  1. Congratulations Erdbeereis, you certainly deserve this promotion. You shall make a fine Editor!
  2. Ah, was is this from that trashy Disney film? Your MOC looks cool from what I can tell, but the folder hasn't moderated yet. But I'll check back tomorrow.
  3. You are a very tallented builder Aliencat, and I look up to you and your skills with the brick. Just a suggestion as I don't believe that there re too many around, why not try constructing a modular railway station? Anyway, I look foward to seeing a big city layout with all these MOCs together.
  4. I still don't understand how this felx-track has anything to do with the Emerald. Although it could have been in that web page that was in a language I don't understand...
  5. Why do everyone's sigfigs have to have yellow epaulettes? I don't have enough!!! Anyway, I'll see what I can come up with for the next round of shots.
  6. And drumroll please... The Blocksford 2009 Track Plan!!! Not too big, I know. But this is my first layout, and I don't have alot of space to build a huge one anyway. This layout is 2.2 x 0.9m. And brighter pictures and some of the station on the layout have been added to the first post too.
  7. Ah, my dear friend Zorro, this is only the start... Thanks for your kind words mate.
  8. Damn, I hope you're right! Thanks for that.
  9. Some people are just so slow... I like your design Captain. You have incorporated Soldiers Fort into this very nicely. And do you have a thread with this small ship in it? Because it looks to be quite a nice design. Well done.
  10. Looking very good. May I just suggest that rather than tan or brown tiles behind the counter, what about a checkered black and white kitchen floor? I think that style was big in the 40's, although I wasn't around then.
  11. Ouch, that's $200+ AUD. Where did you get this confirming information Mirandir?
  12. I actually think I might buy this. Yes, it is very loud, but all my friends know I'm insane anyway. And I have the salt and pepper shakers, the bottle openers and the t-shirts, so why not? And besides, I need a new phone anyway.
  13. This is remarkable. I read the entire RB issue, and then I read the part about this loco AGAIN! I think you are a genius and should be recognized as one of the best and most innovative train MOCers of all time. Very, very well done.
  14. Todd, Although it doesn's concern me as I'm in Australia, what exactly do you mean by Pirates Theme Leader? Someone representing theonline Pirate AFOL community?
  15. pe668, that sounds really reassuring, and I hope that it's as real as it seems. Although possibly a stupid question, where did you find that?
  16. Captain Zuloo wants!!! If this is a fake, then I hope TLG sees this thread and decides to produce a set similar. Although I would be happy to pay $300 + for this set. It looks awesome!!! Thanks for the find.
  17. Yeah, exactly what CGH said. And if you could get the sais that you DO have, cleaner and smoother (bad choice of words, but you know what I mean). But certainly buy some BL white!!!
  18. Well when the ship sinks, I'll blame you - your sigfig is at the helm at the moment... Thank you HMS. As far as the stern is concerned, I tried to put it on hinge bricks when intially buiding the hull, however I couldn't get it to work. But I will revisit that. And for the yardarms, it all depends on if I decide to make sails for her. I probably will though, as she will be at a public exhibition eventually. We'll see...
  19. In other words, he's very tricky. Z, this is looking better every time I see it. You are an amazing builder, and I along with everyone else on this forum aspire to you. I would like to see you build a big old style architecture railway station sometime - the old architecture really would suit your style. This is a very good MOC my friend, it is a pleasure to view it.
  20. CGH, I'm nothing short of incredibly impressed. You have done a brilliant and very acurate looking job here. And your sigfig looks right at home at the helm of this ship. Well done, I'm very impressed by this. Keep up the amazing work.
  21. I think I will redo the boat stand, as at the moment the rowboat is just on a couple of bricks. But I will keep the row boat. Thanks for your nice words. Update I have added a bowsprit, the helm and masts. I'm not too happy with the masts, but then again, I'm not the one who has to sail the ship. So I rounded up a crew to tell me how she handles so far... An overall shot so far. On board are myself, Zorro, Mister Phes at the helm, Captain green hair with a black hat, Mr Tiber on a walk around the deck, SlyOwl and Davy_Blocks: It appears that Davy and SlyOwl have had a misunderstanding of some sorts... You can also see the helm and the railing behind it, as well as, between CGH's big head and Mister Tiber, the ships' bell. Let me know what you think.
  22. Vig. 59d Two pirate lovers who were captured many years ago sit in their cells writing to each other on this special day. Little do they know that they are so close... Just in case anyone missed it, February 14 is Valentines Day.
  23. Looks great, and I wasn't expecting another issue for ages! Thanks for getting this one done so fast guys!
  24. Thanks Cap'n! I'm glad you like my work. And it appears that I had completly forgotten my picture of the stern. Anyway, no matter - it's up now.
