  1. It's not still being produced though, it would just be what they have left in their warehouses.
  2. G'day mate, and Welcome to Eurobricks! You are sure right about the community being friendly - EB rocks! Enjoy.
  3. Look, a sheep! Oh, hold on... Very nice work Mister LuxorV. I like the grill piece. You did well to get the necessary details into a minifig scale appliance.
  4. Congratulations buddy, it's wonderful to see so many well suited additions to the staff recently. Tops mate!
  5. I'd like to go to one of the other unexplored points - I'd be interested in finding this logging train as we might be able to salvage a Johnson Rod from it.
  6. Back on topic, who creates the majority of these tags? Is there one staff member who does most of them?
  7. Wow, nice MOCs! We are extremely lucky to get 2 such fantastic train builders grace us with their presence at the same time. Welcome HoMa and gambort, and thanks for sharing some of your wonderful creations with us!
  8. Great work! Our member pe668 is a big fan of these, I'll have to throw him a link to this thread. They are built very nicely. How many are in the set?
  9. I doubt that LEGO will produce any more of the 9v for any reason, but if they did it would be awesome. It would benefit the LEGO train community a huge amount, although not me personally. I have upwards of 150 straight rails, but I have paid a LOT of money for them in small cheap lots. Cheap mening minimum of $40 AUD per box... I do think though, that if we could convince them to reproduce some of the parts, even for only for a short time, it would be a wonderful opportunity for the LEGO train community to stock up on parts, seeing as we didn't really get fair warning when they discontinued the stuff.
  10. Bloody hell, that makes the actual message look like the footnote! I would agree with you there, even though I'll probably get fired, your lives mean more to me. Only problem is, the croc is on the wrong track and as far as we know there is no points to get it onto the main line. And I just thought he of something. I'm thinking that George might be innocent! The main reason he was accused was because he threw a meat clever into me - but when we left the Emerald Express, remember that the knives were all missing?
  11. Does it say anything else? What sort of paper is it on? Does it have any logos on it? Does it look old? 4 - 6 weeks old perhaps? Is it handwritten or printed? This is an interesting discovery.
  12. Agreed! There is certainly no way that I'm a bad guy! As for everyone going over the bridge, I'm going to stay right where I am not on the bridge until further notice.
  13. Vig. 87d A Flickr search turned up a very interesting MOC, something that we don't see every day. Classic-Pirates.com is proud to present to you, countblockula's BigFig Redbeard! Flickr link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/countblockula/3402465165
  14. Indeed it is, although a fancier word you could use is Piratical. Since you're from Australia, you should drop by ANZFOL and sign up to stay up to date with info relating to Aussie LEGO fans. But welcome to Eurobricks and Classic-Pirates.com mate, enjoy your stay.
  15. Great job mate! The use of the POTC music is really overused in Youtube Brick Flicks, but I think this is certainly an exception. The music fit the animation perfectly. The one thing I didn't get though, is why did the first pirate jump into the ocean? Did he not get on with Brickbeard? Otherwise, supurb film. Thanks for sharing it with us.
  16. Fantastic work! I like the detail in the cars and the smooth lines of the train. Unfortunately, the Brickshelf folder isn't public so we can't see the pictures there. You may want to check out this great Deep Linking Tutorial.
  17. 100% in agreeing! I stole no-one's pins! I do however, have a piece of information that my PM inbox Bulldog told me - he was the one who sabotaged the train. He was offered a large sum of money by someone, and he badly needed it. But he fell off the bridge before I could get any more details.
  18. It'll take to long to get it here, we'll just walk. Besides, we're almost there.
  19. Haha, very inventive goats. I'm truly impressed. What were you doing when you thought of using binoculars as goats? Great work.
  20. Ok Greaseman, what say you and I go to the mill and grab a few planks. Honestly, how heavy can plastic planks be? *Walks back to the mill with Grease to get some planks of wood*
  21. The rules state that it must run on standard L-gauge track (including points), so I would say the different non-train wheels are ok, just so long as it will still ride the rails ok.
  22. Wow! I'm glad you have her complete Admiral. This is going on the frontpage straight away! Update: Frontpaged. Great work Admiral B!
  23. Oh no, Bulldog! I've never lost a passenger on board one of my trains...except on that trip on the Orient Express. But they got the facts all wrong in the movies, it was all the little old lady! Oh dear.
  24. We're minifigs, of course it'll work! Any objections? *Note to The Brickster: In no part of the above post did I say I would like to step onto the bridge*
  25. That image is fantastic! I have updated the frontpage article accordingly. Oh, and nice ship by the way.
