Just finished mine and to be honest I am not impressed. the model itself is good , but the pneumatic system is the letdown as it seen to be under powered I think it needs a second compressor and or air tank and the general layout of the air tubing and vales needs a rethink as it is very cramped.

I am thinking of getting 2 42043 for parts (wife willing or not knowing). out of the 140 (more or less) technic set i have, i have only kept one 8455-1 Backhoe loader to gether

Do you buy the kit more for the parts or the kit itself ? I lean towards the parts myself (i think i have posted this question before.)

The May 2015 copy of Kzone comes with 30272 for AU$6.00. I got one at a local Newsagent

is the a simple program that can tell what parts you have ? not only in a set but in a collection well.

I am wondering why alot (90% +) instructions I download in pdf format from Lego Customer service are blurred or dark even when you zoom in.

I would have to say 8455 Back-Hoe ( 2003) is the best. I did not buy it. (big mistake) I have made it with parts I have and I really don't want to take it apart. All the technic set I get get built and taken apart within a week or two.

But I do not think it's as strong as the old one with the axle running all the way through it, I don't know why they (TLG) change it any way ?

I was thinking of "shelf space" . 42025 is almost as wide as it is long. It should have come with folding wings

would 42025 Cargo plane be the largest Technic set (not in parts count)

Lego have got the technic download for 2014 kits up and running again, this with the b models for 42025 hovercraft and 42024 road grader

The instructions for Technic kits for the first half of this year have been remove from the Lego technic web site
