The Action Theme You Love
LuxorV replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Nice new topic, Peppermint. Well, being a paleontologist, and loving dinosours since I was a kid, I can't but choose Dino 2010 / Dino Attack as my top choice. I recently acquired some dinos, torsos and faces from this theme ('cause I missed it at the time ), and I like to make small scenes with them (though I do not photograph and post them here). Second in line are the super-spy themes (Agents and Alpha Team), for the super gadgets they have. It's funny to try and invent new gadgets and find ways to iclude them in my MOCs. Then is Power Miners and Rock Raiders' turn, also because my paleontology preparation derives from a geology base -
Thanks for sharing this original creation, bricktw. Are those demon-killer tags you put on their foreheads? (Sorry, I don't know if they have a traditional name or other meaning; the question is mostly based on manga/anime examples.) P.S. - Could you please reduce the pics size to 800 pixels maximum, as by our Guidelines? Thank you.

Please, do not consider Eurobricks, even in the Community section, a billboard to gather attention and to promote not-LEGO related personal projects. Especially when you do so to gain personal advantages. I'm going to close this topic, and I hope to see more LEGO related stuff from you, coheed fan.

Very nice figure, Morgan19. Very accurate and greatly iconic. Maybe you could send one to the Queen

Thanks for sharing these decals, Dutch! The Dino Attack w/strips face has always been one of my favourites, btw

Hi everybody, I've been following this thread every now and then during the last months, and I always thought I had to try some SW photography like this some day. I took the occasion during this vacations and I'm going to show you my first efforts. Do not espect great lighting effects, though First off, a AT-RT scouting the land (in the absence of the official one, I made one with some spare parts, so the colour scheme is a bit fancy ) This one I call a war tired clone trooper And, last one, a K.I.A. trooper with what remains of his vehicle (you know, I had this charcoal at hand...) Hope you like them

Yet again, I'm amazed by the ammount of detail and art you can put in BA products The Heavy Laser Cannon with removable Viewfinder is by far my favourite, but I love them all and I really appreciate the fact that the Z-5E Pod Gun's barrel can be combined with such a variety of official parts! Thanks for sharing this great news.

New Products BrickForge from BrickFair 2010 now available
LuxorV replied to Omicron's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Really interesting new itmes you show us here! I'll have to take some time to see them all in detail, but I've got the feeling you outid yourselves yet again with this new wave -
All of the decals listed here are considered free to use for everybody, as long as due credit is given to the original designer. On another note, please do not re-vive years old topics just to ask this kind of questions. If you could wait a few more posts, you'd been able to send a PM and avoid this issue. Try it this way next time. Thank you

Amazing job on these figures, tin7! Thanks for sharing -
He probably closed that store. Btw, we ask our members to show maturity in their posts, for example by using proper spelling, punctuation and capitalisation. Would you mind trying harder in your next posts? Thank you.

Please, note that this is just a discussion topic, not a trading post. We also like our members to use proper capitalisation in their posts, since this forum is aimed at adult fans of LEGO (AFOLs). Thank you.

Hellboy and the rest of the BPRD
LuxorV replied to Bobskink's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Great job on these figures, Bobskink! Thay are really faithful to the second film P.S. - Could you please reduce the pics size to 800 pixels maximum, as by our Guidelines? Thank you -
Well, I would not say blue hands are that rare, even though they were more commonly used in older sets (Classic Space and Space mainly) Looking at it closely, Aalya's mifig seems more medium blue to me though, and medium blue hands were only used for Watto. This makes them way more rare, even for a BL order to get Aayla the right ones Anyway, I think the main reason for the 'gloved' hands is that almost all CW characters (with few exceptions, like Mace) seem to wear gloves. On the other hand, Aayla clearly did not.

I prefer TLG version. The calm expression is more in line with the character, especially as seen in Clone Wars series. The fact that the head-tails can be separated from the head is another good point, while the fact the 'forehead protector' is part of the same piece is not a great problem according to me.

As Vincent Kessels already linked you to the tutorials' index, I'll just add that you need to create an account on an external photo sharing site (like Brickshelf, Flickr, MOCpages and the like), store your images there and deeplink them in your topics. I'm sorry, but the Gallery is not available for members' use at this time. I'll also move this topic to the Website & Forums section, where it belongs. -
Hello radzis, welcome to Eurobricks! I merged your two introduction topics. Please do not start multiple topics to introduce yourself

Welcome to our newer Staffer, dluders! I'm sure you are the right person to enhance our Technic Forum And as always, Big Cam, you're around to check our movements, aren't you?

Very nice and clean design, Diidy! Thanks for sharing and welcome to Eurobricks I'm also working on a design for a stool, and I must say I like your solution. I really like your slim microscope, but, if I may say, I think it could use some focus/magnification controls like the ones I added to mine

Great job again on these, Bobskink. The box is superb as the nice impulse-size accessories really add to the theme Now, if only I could get my hands on one of these...
