Oh, my bad! To be honest I dont really like TLG's SSD as it is wayy too thin. I would suggest Onecase's SSD if you want one. (if you can afford it :P)

Welcome! The has been a new rumor for a UCS set that is coming next year that has over 4000 pieces, and many speculate that it will be a re release of the UCS stardestroyer. I would definitly suggest to wait for that. As for the price the cheapest one on bricklink is around 1000 AUD which is quite expensive, you'd get way better value by getting a ucs falcon, which has 7k pieces when the stardestroyer also has 3k.

Hi all! I've been trying to mod some of my older sets and after watching the new clone wars trailer, it showed a landed ARC 170 with landing gear, which i don't think we've seen anywhere else. It gives us a glimpse of the front landing gear but not the back. I have a simple solution for the front landing gear but the back is much more complicated. I have tried multiple options but none seem to work. This way the model will look nice but there isn't a way for the landing gear to support the heavy weight at the back. Also the landing gear doesn't fit in the middle as there is a gearbox that takes all the space. Does anyone have a solution?

Hello all! After previously brickling the dropship with AT OT, I set out to bricklink another, this time being the UCS Death Star II. For a used one, the cheapest on bricklink goes for around 800 AUD, and I managed to get one for 600 AUD in total. There are many older parts that are very expensive but can be swapped for cheaper ones. I have managed to build the internal structure but I'm still waiting for more parts to arrive. There will be more updates as the rest of the pieces arrive :)
