  1. Imperial Red Cross to the rescue! Outstanding idea :)
  2. *meh* on the one side, on the other side let's wait for the piece count. And the box pics show it's more than just 2-3 layers of plates and tiles, sooo...
  3. Only 1x1s lessens the excitement a bit. I hoped for more of the unusual ones like the triangular 2x2s and so, but still it will be a gold mine for tile-hunters. If it hits the lower end of the price range excitement will grow again.
  4. OK, the 31200 Sith Mosaic will have 3167pcs and cost $100-$150. Question is, if the mosaic will look like these, or have a flat tile surface. Because if it has 2 layers with only tiles on top, even $150 would mean less than 5ct/pc, which ist not that bad, considering all the tiles. Even if there are many 1x1s. Now considering this, $20 for a sketch would be a d*** move by TLG.
  5. But opposed to Hoth, Bespin and Endor, Yavin saw no direct Rebs vs. Imps action in the movies. It all happened in space around the DS. A new DS with upgraded techniques and new pieces is still what i'd put my money on.
  6. The child is the cutest alien ever created in the history of SF. LEGO won't destroy that with a creepy buildable figure. Now please don't say "hold min øl"...
  7. Who cares if it is a NPC? I bet there would be highly sought after NPCs. Yeah, i think there's 0% for it, too. But i bet it'd sell like crazy, if there is army building potential. Like various troopers of all factions being the "commons". Pilots, droids and officers being the uncommons, Show/movie characters making up the rare und ultra-rare exclusives.
  8. Just saw newest pics of the LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga. Almost 500 characters...wouldn't a collectible minifig series be cool?
  9. Restock time, so another 3 for €10/ea
  10. Those brick modified 2877 make the solar panels look so much better. Brings back a bit of structure to @Jerac's perfect snot design.
  11. Good review! Train wheels on flex tubes? Didn't know that until now, since i didn't read other reviews. Nice idea, really looks like a single tube.
  12. The WALKING PYLONS (geez, don't call the legs ^^) don't differ that much from the previous version. Same width and thinkness, the thighs grew 1 stud in length, the lower legs have the same length, the feet became 1 plate thinner. The feet seem to be 2 studs wider, because the toes grew from 1 stud to 2 studs. The "skinny legs" some of you see might be more of an illusion. The body got at least 2 studs longer (and much better proportioned), maybe that adds to the impression. Stonewars has a before/after slide, so see yourself. I love the minifigs, the whole set is cool.
  13. But fun. I'd buy any TIE Bomber, because of all the mass produced TIE variants, this is the only one i don't have in my collection. And i'm sure i'm not alone with that.
  14. Has the possibility of a (FO) TIE Bomber for the $100 set already been ruled out? The last two TIEs had 517/519 pieces for €70. 250 pieces more could make a neat bomber. The instant i saw FO one in SW:RES i wanted to have it.
  15. Don't forget the folding wings. Would be interesting to see how LEGO would approach that. To make a wing that folds almost completely closed, should be the minor task, but how to attach it to the pylons in a sturdy and not too bulky fashion? I've seen a pretty good looking one on yt. But i don't think the way how he connects the pieces would be up to LEGO's standards, not sturdy enough.
  16. 2 more Mandalorian BP, again only €10 each, "new item" rebate. If you live near to a KAUFLAND, go there. I hope for a restock :) I wonder how many packs @madoka added to his already ~16.000 minifigs.
  17. +1
  18. It resembles an iron cross.
  19. I was just flabbergasted by the utter nonsense you wrote.
  20. What?
  21. The roof of the building in the background on the left is the sail from Jabba's barge, isn't it? Neat idea.
  22. Really cool, Manfred would love it :)
  23. The DS 2 was phased out and replaced with the DS. The DS was phased out and replaced with a slightly updated version. It's absolutely logical to assume we'll get another DS/DS 2 when 75159 is phased out. Since 10188 and 75159 were almost the same, which basically means today's DS is still the 2008 version, a set using new parts and techniques is a fair bet.
