Lego Star Wars The Force Unleashed - 7672 Rogue Shadow
ISDAvenger replied to The Ghost Racer's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Good night! Looks like that ship flew through a dust storm lol/jk. I remember it, because I have it. My youngest brother had bought the set, but then gave it to me. The only thing I do not have is the Juno's hair piece. Not a bad set, comes with a damaged Darth Vader, which is cool. -
Currently deployed to Afghanistan, and had my wife ship a few sets to me in flat rate boxes. All four got here in fine shape. Additionally, to date I have submitted over 15 Bricklink orders since being over here and I have received each and everyone that was shipped to me with no shipping issues what so ever. I have faith in the postal system....at least on the US side of the house. Best of luck in whatever you decided to do.

Bazinga! It's a cool tag, I can deal with it. Thanks!

Woo hoo, 200th post for me! May I have my tag please?

That will be an interesting panel for sure. Wish I could make it. Still waiting to find out what Exclusives Lego might be offering. I am hoping for Star Wars, but I have a feeling it is going to be Super Hero related.

Thanks for sharing that video again. I watched it months ago, and was just thinking about it the other day. It is indeed very well done and very informative to watch.

I have heard that old Shaving Cream Brushes work well also. Dust off does work, but it does not get all of it off, so brushes are more thorough.

I agree, I would love to see a rehash of the set. I have a few sets of the 6211, but I feel Lego could do a much better job in designing a new one. As much as I would like to see one unveiled at Comic Con, I highly doubt it will happen. At this point, I am just hoping a Lego Star Wars set will be revealed period.

Incredible, that ship is a beast for sure. Would love to see it in person one day.

That is really nifty, I like the "spurs" on the back of the feet. Awesome use of stickers and the printed pieces too. It really sets the MOC off.

I was able to attend and show at Brickfair at Birmingham of this year. It was my first Lego Convention and had an absolute blast. I wanted to attend the VA one, but can not make it due to work. Planning on attending and showing next year though.

I was homeschooled from 1st to 10th grade, and spent the last two years in the public high school system. It was a culture shock. Our local school board did not give my sister and I credit for our home school educationa and I was forced to get a GED. I am currently pursuing an online Bachelors degree, but nothing in rocket science. I am not the smartest person alive, nor the dumbest. I got asked at a Lego convention if I was an engineer, and I was like, "Uh....no." I think a lot of it is based on talent, passion, and experiance, versus education.

Thanks for the welcome and selection. I look forward into serving the Empire "cough" "cough", I mean the Rebels with updates regarding Star Wars news, events, MOC's and other related information. It will be indeed an honor....defection and all.

That look is really interesting. I like the "chopped" look to it. I agree with Brickdoctor, the one cockpit does look a bit bulky, and takes away from it looking streamlined.
-
I agree with that as well. I really like the old design where they used the O/T mini-figures like in one of the Star Wars posters. I thought that looked really cool. Since the summer line only has 1 O/T set, I am hoping to see an increase in O/T sets for the winter line. I wouldnt mind seeing a couple of Sith SWTOR sets either. With Comic Con, and Celebration right around the corner hopefully we might get a tidbit abpout the winter line. Although like BrickDoctor said, July is a bit early for any winter sets to be revealed. Time will tell.

Interesting, Ill have to check it out. The Cult Of Lego is another good book for AFOL's to own. Its chock full of interesting information and pictures.

I would sell my ISD if offered the right price for it. Granted it would hard to part with considering all the labor that went into building her.
-
Lol, that is awesome! I like your rendition of her "back"! Great job!
-
I got you both, sitting on the table. Clever. Looks like your build is coming along, good luck!
-
How and where did you pick up a free 10030? For clarification, has it ever been built before?
-
You can either buy them off of E Bay like you have noticed, or off of Bricklink.

Welcome to the forum, there is a wealth of information, great people and awesome MOC's here. Look forward into seeing some of your photographs and creations.

You will have a blast man, guarenteed. I thoroughly enjoyed myself at Star Wars Celebration VI last year, my model was a huge hit.
