All they really need to do is a Bridge Battle set (with an updated Iron Spider, Doc Ock, and original suit Green Goblin), and a Statue of Liberty Battle set (with the three Spider-Men, modified suit Green Goblin, Electro, Lizard, a minifigure or brickbuilt Sandman, and maybe Ned, possibly repeats of MJ and Strange), and I'd be pretty satisfied with two sets.

I mean, I would hope that a new Andrew Garfield Spider-Man has arm printing and dual molded legs, neither of which were present on the SDCC figure.

I'm really hoping that LEGO includes an Iceman minifigure somewhere in the future, especially considering that there's already a Firestar.

If we got something like an 18+ Arkham set, I wonder if characters like Zsasz or Professor Pyg would have any chance of appearing, considering that I thought the Daily Bugle being 18+ was supposedly the reason why characters like the Punisher could be included.

I'm a bit skeptical of the idea of a D2C Avengers Tower being released at a price point lower than the Sanctum Sanctorum. I feel like Avengers Tower would be closer in size and price to the Daily Bugle. Not sure what else could be a plausible option though.

I'm chuckling at the idea that I could technically put Barad-dûr in my Batman display...

Maybe those LEGO Batman 4 rumors aren't so far fetched... I'm desperately hoping that we get some new characters, like Mad Hatter or the Ventriloquist. Some Brave and the Bold style team up sets with other heroes would also be very welcome. Maybe we could even get comic versions of Black Adam and Dr. Fate if we're lucky enough...

I'm still wondering if The Nightmare Before Christmas will get at least one set for its 30th anniversary. The long arms and legs being reintroduced could be useful for a revamped Jack Skellington.

Has it been confirmed that the Marvel CMF 2 will have 12 minifigures like the last one? The news about the upcoming Disney CMF getting 18 minifigures makes me a bit hopeful that we'll get a few more slots this time.

A second DC CMF series would be greatly hampered by the reduction to 12 minifigures per series, considering the Trinity at bare minimum would essentially need to be included, and a few other major Justice League members would also be very likely to have a new variation included, leaving maybe half the series open for new characters. Batman I'd hope would be a Batman Beyond variation. Logically, Superman would be a Golden Age variant to go with the Batman and Wonder Woman from the previous series, but I would personally hope for the black suit to finally get an accessible release. I'm not sure which Wonder Woman variant they would do, as the major designs have already been covered by LEGO, but I can't see her being skipped over. For a likely Flash variant, maybe Kid Flash? I'd be disappointed if we didn't get Guy Gardner as the Green Lantern representation. Dr. Fate is a must. Black Adam definitely deserves a minifigure. Zatanna is overdue for a minifigure. I'm still hoping for Samurai with Gleek to turn up, as their absence from the TLBM line despite being in the movie was annoying. Maybe Toyman for some Legion of Doom representation? Big Barda, as we already got Mr. Miracle in the last series. Mr. Mxyzptlk, to have another 5th dimensional imp for the series. Honorable mentions: Ares Saturn Girl Atom Booster Gold

After seeing The Way of Water in 3D,

I'm very surprised that Cull Obsidian wasn't included in the Hulkbuster set, considering he would have made sense as an inclusion, and would have complemented the IW figures included in the Sanctum. The build is a lot better looking than I was expecting though. Hopefully the rest of the first movie Avengers lineup will turn up in a summer set (maybe a Leviathan and/or Chariot as the builds to go with Hulk, Hawkeye, and a couple Chitauri)

Looks like it's the Milesmobile, not the Morbmobile. Ghost Rider does get a huge bike to go with his mech, with no one to fight apparently.

I predict that at some point in 2023, we'll be getting an Iron Man 3 set (maybe the Roxxon Norco as the build?), considering we got an Iron Man set in 2021 and an Iron Man 2 set this year. Plus, Killian is very much in need of a more accurate minifigure, and of course it would provide a great opportunity for more Iron Legion armors to turn up. I wonder if we'll be getting another Hulk bigfig any time soon, whether in the Quinjet or elsewhere. The last time we got one at all was in the 2020 4+ set, and there hasn't been one in the Infinity Saga subline so far.

I wouldn't mind if the book included an epilogue character we didn't get in the Hogwarts Express. Otherwise, I'm not sure where else missing epilogue characters could be included unless we get another CMF series.

I wonder if a Gallimimus will make it somewhere into the wave. It'd be a shame if that one set from 2020 is the only time we get a Gallimimus.

The four previously mentioned sets are up on LEGO's website, plus the fifth set, 75577 Mako Submarine.

Hopefully we'll get more Avatar 1 and The Way of Water sets in the next year or two before Avatar 3 sets become the next focus (assuming the theme sells well enough).

Maybe we'll get a comic Black Adam in a Batman set in the future, like what was done for Shazam.

After watching the Black Adam movie, I definitely wish that LEGO had given us a 2-3 set wave for it. The Intergang Hovercraft, Hawk Cruiser, and a buildable Atom Smasher would have been no-brainers for set builds. At least Spin Master was willing to do the two vehicles.

Technically, it looks like there were two statues in the Ministry of Magic, and we only got the Wizard statue in the set. I theoretically could see the other one (The Fountain of Magical Brethren) being a build in a $20 Dumbledore vs. Voldemort set.

I think how in-depth this theme gets largely depends on both how well the sets sell (I'm not quite sure how well the current wave is selling), and how much TWOW makes at the box office (for what it's worth, I think the recent rerelease of the first movie made over $70 million at the box office). If Avatar can prove it can sustain being a big franchise beyond one movie, I wouldn't completely rule out stuff like UCS sets or a CMF series.

I certainly hope that Mxyzptlk makes it into a set. Really, any set with Superman in it would be welcome at this point, considering I'm pretty sure the last Kal-El/Clark Kent Superman we got was in the CMF almost 3 years ago, and the last one included in a set was in 2018 I believe.

This looks like it would be a very strong wave of sets. I'm hoping that LEGO eventually decides to do some more Brave and the Bold-esque team up sets like this, considering my hype for the theme has been steadily declining after 2018 (other than the CMF series), and hit a new low this year.
