That’s pretty great, loved L3 in the movie and still holding out for a official one. But this may have to hold me over.

Very nice. I just went to see the movie. I do think the official version was pretty good it was a little wide and maybe a stud or two long. Can’t wait to how it looks in real bricks. I also may have to try my hand At this. How did you do the internal structure?

Yea I wonder if it has to do with the pigment or it could be the plastic. I work with steel all the time and even if Chinese steel is made to the same spec a lot of the time it is not the same. Same recipe doesn’t allways turn out the same. We have seen whole lots of Chinese steel that chemically test out the same as US steel but is garbage compared to domestic samples. The way it’s handled and processed makes a big difference and I’m sure some or all of that applies to plastic as well.

I saw you throw this out there in another thread. I haven’t heard anything like this yet and after asking around all I could find out was. That sometimes the collectibles/giveaways have had trouble with pigments making them more brittle. Some of the brown colors have had this problem. Supposedly the plastic is the same. Where did you here this from because if true this is concerning? I was told also that they are experimenting with a new bamboo based plastic. They are rolling it out in a few of the plant type elements this year and seeing how well it performs.

The new version looks amazingly clean and I’m loving the new cockpit. After I built your 2.1 version I was starting to collect up parts to do a second one. But now I’m gonna have to do the latest update and update the first one after. Thanks for keeping making this better. And your asking price for the new version is more than fair. Edit: already ordered the lxf file so I can upgrade.

Very nice and amazing how much interior you can fit in there. I may add to the list of down the road builds. Im about to start building the torso of your AT-AT. Keep up the good work you models are some of the best.

I think the “Shortage” leading up to may the fourth at least the last few weeks may have been a little bit of stockpiling for Star Wars day. So we are probobly out of the woods on major out of stock periods.

Sorry no I don’t have any on snow troopers and I could find any pictures of them. I use a lot of the packs they make. I have a full platoon of stormtroopers with black commando packs and I’ve used the ARC packs and range packs on other specialty troopers. Once they go up in the packs I’ll have to get a few all my stormtroopers are gonna need an upgrade those look awesome.

Here is one of my scouts with the new range trooper legs. i did not switch the hips just swapped them quick to see how it looks. From the front they look really good the sides are pretty much the same as there were before. And here is a before. and the side I thinks it’s a pretty good improvement.

I picked one of these up and I agree with you on most of your points. A mud trooper would have been great and I hope we get some down the road. The officers are going to be a good base to modify with different faces/legs to make some command for my army. The patrol trooper helmet looks really good and I can’t wait to get more. I was really impressed with the bike. Normally I do the builds for only the first pack I get and don’t bother with the rest. But these I think are going to be an addition to the army.

Minifig scale is tough to nail down but is usually based off a minifig height. System scale is not really a particular scale. It’s really just playable size sometimes that’s bigger than minifig scale sometimes smaller. It mostly refers to regular play sets.

This is amazing I love the proportions. I’ll have add this to the list of parts I’m slowly adding up to build all the others. All these amazing TIEs are got really hurt the wallet.

The legs are close but different the new patrol trooper has more details on the "knees" and the hip part of the hovertank pilot has a black strip in the crotch. And the belt printing is different on both to match the different torsos. I do wish they would stop splitting the belts between the torso and hips makes reuse harder. I agree the white on black printed scouts never should have happened. The black arms I think are even worse than the legs. All mine are the unprinted white legs that need an update.

Looks really nice. I’m impressed you could hide all the studs on that scale. Keep up the good work.

The legs on the new patrol trooper look like they would work well for a scout trooper the black is only printed on the front but it’s better than no boots. Also the helmets are dual molded and look awesome.

Just picked up 75207 Imperial patrol battle pack. I was not sure about the new patrol troopers but I’m really liking the new helmet. It’s a dual mold so the black parts fit in and don’t look applied. The officers will be great for modification too. I’ll be buying a ton of these to build up the army.

Well I was resisting the printed arms but I’m gonna break if there are stormtrooper arms I’m almost at 40 for my little army.

Very nice the AT-RT is really hard to pull off at this scale I think you did a very good job and thanks for the instructions on top of a very nice moc. I may have add one or two too the army.

The terrain is awesome I love the snot with a few studs here and there fore texture.

I talked to a lego employee about the minifig license. What he said is Hasbro has the license for action figures and lego for construction toys. And the view is a minifig on its own is an action figure but if it’s part of a set it’s a construction toy. That’s why I think we are gonna see more and more battle packs it’s away for them to get around this.

Yea I also doubt they will make a new helmet. But hopfulling in August we will get a standard imperial version. It would be kinda cool if they made a bottom piece like the new Vader helmet. They could use the old helmet and you could take the mask/goggles off.

I’m hopping we get a mud trooper in the summer wave or a later battle pack. With or without the googles and respirator. Either would be great Because if what I think is true they are not stormtroopers but just regular imperial soldiers with some special gear. Mud trooper I hope is not a specialty it’s just a name because they had to call them something. I think a battle pack would be great for building up my non stormtrooper forces. And they torso and helmet and legs would be useful to make other Imperials.
