  1. But we can't see the full length. Could you take a photo of the full ship with your addition?
  2. Looking good admiral. Your ship looks great in port so far. Do you plan to buy this in bricks too?
  3. CGH, I love the way you have turned the studs from upside down to right way up.That is certainly the best technique I've seen for a few weeks. I'm in love with the idea of using those SNOT parts. Ingrnious buddy! Well done.
  4. TheBrickster, your graphic is excellent. This may even be the game that gets me involved with this mafia stuff. The concept is brilliant and the setting is the best set ever, so how can it go wrong?
  5. Really? Neat! These are great, so I'd love it if you could create one of yours truly. Here's a picture of my sigfig:
  6. Very nice Mister Wellington. I like the use of different shedes of grey in the wall. One improvement I could suggest is possibly btinging the arch out 1 stud from the rest of the wall, just to give it some more depth.
  7. I think that's right. I think when you try to send a PM, there is a box called 'Other' and this has all your friends in it. Other than that though, I'm not sure.
  8. No, I'm pretty certain that will turn. But that x 2 will be a little tricky. Mainly because you will need to use a mammoth ammount of Flexible Track to create a trackplan that suck a bizzarre train will run on.
  9. That's not just any guy sitting by the water, that's Captain green hair! Great entry Erdy. I have to agree about the white plates, there wouldn't be waves in a lake of that size. But who am I to complain, that MOC is awesome. It beats the crap out of my entry. Well done Ice Cream!
  10. Did you buy all that cheese just for this MOC?
  11. 75d After a few weeks of building then a couple of days of '"Dammit, I need to finish my entry before the contest ends", I'm proud to present to you my entry for the staff contest, 'The Shipyard'. As many of you may have picked up, The Shipyard is a hidden forum that the Classic-Pirates.com crew use to maintain the CP blog. This MOC is designed to reflect 'just another day in the office' for the team. Here you can see a wide shot of The Shipyard. And, it seems the crew have finally captured that Hoax Man! He's hanging from the lookout tower usually manned by Adam, our Lookout Boy. Where there would normally be a ship in most shipyards, is just the crew's row boats back to their ships as the Eurobricks staff dock was full. Here you can see Shipyard Master Erdbeereis with some suspicious candles and SlyOwl writing the daily news. He seems to be the only one getting any work done. Although CGH with his green hair seems to be making his rounds of the boards. (Get it? He's a mod of the EB boards and walking the boards? Never mind.) Ah, now this is the real work needing to be done! Aim, FIRE! I hope you like my entry. Feedback appreciated. Thanks for hosting this great contest Zorro, and good luck to all who entered!
  12. What voice actors guild?
  13. Yargh, welcome aboard! You mentioned that you are a fan of Pirates, so keep an eye on the Classic-Pirates.com blog, and join us in the Pirate forum for discussion of the best theme there is! Need any help, PM me.
  14. ah, good to hear that myself and the crew's efforts are apppreciated! Welcome to Eurobricks!
  15. Err...I still wash my hands. What about the neighbours? I still think that the effect this has had on the pork industry is insane. Are people really so stupid that they won't eat pig because it's 'swine' flu? Come on, the two barely have any connection!
  16. YouTube user mlucas86 made a comment on the Classic-Pirates.com YouTube Channel that directed us to a LEGO Pirate video on his channel. It was incredibly good, and I decided I'd like to share it with you. So without further ado, I present to you, mlucas86's 'Finally a LEGO Pirates Movie': Well done mlucas86, it pays to make nice comments to Zuloo and the crew. If you haven't already seen the Classic-Pirates.com YouTube Channel, see it here. And subscribe!!!
  17. I think he was refering to this image:
  18. Brilliant. But dammit, now, after all these fantastic entries, I'm scared to post mine! Well I suppose I need to finish it first anyway. Well done LuxorV, good to see you in the pirate theme!
  19. I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. Could you please try and use more words to descibe your problem? And if you are only building it in LDD, what does it matter if it doesn't really turn? EDIT: Are you asking if three wheeled bogies will go around standard L gauge curves? If so, the answer is yes.
  20. Perhaps that could be an update of the sail library - dimensions next to the scans.
  21. Holy megablocks! Did you make this? It's incredible - all the proportions are perfect - and completely brick built! Certainly frontpage material don't you think Ice Cream?
  22. Brilliant Blackmoor! I really like your concept. And I think I would add something were you to create a part two depicting the outcome of sloppiness in an army. Thumbs up!
  23. Wow, that's some army, it even seems that they have collected a couple of totom poles as trophies! Welcome to the Eurobricks Pirate forum, and of course Classic-Pirates.com! I assume you've heard of the Classic-Pirates.com blog run by myself and the The Crew that showcases daily, news, announceements and MOCs? If not, run over and check it out - a daily stop for most LEGO Pirate fans: Classic-Pirates.com
  24. I'm sure you could make some sort of TOPLESS technique work for the track?
  25. I tried to do the same, and I wish you luck! But sadly I found it still wouldn't go around the corners - if that's because of its weight or its design I'm yet to discover. But some people seem to be able to power their train like that, I can't.
