I'm probably going to be unavailable during the time today will be ending. And while I'd like to vote off someone potentially less "high impact" as I like to think of it [such as Hera (Which would mean we'd have a lynch and the benefits of that lynch, as well as settle this whole miller or scum discussion thereby removing a potential distraction which could fog things up later on)], I'd rather lynch Forresto than go into day three with no lynch. *Shivers* So I'm going to... Unvote: Batgirl (Tariq J) Vote: Wonder Woman (Forresto)
-
I honestly don't think @Forresto is the one either. I think right now she's just desperately trying not to get lynched. So much so IMO that maybe she could have a power role. It's funny. I'm starting to feel you can't really skip the day one lynch. whether our first lynch is on day one, day two, or maybe even day three, it's still a day one lynch.

Well I would say most of my suspicion stems from her (as I view it) attempt to reinstate the bandwagon against me early on in today, as well as the potential bandwagony nature of her vote as Khscarymovie4 has mentioned. However she's explained her actions pretty well in regards to my first suspicion IMO, so I'd be willing to let it go for now thereby putting her on a level playing field with wonder woman on the scummy level at the moment.

@Khscarymovie4, who voted for me yesterday that I'm most suspicious of at the moment? @Tariq j. After explaining my reasons for why I voted for Hera, he replied saying... I've explained my reasoning for why I voted for (not "went after") Hera. Now, I want a reason why I shouldn't have voted for Hera, and what was actually wrong with voting for Hera. Just stating a fact.

@Foreman went after the miller claim first, and I placed my vote with the intention of getting discussion going and not to seek a lynch as I've mentioned multiple times now. I feel like the scum are trying to finish what they started yesterday which is to start a bandwagon lynch against someone they view as an easy target.

[WIP] Transparent yellow turmeric dyed Lego windshield
Trekkie99 replied to Trekkie99's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Here we go! Three teaspoons of turmeric. I'm sure one could add more, but three teaspoons is the minimum amount I'd recommend. -
@Khscarymovie4, why didn't I change my vote? Because I wasn't seeking a lynch, we weren't heading towards a lynch (at least not one I could or would join LOL), and being day one no one else made any claims that struck me as odd or suspicious so I kept my vote on Stickfig because there was no pressing reason to change my vote. As for why my lips slowed if not ceased to make a noise is because I felt that I had already explained my vote, my actions, and myself perfectly clear.

[WIP] Transparent yellow turmeric dyed Lego windshield

*Smells* Nope. Fortunately there is no smell whatsoever on the windshields. Thanks! I just tried again but this time with three teaspoons of turmeric. And honestly I think the results are spot on! Again, I don't know if you can overdo it, but I prefer to play it safe for now. I'd take some pictures now, but where I am it's night. Taking pictures using artificial light for me is such a pain! So I should have some pictures available by tomorrow. -
[WIP] Transparent yellow turmeric dyed Lego windshield

So I just dyed another windshield but this time with two teaspoons of turmeric. Pretty dang close. However there's still a hint of neon green in there. I'm starting to think that assuming you can't turn the windshield orange, you might as well just use like four teaspoons or something. -

LOL, I was just thinking something similar. What if someone thought it was an official Lego part, and they'd be wondering why they couldn't find it on bricklink. -
[WIP] Transparent yellow turmeric dyed Lego windshield

Basically I boiled a cup of water, added a teaspoon of turmeric, and dropped the windshield in and stirred it every now and then. I did this a couple of times, each time taking the windshield out and reheating the turmeric water until it was boiling again, and repeated the process. Afterwards I let it cool and then rinsed it off under some cold water. When you look at it with your own eyes next to a real trans-yellow windshield, the color is pretty close, but I could see adding another half (maybe whole) teaspoon of turmeric to the mixture. Right now it's a little bit on the green side. Adding more turmeric would definitely be an improvement. -
Been wanting to try this for awhile. Not bad. :-D Real windshield on the left, dyed one on the right. Kintobor's Cosplay Mafia Day One: Super Mafia Bros
Trekkie99 replied to Kintobor's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Well it's good to finally see some finger pointing. I've had two or three lives before this one, and I believe there was a miller claim in one of those. I never paid attention to it then because I wasn't completely sure what their role was, but @StickFig put it so simply, and I quote: I am town, but I show up as scum when investigated. To me that sounded like a great place for a scum to hide. And since it's only day one I thought it would be the best place to put my vote in order to get some discussion going. I just enjoy teaching new players. In my post where I cast my vote, I never implied that I wanted to lynch her. Like I've said above, I just thought it was a good place to cast my vote in order to create some discussion. My post which clarifies that I don't want a day one lynch was mostly me coaching are new player @Foreman.
