  1. Since this thread appears to be a little walled-off, I'll mention that news of a possible "name" hit the 2018 rumor discussions last night; it was sourced to a moderately reliable fellow, but it was so patently fake in the sense that folks would expect that it likely won't make its way here. I am in the midst of discussions with many people who have varying levels of accuracy; some are historically accurate on a pretty predictable level. If anything tries to surface, I'll catch it.
  2. Y'know, as stupidly obvious as it sounds, maybe one of us should just ask him... it isn't going to hurt. On the off chance that this fellow is not a joke, the name would come up in the search function on the official site as a "Coming Soon" label.
  3. It's not about that; it's about mashing fans into categoires that they don't belong in, and making objectively false statements. Anywayy yu begin to slice it, a constraction line that followed this scheme would be a clear departure from what TLG has done in the past; hopefully, folks will give it a chance if it ever comes to pass. And I agree with you on the size of the figures; that's exactly what I'd like to see, and that's likely what constraction needs.
  4. This is pretty much one hundred percent untrue in every way, but tbh I don't have enough time to argue it right now, so I'll just let another fellow (Aanchir?) do it. -Azani
  5. I won't go into a ton of detail here (at least not publically), but I've heard similar rumors from sources outside of a certain anonymous image board. So it's not a guaranteed fake. And yes, a 2HY 2018 retail catalog would exist at this point in some parts of the world. That said, I'd be pretty fundamentally surprised if it turned out that this was legitimate. I'm interested, of course, but I wouldn't get invested in the concept. As a quick note: I'm pretty sure that we knew the names of the 2HY G2 sets (Ekimu, UtD, and the Beasts) around this time back in 2015. It's very uncommon, sure, but leaks do happen this early.
  6. Nope. Not everyone has seen them, and since your model wasn't totally accurate, I assumed that you were one of those folks.
  7. Nice to see a larger number of folks tackling this one; have you seen the official instructions?
  8. While we're sticking to speculation,I'd love to see some updated Triwizard Tournament sets with brick-built creatures and a smattering of technic functions in the newer, smoother-looking architecture. A compact, modular, 40-60 USD set would be incredible.
  9. Judging by the rumored identities of said sets, I would say so, yeah.
  10. I can definitely see the backing for your words, man; that said, I'm glad that someone suggested that you amend your phrasing, to put it one way. :) So, a fellow on r/legoleaks has high-definition photos of the stickers and (mildly high-quality) photos of the instruction manual, as a heads-up.
  11. Regardless of how unfortunate that is, it's still incredible that they haven't corrected their mistake yet. It appears to me as though all the sets in question are still listed as available for order with a wait time of eight working days. Aa far as I've ever been around, there shouldn't be an issue there. The sets can be found on these pages.
  12. I can't ensure a complete answer to that... ...But I can answer this. Here's what we know as far as the buildable figures go: Late December/January 2018 75533 Boba Fett 75534 Darth Vader April 2018 75535 Unknown Han Solo Movie Character 75536 Unknown Han Solo Movie Character (29.99 €) 75537 Darth Maul Glossing over the question of whether or not the rumors for a 3PO figure were ever substantiated, I don't think so, no.
  13. Solid find; there are a few others, but I'm not sure if they're relevant or not. "LEGO Star Wars zulu" - 48.99 € "LEGO Star Wars Microfighter" - 16.99€ "LEGO Star Wars Han Solo 2 Constraction" - 28.99€ EDIT: I've caught that Scredeye already mentioned the constraction set (it's 75536, for the record)
  14. I'm not sure what 'your' UCS mark refers to... I believe that we've established that it isn't technically a UCS set.
  15. I don't think that said issues with mega-popular content creators should be too much of a problem. You'll run into little doubt from me on the vailidity of releasing this one day before the street date. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6K6kk-6ybc
  16. Perhaps that's the issue. Seems as though the TLJ sets will all be in stock at my local Walmart at midnight on Thursday, after I saw the pallets on Saturday. Looking good!
  17. That's too bad. I quoted the "right thing"... not sure what your issue is...
  18. I caught mention of this set via the Star Wars 2017 thread. Is there any word on whether it will be modular scale, and what the minifig selection will look like? Alfred?
  19. No problem. The video is up on YT, by the way.
  20. Nope. No idea as to what you're referring to. Well, y'know, no one ever said that it wasn't both.
  21. This is freaking nuts. It looks incredible; almost like the dreams that I had for a UCS MF. I feel bad for TLG that images of this got out before the intended announcement.
  22. As of today, both are gone; the mirror was taken down and the fellow by the name of lego_peru had to remove the majority of his leaks. Sorry about that; PM me if you'd like to request certain images. EDIT: :) JANUARY 75533 Boba Fett - 25€ 75534 Darth Vader - 35€ APRIL 75535 (Han Solo Film) (Likely Han Solo) - 25€ 75536 (Han Solo Film) (Likely Beckett)- 25€ 75537 Darth Maul - 25€ I know the above prices for certain. -Azani
  23. You're right; it isn't a coincidence that Harry Potter sets are currently rumored. It's a guess made on the part of @Amazing Bricks because there are Harry Potter sets rumored as well. Funny how that works, right?
  24. That's, uh, quite the understatement. I would be significantly interested in any sort of Collectible Minifigures Series, but I'd understand if TLG prefers to focus on non-licensed figures for the time being, during a period of rapid expansion for them. So, this is fantastic news to me. As far as individual sets go, a Weasley's House or a Malfoy Manor would both be fantastic, but I'm psyched for this either way. Outside of Star Wars, this may be one of the few System themes that I'll actually consistently collect, as the depth and variability of Harry Potter's world was a major presence in my childhood. I'm sure that my little sister will love this news as well. Thanks, Sir von Lego!
  25. What exactly do you mean by the term "missed them"? They're all currently posted in a mirror of the original post on "r/legoleaks". Just check the comments. Alternatively, you can check out the user "lego_peru" on Instagram. :)
