Well, as I understand Mariann Asanuma's words, those models will be recycled into new bricks (at least most of them), so it isn't a total waste. All the same, it's quite hurtful to see our bricks ill-treated that way LuxorV

Never underestimate TLG's fantasy with flick missils LuxorV

Very nice rendering of the designs original of the game (maybe that's what he intended... ). They don't seem to be made with LDD, though. Maybe it's CAD? LuxorV

Nice review for a neat set You just seem to have some problems with a couple of images LuxorV

Very smooth and futiristic look It's very nice the action you put in it; the orange MFs really stand out, with those dark-grey walls and floor. LuxorV

Great review. I those pics of the single new pieces. They really make you feel (as much as possible through a PC screen) how they are. LuxorV

Indeed very scenic vig Very well done! LuxorV

I've always wanted to see a really good version of this one. I think TLG did its best with the first one; the new one isn't that good: too bulky Now on yours. I think you got it really good: the 'pelvis' is nice and not too big, so that it won't get in the way when it folds up (even if your's can't ). Moreover, the longer back leg gives it a good structure, very realistic. Finally, the arms are very posable, and again give the impression to be perfect for the folding up action. Great job, with the other droids too LuxorV

Hi isaacbrockthebuilder (may I call you just isaac for short?), as AwesomeStar said, please post your decal requests in this linked thread, adding the name you want me to call them (so that you can easily find yours when I'll post them here) and a pic (or link to the same) of the design you require. Please do not post decal requests in any other thread, since it may cause confusion and your requests may go unseen. LuxorV

Here are the last decals I made. Just a few days and my current 'to do' list will be completed LuxorV

Thanks for your contribution, darthgrieveous. Although I don't use those program myself, I'm sure a lot of people will find your palette most useful You may now want to introduce yourself in this thread, and have fun in the EB community LuxorV -
Very ingenious creation, Hinckley! I love the simple, yet smoothed base. Any chances it is going to stage in one of your comics' kitchens? LuxorV
-
Hi Deaddude, and welcome to EB! You can introduce yourself in this thread, and tell us more about your LEGO interests. You may also want to look at the Cassic-Town.net site, for more info on the old sets and the new developements of this theme LuxorV

Neat creation WetWired. I it's posability and the small detailes you put in, like the tear in the first pic and the blood-for-transfusions bottle on the left arm. And you said this is the first of a series, right? Can't wait to see the rest LuxorV

Thanks for the link, CopMike. That really is an impressive Doll More comments may come as soon as I finish the download and have a look at the magazine itself LuxorV

You're welcome. It's always good to ask for advice in cases like this (after having checked the search option to make sure you do not post unuseful topics that coul annoy the Staff): you don't ever know how much the discussion can enrich the site. So, if there's anybody out there how is willing to give some more tips, please do so LuxorV

Hi CastleLord, I don't know of any such tutorial. But maybe some of the PostApoc builders here made one, or they are willing to make one now . Anyways, the better choice would be to search here and on BS for such creations and study how others did them. And you could want to download the instructions for the tank of the Dino 2010 theme from LEGO.com. That may prove quite useful LuxorV

Great review. It's been ages since I got a Bionicle (have all the 6 Toa from second wave and a couple other sets), but these 2009 Glatorians are really good. You influenced my decision on the two to buy. Now guess the second! LuxorV

Neat creations. Very interesting use of parts in all of them My favs are the Punching-Bot (the Islanders mask use is really ingenious ) and Piggy LuxorV

The final result looks great, expecially on the black background! Once again, great (and a bit strange ) MOC LuxorV

Disney Minifig Collection 1
LuxorV replied to tin7_creations's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Glad it helped I'll be waiting to see them. I always like to see how my decals look like once applied LuxorV -
You must admit some of them where quite funny I thought it was some kind of game going on... Anyways, I'm glad they're gone. Even if funny, I don't really like signs that most of the time are bigger than the post itself. LuxorV
