The real question is how much did you pay?

I preorder my copy of the SW advent on Amazon.
-
That is a pretty vindictive move.
-
I think AC DCs song Back in Black is more fitting.
-
It doesn't, but such comments can be made via PM. Just saying.

Disregard.

Some of you guys really kill me, you really do. Sometimes I think this a Jerry Springer forum versus a Lego forum. I also find it amusing and annoying at the same time that there is always more complaining on how poorly a set is made and how it could be made better, versus how it is good it looks. Constructive criticism here there is ok, but jeeze it's like every other post is nothing but negativity. I've said it before the majority of these sets are designed and marketed for kids...so they are designed for a child's interests. You want it better.....and cheaper...go to Bricklink and make your own MOC.

20 Death Star Trooper BP's. Got them for 50% off, no tax and free shipping. 4 B Wings at 20% off with the same deal.
-
So are all these NO mini figures legit Lego or are they knockoffs made in Siberia? If they are indeed legit, how are the sellers getting their hands on them and selling without Lego swinging the legal hammer down on them.

Two Death Star Trooper sets and the 2015 SDCC Lego SW Exclusive.

If the rumor of Echo Base is true, I am not so sure it will fill the void of the Death Star. To echo Darth Punk, the Death Star is a much more iconic than Echo Base, plus I think it has more playability. I don't think it will bite Lego in the rear too bad in the terms of sales, but also I don't see it lasting seven years like the Death Star.

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
ISDAvenger replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Very iconic ship in the SW universe. It was built leaps and bounds over the previous editions. Between the latter and the included mini figures it makes it a very desirable set. I was able to buy 4 of them before the price went north. -
If you have not bought one yet, yes totally worth it. Nice set with mini figures.
-
Another Shuttle Tyderium, I have a sickness when it comes to collecting multiple sets. Got the Winter a Soldier and ESB poster.
-
An R2D2 mini fig. When did they add that in? Would be nice to have him to pair with my C3PO from my CVI set.
-
That is a great set. I still have one mint in bags. No box though. Great find!
-
Superbly done, very intricately done. Your attention to detail is amazing. Well done! Where did you get the big red tapestries at?
-
It's a piece of plastic made into a toy for a market centered around children. How about we just be thankful that the Star Wars exec's, especially the new ones since Lucas is gone, has and is going to continue to market Lego Star Wars for the years to come. I get constructive criticism, but jeeze people....some of you act like its the end of all things Lego Star Wars. Enjoy the hobby and be thankful for what you have and the years to come.

Picked up 7666 Hoth Rebel Base off E Bay for $73.41 shipped. Used complete with box. Look forward to having that set again.

Exclusives on the secondary market are priced astronomically, making them very hard to get. Personally I think the majority of the people who obtain them first hand get them only to sell them. It's BS. You should hear my story on how I got the SWCVII Exclusive. It was a nightmare.
-
I missunderstood the SDCC comment, I got you now. The CVI Boba and Chrome Vader are argumentative at best, but the white Boba is not and there are others. Enough gumming the thread up. Would be nice to see an exclusive SW mini figure at SDCC or NYCC, perhaps TFA mini figure.
-
Hmm. So what about the Chrome Darth Vader that was an exclusive at the Toy Fair in 2009? You could argue it was released in ramdom boxes later that year, but at the time this paticluer mini figure/ display was an exclusive for the Toy Fair only. http://www.millionaireplayboy.com/mpb/wp-content/gallery/toy_fair_swag/swag_18.jpg White Boba Fett first released at the 2010 Canadian Toy Fair. http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/Boba_Fett The 2012 Star Wars Celebration Boba Fett mini build had a unique Boba Fett albeit it was only a face change, a face that was used on other mini figures.....still you could argue that it makes it an exclusive mini figure that only comes in that variant in that paticluer mini build.

Are you sure about that?
