Murder on the Emerald Express: Discussion
Captain Zuloo replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Secretly? Nicely done. -
Oh my god! That was...erm...random...and...distracting to the mystery! Anyway, if there is 2 of them already up there, I'll come back down. *comes back down the few stairs he climbed* I wonder what they'll find? Hmmm...random...
-
Give us a yell when you're at the top ok? And I'll follow 3 meters behind.
-
Fair enough - and sorry for confiscating your gun earlier, but it was my duty to ensure no weapons were accessable whilst on the train. Is it that far away to need to run? It's only about 2 meters this way. *waves his hand toward the fountain*. Ok, well when you're done having a drink, investigate the fountain - or maybe vice versa. I'll look for the key.

Well done martinsuper - lovely MOC! Check the Classic-Pirates.com frontpage tomorrow.

Murder on the Emerald Express: Discussion

Oh crap, Herman is an big behind, but Hinckley's cool - don't die on us mate! -
Is there really enough people in this small town to have use for a restaurant? Well, about me, I have been a railway man all along. I was born on the Indian Pacific train that runs accross Australia, so I suppose my enthusiasm started there. Then my family moved to a small town with a neglected rail yard in the United States. Me and my father (a train engineer) cleared up all the tracks and fixed up some old locomotives, both steam and deisel. We then went on a world tour for 2 years before returning to the USA. But this time, to LA on my own. Since then, amongst holidays to many exotic locations, I have been a conductor on the Emerald Express. I love everything trains, and one day, I hope to drive a high speed electric train through Europe as I've never experienced high speed electrics. Well, this is a little bizzare - I would have thought if no trains stop here it would be locked. Meh, Elanor, do you want to do us a favour and shoot that lock off the door if we can't find a key? And I'll have a peek at the drinking fountain. And hot dog supreme, what is the deal with the mayor? He seems like an alright bloke to me, maybe a little annoyed at being accused of things though. So why is he crazy?

All the best fellas, may you recieve much LEGO and time with your friends on your special day. Happy Birthday!

Train Group *The three train group men walk down the railway line. They come to a siding off the main line and follow it for about a kilometre before...* Well, well, well - check this out! Look boys - it seems we're in luck! (Now let's hope TheBrickster agrees )

Wow, you're a good guy WhiteFang, you just put a heap of weight on your shoulders - there are a lot of titles! So here are mine (that I remember): Workhouse Movieman - Because Mister Phes saw some of my brickfilms. Life is unfair and other lessons - I don't know why I got this one anymore than I know why I complained about it. =P Phes Junior - Because Zorro decided I was just as dedicated to one theme as Mister Phes. Conductor Zuloo - Because people in Murder on the Emerald Express keep calling me 'Captain Zuloo' rather than 'Conductor Max'. 'Conductor Zuloo' is a good compromise. Train Porter Zuloo - what's the difference between that and Conductor??? Lost his V card - Captain Green Hair is a stalker Lost his Izzy picture card - Zorro is immature Hated my title and got this one instead! - I think Izzy had words with Ras... Something, something, something MEAN! - Again, Izzy and Ras talk too much. I like the colour of poo - It was spelt colour so it can't have been one of the American staff members. I like the colour of Smurfs - Ras is a wierdo and this smurf thing has gone way too far.

Don't worry, we'll be ok, I grabed a train tool before we left. *produces a 4 foot long crowbar before returning it to his pocket - yeah, think about that one for a minute...* So how about to post between the two groups we start each post until we are back from the group split like this: Train Group: [color="#FF0000"][b]Train Group[/b][/color] Bridge Group: [color="#FF0000"][b]Bridge Group[/b][/color]

Is there a problem with three people going?
-
Very nice MOC Mister Derfel Cardarn! I love the way you have done the wall technique. Very well done. I have covered this MOC on the Classic-Pirates.com frontpage.
-
Indeed - I said that in my post. I believe this is the answer: Why? Because we cover 2 places quickly and get out of here sooner, and Mark was keen to learn about trains earlier anyway.
-
Ok, I'm happy for alternatives, but I would like to investigate my theory. So we'll head to the railyard now (small town, shouldn't take us long) and on the way discuss what our next move will be. Sounds ok to you guys? *Group starts moving toward the train yard*
-
Heheheheh, I like my new title. I assume it's from TheBrickster, ImperialShadows or Whitefang as I'm playing Conductor Maxwell Snyder in Murder on the Emerald Express. People keep calling me Captain rather than Conductor though. So I guess my title 'Conductor Zuloo' is a good compromise.
-
Actually, we have 3: 1) Road 2) Plane (that's more favourable than road in my opinion, but not quite s favourable as number 3 - read on) 3) TheBrickster assures me that I'm in this group rather than group 1 for a reason and it has to do with my train engineering skills. So I think the very first thing we should do, is look around for a locomotive other than 10194 that we can hook up to the Emerald Express. That way, we all return in comfort, and I don't loose my job for arriving without the train! So who's up for a jog to this town's rail yard / engine shed?
-
Then maybe the plane is an option. Train does seem to be the only way out, but the Emerald doesn't seem to be workable or repareable in this town. But, seeing as I'm a train conductor and I know quite a lot about trains... Give me a minute...
-
But be quick - if we want to follow my plan, we need to go tonight! I don't want to sleep in this town.

Murder on the Emerald Express: Discussion
Captain Zuloo replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Dammit TheBrickster, how the hell does my special skill assist in Group 4? And I think that the murder may have already happened... -
Ok, well here's the problem: I need to return to LA with the Emerald Night else I loose my job. So my plan is that we make haste to get out of here in that truck, and we go as far as we can before God deems it night fall. We'll follow the railway line, and camp so that when the train comes by, we can jump on. Any takers?

Murder on the Emerald Express: Chapter 5
Captain Zuloo replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Talk about a little determination - maybe I should be with your group! But no, I have a responsibility to arrive in LA with the Emerald express - my career is on the line here. -

Master eBay Auctions thread - post noteworthy auctions here
Captain Zuloo replied to interstellar's topic in LEGO Pirates
To insert an eBay image into your post: Go to eBay.com and find an auction. Right click on the image and go to Properties. Copy the URL in the Image Properties box and paste it between the img tags in your post. It might also be an idea to have some title text above each auction image so we know which set we are bidding on. And thanks for doing this, Classic-Pirates.com appreciates it.
