I just got today, half of all the first and second series harry potter sets MISB. For 12 dollars, along with a nice bin of other goodies, atleast 300-400 dollars worth *wub* Thanks Stanley *sweet*

What was the last movie you watched?
Brickmaster replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I saw that aswell! :-$ Then saw Night at the Museum much more recently. -

Brickmaster replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in LEGO Pirates
Congratulations Benk, a great entry and a great win. Nice entries to all the others aswell - It was a close one in the end. -
Broken Social Scene - Lover's Spit. It's an ambient alternative band, and is quite relaxing :-$

I was watching the eclipse too, almost noone knew about it here, I spread the word abit, it was quite a nice sight, normally Lunar Eclipses are at like the middle of the night |-/ So this was nice. It was quite a humbling feeling, seeing something so huge being blotted out seemingly in front of you, and even more erie was that you could see sometimes that the reflection kind of wobbled, got bright and dimmer for a second, larger and then abit smaller, quite a sight indeed :-$

Welcome, nice to see you around, neighbor ;-) (From Wisconsin. Bwahah)

Oh man, I would love to get every set in this line :-$ But I may just have to settle for the big truck and the swamp missions, as they contain the basics of the line - All figures and all special little accessories, and lotsa dark blue parts, and barbed wire, and and.. :-$ I like this theme, but my wallet says only those two are feesible 8-|

Welcome to the community, hope to see ya around the boards, always nice to see new members flowing in ;-)

Much too expensive for my tastes, especially for some hard to use specialty parts :-$ Dun get me wrong, I like em, they're just hard to find uses for, especially in such a mass. Congratulations I s'pose

I hope it's not another bionicle :-$ I would adore a good system theme with a nice story or comic behind it though - That's what's been lacking in the Lego original themes lately it seems - Storyline. Although it does leave you to imagine your own, you can do that anyway by ignoring the original comic. Usually the storyline plots out the uses of sets, and solves what would be mysteries. Like in the mars mission theme, why on earth (no pun intended) would they capture aliens and put them in them tubes? Energy? Prison? What did they do! We're invading them! You get the idea :-$ Would like to hear more though, like the overall plot or theme, thanks for the heads up.

Modest Mouse - Good News for People Who Love Bad News - Float On.

I love transparent things, dolphins being no exception :-$ Welcome aboard, nice to have ya.

Great job, heh. :-$ I don't enjoy all lego comics, but I especially liked this one. A classic (no pun intended) theme, and storyline. I would love to see the story evolve into other themes, I'll be waiting. ;-)

Woke up, the normal. Today was a real aloof day, really out of it. |-/ Had weight tests in fitness class, maxed bench, rest of morning classes, had a nice lunch. Then my afternoon got awrey. I took and probably failed a bio test, did the wrong section of bio vocab (50 terms before I found out..) then I was hiding in math class because I never do my homework, barely got away like always. *wacko* Then I forgot my locker combo because I just could NOT get my locker open. Late for english, failed an english quiz about on 'The Tale of Two Cities'. That book is boring! (Read the first few chapters but still managing 50%'s on quizzes X-D ) Then worked out afterschool. Mostly abs and calfs today. Meh.

I love the miniature versions of already made sets :-$ Very nice styling, well done.

Seeing these in the flesh I am not so sure about them anymore - I do like them but I'm not sure if it's enough for me to get them. I could basically make the big ship in the same colors with the mars mission I already have :-| Only one I am looking at now is the tank and such, but the big ship is still a maybe :-$ Thanks for pictures

I actually love this idea. It allows so many possibilities, and areas to where you could create humourus situation or just ideas for a great vig, all including your sigfigure. Would be a great spot to incorperate some use of action techniques aswell :-$ Would be sure to see a plethora of entries in this contest. I like it ;-)

Seether - Fake It. Muse is great aswell - Nice choice ;-)

The key to a jungle look is making it look crowded with foliage. Be sure to try and isolate the actual area you need to be covered in jungle (perhaps the rest of the area could be a rocky moss covered cliff or mountain) But crowded is a must - no matter how small the diorama, I'd rather have a small crowded one than a larger uncrowded forest setting? :-$

Sorry :-$ I mean no offence :-( I was searching for this topic aswell, and was going to suggest it was very similar to this one, but SinSin beat me to it :-$ List is still the same for me. Bought some of the Exo-Force aswell, but still just looking after the At-Te, Gunship, and an Indiana set. ;-)

VOTE OFF for the Pimp your IMTP ship contest
Brickmaster replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in Pirate MOCs
I'm with Benk, a beautifully done ship, with lots of little details, a steam wheel was abit to advanced for the pirates theme in my opinion ;-) -
Any news or photos on Toy Fair London or NYC??
Brickmaster replied to gusmoore17's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Wow!! Beautiful star wars *sweet* But the Republic gunship tag said 120USD.. ouch :'-( Looking at one set of the indiana jones aswell, one of speed racer, no bionicle or Batman (was unimpressed by Batman frankly :-/ ) Not too much for me for the rest of the year - just hunting down older sets I s'pose :-)
