think down the road, Hogwarts Castle will have a much higher collector’s value. It will therefore be much harder to get if you eventually want to have both and they’re retired. I would get that while you can, and hopefully you’ll be able to get Cloud City eventually before it’s gone. Just my personal opinion

    I’m sorry if I’m overstepping here, but it WAS a personal attack on the designer, which is definitely crossing a line. Sharing an opinion is one thing, I can respect that, but throwing personal insults at someone who isn’t there to defend himself is the coward’s way. The only person being downright nasty was him. I believe people were right to call him out for that. There’s no place for that here. Again, I apologize if this was overstepping my place but I had to say my peace. Not everyone has to like a new set, I’m not crazy about the microscale either. But people can’t just tart throwing personal insults around because they didn’t get the set they wanted.

    Dang, dude. Why don’t you show us all the Hogwarts Castle you designed and we’ll compare? No? That’s what I thought. Don’t throw a tantrum because you didn’t get your way. There are sets all of us have looked forward to for a long time that have disappointed us but we accept that it’s as close as we’re going to get, and we keep building on

    I agree 100%. I was so disappointed by the microscale news but after thinking more about it I realized it makes a lot of sense. And then after seeing it? Wow! I’m blown away by the detail. It really is beautiful, I can’t fathom anyone thinking it’s ugly. And I’ll still get other pieces of Hogwarts at system scale with a lot more minifigures so it’s absolutely a win/win. It is truly a masterpiece and I for one can not wait to get my hands on it

    I don’t notice anything blurry or unclear about the printing, but you’re right that it is a different style. Lego goes through different phases of minifigure printing styles. Honestly, my gut says there will be a smaller winter/spring wave and then a bigger, full sized summer/fall wave. But that is pure speculation based on nothing but hope and also the popularity of the theme

    Actually the one other thing I would change other than IG-88 is Leia. I love the new CC variant but a new hair piece would have been very nice. But again, not a big deal. It just would have been the icing on the very long awaited and delicious looking cake

    Also, any way to get Galen Erso, Saw Gerera, Mon Mothma, and Baal Organa would be very welcome. But Baal would be best in a ROTS set with his red speeder at the Jedi temple with a few 501st clones and Zet Jukassa

    The only thing I would change is to replace IG-88 with another stormtrooper or something. He doesn’t really belong and more troopers are always welcome. But even that isn’t a big deal at all

    I really don’t understand why so many people are complaining about this. I even saw someone say the exclusive figures are a slap in the face. Come on people. Why would there not be exclusive figures in this set??? Sets like this are the exact kind of set that should come with a bunch of exclusive figures! The set looks fantastic, it’s exactly what everyone has been asking for forever, literally what is there to complain about? It has all the major scenes and all the characters, even different versions of some. This set really lacks nothing

    Yes but it’s also rumored to include Plo Koon, whose unit commander is Wolffe. Basically I would just love as many clones as possible, especially some main commanders
