Maybe it will be a Quidditch set. But I could still see it being a DA module or Borgin and Burkes, especially if it's just one building and not two. Ollivanders and Malkin's is $90 and this new set is supposedly $75-90.

Maybe another Diagon Alley module? Or Knockturn Alley's Borgin and Burkes? I know we're getting QQS and Fortescue's already and it's been one per year so far, but Lego doesn't really follow patterns.

Set 43258 is Disney Moana Kakamora Barge. Said to be $99.99. Comes with Moana minidoll, Hei-Hei, Maui bigfig and 6 x Kakamora. The Kakamoras have various prints on what looks like a new piece to me, but I could be wrong. Either way they haven't gone with the printed minifig head.

I was going mad too with this and was literally going to ask the same question on here the other day and then the club just ... clicked into the hand. I haven't removed it since so don't ask me how, but it should click in!

Think you cast some Disney magic. As much as the set looks like a lovely build with all that colour and shaping I've got nowhere to put it (my Disney Castle is taking up half my wardrobe space and I do need the other half for clothes ). So it's probably going to have to be minifigures only for me and seeing as Belle looks to be the sameish as the Magic Of Disney set, that will just leave Beast. Goodness knows what he'll cost though.

I'm going with Quidditch Pitch. I've thought a D2C Quidditch Pitch might happen for a while and I think Lego has gone through enough more iconic locations now that it could well be time for it to happen. We're also getting QQS in this year's DA module so could be some torso reuses etc. Plus it would make a change from buildings. I wouldn't buy it personally as I've stopped collecting the play sets let alone D2Cs, but I would love to add some of the teachers from the Quidditch scenes in their outside attire to my minifigure collection. A Lee Jordan with the black dreadlock piece would also be cool.

I'm not actually buying this wave of castle just getting the minifigures, but it will be interesting to get another larger section this summer and hopefully see how it's going to come together more because right now with the Owlery and Flying Lesson section it all feels very bitty. The Owlery, Boathouse and Potions Class are also down to retire this year so again some of the sections will be off shelves before the castle has really got going. I know they can't keep sets around forever, but considering how long the Astronomy Tower remained around whilst the whole next line of castle sets were on shelves what stays around does feel rather strange some times.

I keep hoping we'll get lists seeing as we've had Summer Star Wars and Ninjago. Hopefully soon.

Me too. I think they included the only common room that didn't play a role in the films in the Great Hall set because that is canonically where the room should be, so I struggle to think that they won't include at least the Gryffindor and Slytherin Common rooms if not the Ravenclaw Common room too by the end of the modules. Gryffindor's could be in this year's tower, whilst I'm expecting Slytherin's to be with whatever set the Chamber of Secrets shows up in.

Can you imagine if it's 40 microfigs.

I think @ArrowBricks means 8 x standard B1 battle droids, 1 x Pilot B1 battle droid and 1 x Commander B1 battle droid.

I would like a later movie too. Dumbledore's Office with a later Gambon Dumbledore would be a nice change over COS Dumbledore's Office. Dumbledore's Office, Umbridge's Office and maybe even the Room of Requirement could all be fitted in the Main Tower I would think and covet OOTP pretty well.

Like you I think Ripper is a given, but I'm not holding out hope for Fluffyshanks as the Grim didn't get the CMF wolf recolour treatment that I think would have been a lot better for the Grim. Happy to be proven wrong though! I'm hoping we will also see Fawkes appear in the Main Tower, either in his CMF form or an open winged flying version would be great. So long as he's not reduced to a red baby bird. We've got quite a lot of the creatures from the HP movies now so I can't really think of what else to expect. The Basilisk has got to show up again at some point and I'd say Fluffy likewise seeing as you really can't have the most detailed Hogwarts ever and miss out creatures and scenes that are crucial, but I'm not expecting them this year. I would love it they did the DADA classroom and put the Boggart in in Snape form, but again I would expect DADA to show up as a separate set. They could easily sell it with Boggart Snape, a Dementor, a spider build etc. Would make for a fun little set. Funnily enough, I was looking at owls on BL yesterday and came across that Friends dark tan smowl and hoped it might appear in the Summer wave. The Dreamling piece was my suggestion and I agree it is slightly oversized, but seeing it in the nougat colour already it looks like it would be a good approximation of the Mandrake form. I'd say it is no more oversized than the round printed bricks are undersized, but the fact it doesn't fit in a pot might be its downfall. I'm guessing the Monster Book of Monsters will be a similar concept to the GWP and have the opening jaw mechanism prioritised over any internal play features seeing as that is what the book is known for. The GWP mechanism was actually quite good when rolled on the right surface. Brick built creatures aren't really my thing so I can't say I'm hoping for any in particular.

Does anybody else think that the Herbology Class set might use the Dreamzzz Dreamling root piece for Mandrakes or will they just stick to round bricks?

Maybe it was simply a production issue in terms of quantity, so Lego decided to delay release. Annoying to see that Stan doesn't have his ticket machine printed on his torso so the minifigure seems like another downgrade from the previous version. I don't get why they'd do that when it would cost no more than accurately representing his torso.

Yes so would I to be honest, but I'm guessing they will go for something that expands, and therefore promotes, the new flagship castle line.

If we do get an advent this year, then I'm thinking they might circle back around to the Yule Ball again as this would be something they could market as interchangeable with The Great Hall. Or if The Main Tower does have the Gryffindor Common Room in, then maybe they might do some figures relevant to a Christmas scene there.

Oh don't tell me this is how we get SM-33. Guessing it will probably be BB-8, but it could be an IG I suppose or maybe a simple battle droid. A Magna Guard would fit with the current Clone Wars obsession, but I mean these things apparently sell so well, they might just get lazy and give us a good old gonk.

It's even more disturbing that they include the dalmatian puppy in the set together with Cruella and that spotted dress ... I mean, the puppy's fate is literally screaming out in black and white dots. If you look at the way the Cruella minidoll is posed in the front box art as well, they couldn't do more to emphasize the fact. Never ever can the excuse be that Lego doesn't include something in a set because it's 'too dark'!

I'm sure it will come down a bit at some point on Amazon which is more than I guess will happen for Lego unless it does come down in one of their random sales, but they are so unpredictable. I'd say for this year it will be the only Castle module exclusive, but over the entire life of this new castle line perhaps not. That being said, Lego seems to have a thing for making castle flying lesson modules exclusives.

In the UK it seems to be a Lego and Amazon thing at the moment.

He has a Beater's bat because this is the scene in the movie where Wood takes Harry out onto a lawn at Hogwarts and shows him the different Quidditch balls. Before releasing a Bludger, Wood hands Harry a Beater's bat and when the Bludger comes racing towards them, Harry hits it and manages to make it fly straight through the middle of a statue's crossed swords. In this scene, Harry doesn't have a broomstick. So the polybag is accurate to the movie depiction, apart from the fact that the statue should be high on a castle parapet and Harry should be wearing a blue jumper and not a black one that is exactly the same as Wood's.
