  1. I beg to differ, they aren't too blocky atall. If you look in the early 90's, just about everything was blocky. And the army base - You'd just kinda expect that to be blocky :-/ I agree the designs are abit off, but with lego's expert designing and concepts they could easily make it into an ace theme. I don't see why people are all against it and stuff, I would utterly love an official theme! Dark green or camoflauge tanks and such :'-) I'd buy all the sets twice over. I love the concept. If you don't like the theme, don't buy the sets :-|
  2. Building a rather large destructive tank, I must say, I am loving it so far :-$ My first moc in a while. No lack of details on this one like the others *wub* I really like it, can't wait to show it.
  3. Collective Soul - December @ Mr. Exo - I don't have all too many JimmyEatWorld songs, but I absolutely love the beat of 'Pain' for some reason :-$ Good stuff ;-)
  4. :-D This could be taken badly on my part! :-P Luckily I have a sense of humor on my side X-D Great recreation, I'll be whipping mine up soon aswell. :-$
  5. I bought the Indiana Jones chase set thing, with the $5 target coupon. Ironically my Toa Terrain Crawler arrived today, after a 3 week wait :-| It's a simply lovely set, sooo many useful parts!! *wub* I can't beleive I got it for only $35, it's definately worth its retail price. I like the bionicle playsets, it's apity there aren't any planned for the new bionicle line that I've heard of :-(
  6. I just used one of these today when I bought the Indiana Jones chase set thing ;-) You can use it again, but only one per purchas (Obviously) :-| Good stuff, but does anyone know why target is having said coupon giveaway? Seems rather random :-$
  7. Jimmy Eat World - Pain
  8. Those are beautifully well made. X-O I've seen these around but never saw the brickshelf gallery. They're all lovely *wub*
  9. I wouldn'tve expected something like this out of lego's :-| But then again I'm not very surprised, with all the sad people of the world. My guess is once he got a hint of the easy money he just couldn't stop. Many things are like that, when money is easy, greed kicks in :-/
  10. Great song, take a look ;-) I love when it starts up 1 minute into the vid.
  11. Wow, this thing is lovely *wub* Ironically I'm not a brickmaster member, so I'll just have to see how it's built and build my own, our of back or grey, quite easily have the parts from what I see. Just not the same as dark gree, and I don't have an indy fig. But we can't have everything, eh? :-/
  12. I bought purple freaking shoes, along with reordering 8927 :-| First time It didn't get through.. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for this blasted lovely parts pack |-/
  13. Secret Machines - The Road Leads Where It's Led
  14. I am really enjoying the thought of PCS and 3vil themed sets - If theres a big peice count and a nice selection of peices, it's almost definate I will have to get them :-$ I'd love to see the whole thing. I also think it's amazing that lego is actually taking in its fanbase and taking designs from very talented people, like yourselves. It is definately worthy of respect for both lego, and for you guys, for acting as the middleman aswell, communicating to lego the thoughts of the lego Afol fanbase. So on that personal note, thanks guys. I would also love to see two large flagships from both themes if these do well - I would have no choice buy to buy them both up. You are both capital ship masters, and it would truely be a sight to see if some were to made into sets. The sets look great and detailed, not lacking atall. I don't know why some see them so badly :-/ Good job guys ;-)
  15. Great game, smooth animation, but I was also slightly dissapointed at the lack of the actual teleporting from portal to portal, I feel this was a great opportunity for a lego animation but there was barely any referance to that. Nice and smooth though, good credits song, for an even better game. Heh
  16. Im sure some of the entries will be absolutely amazing and would love to purchass, and I also bet that all of the ones TLC decides to industrialize will all seem random and I won't be interested |-/ I'm not getting my hopes up, if you expect the least you can never be dissapointed, but easily surprised in a good way aswell :-$
  17. Bon Jovi - Living on a Prayer Love the talk box parts :-D
  18. Looks great, I just wish the cape was off so I could see some greater detail of the hard to see black body. It's hard to build stable, and poseable, in such proportion, I know some of these problems aswell, heh. The leg design is great, I do say. Good job, you should be very happy with such a result ;-)
  19. The top of the monkey cage pattern is especially ingenius, good work ther ;-) I am imagining how to do a shark exibit now, but it uses the rare 8x8 trans blue panels. I may need to get my hands on some of these.. ;-)

    VBBN.COM???

Brickmaster obviously comes up with loads of hits :-$ My other name, Mark of Brick, comes up with much less, and links me to the other forms where that is my name, so no, nothing special :-| What I get for having commonplace names. But I dun mind ;-)
  21. Thanks for the review! *wub* I love the goblin armour and new helmets, I need to pick up the cheapest set that has both 8-
  22. Modest Mouse - Workin' On Leavin' the Livin' Great band
  23. You know the rules! First person to get a new major set has to review, else they get.. well, let's not talk about that ;-) Lucky find indeed! Must be one of the first if not the first to get these! Enjoy :-D
  24. Heh, excellent animation. The NSFW doesn't really apply here though, seeing as it's a forum also shared by younguns, so anyone with sense would never dare unless they want a swift hit of the banhammer around here, do anything like that. :-$ The postcount section is ever true aswell ;-) Quality, not quantity. (Same goes for Mocs, Artwork, almost anything) :-P A nice informative thread ;-)
  25. I much prefer the physical buying, lookin around at other sets in the store, I love browsing, with a huge old selection like some local shops here have (Some may know the story) I can literally stay for hours looking at sets new and old, and compairing from the 1990's they still have in stock to the new 2008 lines, I just love browsing, and sometimes I go places with one set in mind, and come back with something completely different :-$ I only order from shop at home as a last ditch effort, I've driven hours to get to a toysRus rather than ordering online for exclusives :-$
