  1. Thank you very much! I'm glad you like it!
  2. Haha figured it was about time I posted on here after lurking for a long time XD Thanks David! Means a lot coming from you :) If my BAP order would arrive soon, yes, I do plan on keeping up my builds lol
  3. This is absolutely stunning!
  4. Today's featured rig is Brickadia Fire & Rescue Engine 36! Housed with Truck 36, USAR 36, and Battalion 36, Engine 36 is the busiest company out of the Station 36. This apparatus was purchased in 2008 and received a light refurb in 2019. Technical specs: 2008/2019 Seagrave Marauder Triple Combination Engine Cummins X12 475-hp engine Alison transmission Code 3 lighting B&M Super Chief siren Motorola Spectra siren Grover air horns 1500 gpm two-stage Waterous pump 500 gal water 20 gal Class A foam 40 gal Class B foam NightScan PowerLite Credit: David H for the compartments Christian C for various pump panel ideas Abeed M for the decals
  5. Thank you very much! Sorry I'm just getting to this. Haven't visited the site in a while haha
  6. Haha I am actually planning to replace FR11 with a patrol (not sure if you saw that.. I posted it somewhere lol) and an ambo. I am posting it through Flickr. I may use Brickshelf down the road as I do not have Flickr Pro account... I just basically link the photo to the post here and this webpage automatically processes the link to present the photo.
  7. Hi everyone! Today, I present to you my latest MOC: Brickadia US&R 36! Perhaps my most ambitious build to date, this MOC features 5x7 and 5x5 functional compartments, swinging tool boards, and a completely redesigned interior! Brickadia Fire Rescue has placed this 2020 Pierce Enforcer tandem-axle rescue in service as US&R 36! This is the department’s first ever urban search and rescue apparatus and will greatly enhance their technical rescue capabilities. Since US&R 36 is only staffed by an engineer and a captain (with additional personnel from other companies), the committee decided to install a command center in lieu of where the crew would usually sit. Due to several freeways and major roads, this apparatus was designed to respond to most, if not all, motor vehicle accidents with trapped parties. As part of CA-RTF4, Brickadia can supply a rescue team and equipment that specializes in collapse, high angle, low angle, and trench rescues.
  8. Great police station! Love all the details inside too!
  9. It’s gonna expand soon too ?
  10. WOW! How many of those trans-blue gems did you use XD Lovely details all around!
  11. I love all the little details here! Well done!
  12. This is a great MOC!
  13. Hey thanks! After literally many years of trial and error, I've found a happy medium :) Sorry I'm only replying now haha... been a tad busy XD Today's update is one of my latest creations: Water Tender 11. Purchased in 2004 to supply water for brush fires, WT11 is one of two water tenders. Water Tender 11 is also the last of the first generation Pierce Quantum cabs in service at Castle Beach. All Quantums purchased by the department between 1998 and 2004 have already been sold, traded-in, or donated. WT11 is also equipped like any of the frontline triple combinations except that it has less attack hose due to the portable tank located in the hosebed. During brushfire season, WT11 is staffed by 2 firefighters. Technical specs: 2004 Pierce Quantum 525-hp Detroit Diesel DD13engine Allison 4000 EVS transmission TAK-4 independent suspension Code 3 emergency lighting FRC scene lighting Wilburt Night scan PowerLite B&M Super Chief siren Motorola Spectra siren Grover air horns Onan 20 kW on-board generator 1500 gpm two-stage Waterous pump 2500 gal water 20 gal Class A foam 40 gal Class B foam
  14. Today’s update is one my personal favorites: Truck 2! Featuring 15 functional compartments, Truck 2 is a 2020 Pierce Quantum Ascendant tractor drawn aerial and comes in at 62 ft in length. This apparatus can maneuver much easier than a rear-mount or mid-mount aerial thanks to the steering 5th wheel. Truck 2 is assigned the shop number 22004 and will see action shortly. Per the Castle Beach Fire Department Truck Company Specification, this apparatus is a straight truck, carrying no water or hose. If necessary, a 3” monitor can be supplied by the 2-car and attached to the tip of the aerial for master stream operations. As part of the technical rescue team, this apparatus (along with Truck 1) has an A-frame gantry to assist with lifting heavy objects or for low angle rescues. Truck 2 Technical Specs: 2020 Pierce Quantum 6-man Cab with a 22” raised roof Ascendant 107’ HD aerial with a 750 lb tipload 525-hp Detroit Diesel DD13engine Allison 4500 EVS transmission TAK-4 independent suspension Code 3 emergency lighting FRC scene lighting Wilburt Night scan PowerLite B&M Super Chief siren Federal Signal Touchmaster siren Grover air horns Onan 20 kW on-board generator Vanair Pro 185-cfm air compressor Ramsey Winch 12K Forcible entry tools RIT/FAST tools Holmatro EVO 3 cordless rescue tools 2 PPV fans Spill equipment High/low angle rescue equipment 276 ft of ground ladders The driver's side was structured to carry truck company equipment, while the officer's side was designed to store rescue tools. In addition, the apparatus carries 276 ft. of ground ladders. The complement consists of extension ladders, wall ladders, and roof ladders. The extension ladder complement consists of two 35 ft. ladders, one 14 ft. ladder, one 12 ft ladder, and one collapsible 10 ft. ladder. The wall ladder complement includes two 24 ft. ladders, two 20 ft. ladders, and two 16 ft. ladders. The roof ladder complement has one 20 ft. ladder, one 16 ft. ladder, and two 12 ft. ladders. 15. Great find!!
  16. Haha! Eventually, I’d like to get a strike team within the agencies I run, but I need to win the lottery first ?
  17. Thanks bro! Haha I do have a couple Type VI vehicles designed, but I haven’t fully committed to buying them ?
  18. Today’s update is this 2020 RAM 1500 SSV for the Chief of Department! It’s #FireChiefTuesday! Castle Beach Fire Department has acquired this 2020 RAM 1500 Special Service Vehicle to serve as the Chief of Department’s vehicle. The previous 2017 Chevrolet Suburban will be relegated to the Fire Marshall’s rig. Technical specs: 2020 RAM 1500 4x4 Special Service Vehicle 5.7P HEMI V8 engine 7 Motorola APX8500 All Band Dual Head Radios DirecTV in-motion Satellite System MSAT Satellite Phone and Data System EZ-Up and Map Storage Dual Screen MDC with wired and wireless network iPort wireless iPad Charging system on full motion swing arm mount #QualityImpersonatedHashtagDuplicated #OftenImitatedNeverDuplicated
  19. Wow! That world map is amazing! Great use of curved tiles for the effect!
  20. Thank you very much Jerry! Glad you like all the little details!
  21. Awesome! Actually, I’ve been planning to build a medic bus sometime soon, but I haven’t finalized a design yet lol
  22. Thanks so much! I will try to post something once a week as I have collected over 100 rigs through the years
  23. Thank you! Indeed! This is one of my favorite color schemes and is modeled after Los Angeles Fire Department’s airport scheme.
  24. Haha! Seeing that emergency sets are kinda my thing, I think this is why I love that era so much haha! As for other city models, I do hope to move to functional custom rigs. I've been super inspired lately by Criga88 (Seen below) over on Flickr and how the models are quite similar to the City sets, but have much more details.
  25. Haha it is I just figured out how to embed links, so here is a better picture lol
