Reminds me of a lemon story... (oh, nevermind). Silver Saves the Soul. From what? Who said werewolves? Interesting notion. This place is getting more mysterious by the minute. Is the sword sterling silver?

This is really a unique creation and train Tinn-man. I've never seen one of these rail cars before. I think you've done an excellent job at constructing it in LEGO, and I like how you've pictured it with the Lionel version and BNSF for comparison. Do you plan to add any custom decals? Front-paged!

Here's an unusual change from the traditional steam or diesel locomotive. LEGO Train fan Tinn-man has created a M.O.W. Speeder. What's a MOW? you ask. It's a small train car used for carrying workers and materials from one part of a rail line to another. Tinn-man even compares his version to that of a Lionel train as well as a LEGO BNSF for size comparison. Visit Train Tech to see more pictures.

Western Lego figures
WesternOutlaw replied to I Scream Clone's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
All nice except two that I'm not real fond of. #1, The Fancy City Slicker's torso looks a bit too fancy; and I'm not real fond of the Sheriff which looks a bit too modern with the suit and badge. Aside from that, the others all look real good. I am curious about the dark brown bandito torso. What set is that from? EDIT: one suggestion, maybe use a tan or different color hat for one or two of the figs to mix it up a bit. I look forward to seeing your town ISC. -
This is a very unique creation L-space and I like how it's illustrated in your first image. I love the tower which would make a fantastic lighthouse design. Overall, this is very imaginative with excellent components. Does it have an interior? I think this deserves some front-page attention. Very nice!

L-space creates a very clever Observatory as part of his Unseen University in Ankh-Morpork:

This is nice, but why have you posted it in this topic?

Thanks for the comments guys. I originally tried using all red legs/pants, but wanted to create the look of a longer shirt/jacket. Yes - good eye Tedbeard. That\'s exactly was I was envisioning when adding the legs with red hips. I love the shako having never had any from the original Pirate line. I would never have guessed that I'd be breaking out the old fire station to use these torsos for this purpose. How versatile they really are. Great idea. I wish I had more of the torsos. I almost positioned in the same manner, but I was too lazy to pull out the WW set to look at the boxart. Got the idea from 6706 Frontier Patrol It does work. Yes - that's it. Thanks. What an Army. Thanks again everyone for the positive feedback. I'm pretty much done with the village now.

Don't worry about the Review Index. Names of new sets will be updated as new reviews are posted. Names also vary in some countries. Your review has been indexed and I've added a poll.

I think this is a neat little Car Dealership Sens. I like the fact that it's three floors high and see-through on each floor. This reminds me of old Hot Wheel / Matchbox garage sets we played with as kids. Front-paged!

Yes, thanks for sharing, but these have been circulating for some time (and provided in this thread a few times).

Nice job LT. This looks like a very useful utility car. I like the placement of the tools in the front. It would make a great Impulse Train set.

Welcome LP. Look forward to seeing your MOCs LT.

MOC: Modular Apartment with Erdy Icecream chain shop

Not to forget to mention EB's Front Page. -
Welcome to Train Tech Legoist. It's nice to see another "dad" join our forum. Kids always provide the best excuse to buy toys, but many around these parts would say that they don't need the slightest excuse to buy LEGO. LEGO Trains is a great theme, and how I wish that I could have purchased more when I was a kid during the late 70s. Rather, I didn't pick up the hobby until the My Own Train collection was available. But still, now I have a great collection and I enjoy them very well. In any case, welcome again, and I look forward to reading some of your train topics, as well as seeing your train MOCs. Hope you enjoy the board. Oh, BTW: do you have any of the Thomas trains for your toddlers. -They look like great trains for the little tots.

Excellent switcher M. I really like the color scheme, and the way you created the diagonal shift between green and white looks fantastic adding to the quality of the train. Combined with the flat/square look of the engine by use of the tiles, and the little accent of yellow, you've created a really nice switcher. Oh, and nice job on the railing as well. I would really love to see LEGO offer a few single engines like this. Great job! I've front-paged this creation, but you should resize your images to site standards which are no larger than 800x600. -But thanks for sharing.

With a wonderful green and white color scheme to match LEGO's Cargo Train, train builder Michaelozzie shares his latest MOC, a Vossloh GD1700 Switcher.

Expert builder I Scream Clone creates another beauty, this time a Modular Apartment Building. His creation even includes an Erdy Icecream Shop on the ground floor. I scream, you scream, "I Scream Clone" screams for ice cream - LEGO modular style that is!
