Leaked images of the Winnie the Pooh set have popped up, and Rabbit's head mold looks very much like what they will use for Bugs.
-
This seems to be an incredibly cheap year for quality Disney sets, considering this and the new Mickey sets. Maybe they learned from the Train?
-
Yep, and they even made little cartoon bees you can pin to surround the beehives. It looks great. Forgot to mention the confirmed final lineup is Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, Tigger and molded Eeyore. Also... can't be sure, but it LOOKS like Rabbit and Pooh do in fact have medium legs.
-
Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore are the big mandatory 4, the fifth can be swapped around but I think it’ll be Rabbit using the same mold Bugs Bunny will have.
-
I'm expecting Eeyore to be a new mold that looks like the pig animal, and then two other animals. Christopher Robin would be too wonky and Tigger and Rabbit are popular/fit the minifig proportions. Pluto in the new Mickey sets shows that they are not afraid of making new molds for Disney animals now.

I wonder why they are so hesitant in releasing a Peni Parker + mech set or one featuring her? -
Something I just considered, maybe one of the reasons this theme does so well is because it has a good blend of vehicles, buildable creatures and structures. Like not even looking at the source material, it seems to hit a broad stroke of what lots of different kinds of LEGO fans want.

Was the idea that it was supposed to represent him being stupidly pale? Because I remember that from the books.
-
I can only assume they are either ee set concepts the leakers don’t like, anniversary style remakes of old sets and/or things that go against the general set wishes of this community (Gringotts, DH sets, Battle of Hogwarts)

Everytime I see the Venon minifig I just get sad it's not a Bigfig. -
Very late on this, but I’d like them to do another round of Hogwarts Moments taking place in the common room. Would probably be the only way we ever get Percy, and the other house ghosts.

To be fair, in this case, most of the sets would be either City tier suburbs or that one moon vehicle. I’d really like if they got creative and did a “movie set” of the kitchen and have the characters be able to act out sitcom stuff OR just tear things up. Maybe B/W AND color versions of Wanda, Vision and the villain? -
I would think DADA with Lupin would be the most likely, including a boggart or at least the closet.
-
One of the sets that could be seen as disappointing is a remake of Hagrids Hut in the 1/2 style. However if it happened it may allow for a new Norbert and the long awaited Fang mold!
-
I hope DC finds a way to appeal to kids, otherwise the longevity of this theme isn’t looking too hot.

Find it strange that they're walking back on the skin tone variation for Asian fleshie characters. Maybe they heard the pushback about Cho Chang and Doctor Wu? -
Really wondering if the $250 set and others will be some kind of “addon” for the Fluffy and CoS sets that puts in the Philosophers Stone basement challenges. Would be an odd choice but I’d look forward to everything but the minifig choice... besides maybe PS ghost Voldy? That would be cool.

Morris is apparently a Dijiang, which is a featureless creature with wings and multiple legs from Chinese mythology. https://cryptidz.fandom.com/wiki/DiJiang -
I've always hated the artstyle change from PoA-onward (despite enjoying PoA as a film) so I'm glad that we can have HD sets of things like the first 2 and figures like the OG Dumbledore and Flitwick. The Flitwick change has always annoyed me and was like a foreshadowing of Yates dumbing things down in the future.
-
I honestly like how these sets work as a modular more than the existing ones. The older sets are more detailed, yes, but the finished product is difficult to display and doesn’t look very coherent.
-
I think it's going to end up being something similar to the infamous Attack on Hoth, just with Harry Potter theming.
-
Watching Harry Potter 1 right now, and there’s a woman sitting with Dumbledore in the first quidditch game that has the exact red hair/black hair combination that was on the leaked “combo figure”. Maybe we’re getting another quidditch set? Maybe that’s the big set?
-
I think the sign is the special thing, not the figure.
-
If the red hat isn't from another theme (I wonder if it could be from Wandavision) then it's likely a background wizard from Diagon Alley in movies 1 and 2 that's more obscure than Florean and the camera guy.
-
I'll have a hearty laugh if this was all building up to Merula Snyde getting a figure.
