  1. Just saw this new trailer: Lots of small racer/fighter ships that'd be perfect for Junior sets. Coincidence? Yeah, tell your grandma
  2. Quite good, but way too expensive. I think i'll save the money and try to get my hands on a discounted Falcon later that year.
  3. Wow, amazing build! Did you make a ldd?
  4. The more one looks at it...the forcefully ejected U-wing pilot and the smoke coming from the engine. Nice little touches, love this piece of art.
  5. Just picture it standing by that campfire... We need a MOC for that
  6. If this means you can swap the originals and your wings without mods to the rest of the model, it's even nicer.
  7. Some snotting and extra pieces for making the panels sturdier and it's perfect. Nice alternative. Did you change the panels only or the pylons, too?
  8. 75211 Imperial Tie Fighter for €57,77 incl. shipping.
  9. Thank you! $40 is a bargain compared to other instructions, but sadly the bricks are a little over my budget. But i'm happy others can get happy with :)
  10. Holy sith...impressive. How much do you want for the instructions and about how much will it cost to bricklink the pieces?
  11. Perfect, then you can fill the other half with another SD to ram the first into The Hammerhead on Rebrickable is the older version with only 3 engines and no modules on the sides in front of the engines. I like your Rogue One version much more, especially the coloring. Do you have any measurements/brick count?
  12. Niiice, very good job You know your next model has to be a same scale SD?
  13. 75173 Luke's Landspeeder at a 15% discount for €25,49.
  14. Fabulous. Love every single bit of it.
  15. Did they use glue for plastic models or random super glue? Plastic glue contains a solvent and basically melts the surface, the pieces get cold welded together. No chance to separate the pieces without damage/destruction. If it is a standard super glue you could try soaking it in hot water, but don't exceed 55° celsius. The bricks won't melt, but could warp. Then put the bricks into the freezer. Repeat if necessary. You could use cleaning alcohol or terpentine for soaking, but first test the used liquids with some bricks.
  16. My local dealer has 15% off for LEGO, so i bought 75208 Yoda's Hut for €25,49. This was my most frustrating LEGO build ever. If you apply a little too much pressure, it tends to shatter spectacularly, sending pieces everywhere. Had to rebuild it twice after steps 60 and 65. Now i'm down 1x 4211183 and even worse 1x 6172808, both in brown. I hope i can hear those pieces rattling in my vacuum tomorrow. Since i bought the set mainly for the figures it's not such a big deal, but be warned.
  17. And i say it's pure genius how you used the blue pipe. A transparent part would be better, but i think there's nothing like that available from LEGO. Paint it tan... Anyway, great MOC!
  18. U-Wing from shop.lego, just for the Vader pod...and because i really like the U-Wing. EDIT: And for my KRMF - which i will buy friday from my local dealer - i bricklinked the "dunes stand" with white technic beams.
  19. Count me in.
  20. Hi, please have a look at your settings, it asks for a login.
  21. I wish official models were of such quality. The missing seam makes it really outstanding. Best executor ever.
  22. I wish we could have something completely new. Wether it be Cloud City, an Mandator IV/Resurgent or even the Supremacy, but please not the 5th(?) renewal in a row.
  23. Hi there, i'm pretty new to this forum, so i don't know if this was already adressed: I'm member in another forum which uses the same software and therefore i know it has a "like-system". We are allowed to like/thank/etc. 10 posts/day. Is there any possibility to activate this feature here? There are so many posts that deserve appreciation, but where i don't want to spam the 10-page-thread with another generic "wow/good work-post". I'm pretty sure that'd make a huge, positive impact, because it'd be easier to voice your appreciation and the MOC-builders would get some "value" for their efforts.
  24. Wow, this thing is huge. Can't wait to see the wings in action and some comparison-shots.
