  1. I have 3 main collections, Legos, Hess trucks, and coins. There is, also, a collection of a couple hundred Matchbox cars in my house from my brother's and my childhood.
  2. My loose part storage solution is different sized plastic bags. Smaller bags for individual piece types, medium bags for grouping small bags with similar pieces, and large bags for a couple medium bags. Currently I have pieces in 7 different large bags in one of my spare dresser drawers.
  3. Currently playing for me is Radioactive by Imagine Dragons
  4. Very impressive MOCs!
  5. Hello everyone, I've been moderately following the Technic forum for quite a while and made my account nearly 17 months ago. I'm not one to post much, unless it's about something I made, so that is why I am now finally introducing myself. I've just posted about my MOC Tractor Trailer here: A fun fact about me is that Lego Technic is the main reason why I chose to start studying engineering! I've loved Lego since I was a small child but got into Technic right before I started 8th grade. I chose to go to a vocational high school so I had to choose a "shop" to major in. During my open house visit I saw that the engineering shop was displaying Lego Mindstorm vehicles so that obviously grabbed my attention. Combine that with my excellence in math and boom, engineering shop it was! Currently I am one year away from having associate degrees in mechanical engineering, physics, and mathematics and am still an avid follower of Technic!
  6. Greetings from New Jersey! I am also facing the issue of too many Legos and not enough space!
  7. Greetings from the USA! I was just in Christchurch and Auckland a month ago on an academic trip and man oh man do I want to go back! I too am a fan of the Technic models so I hope to see you around in the Technic forum!
  8. Greetings from the USA! I was just in Christchurch and Auckland a month ago on an academic trip and man oh man do I want to go back! Nice collection with some classic Technic!
  9. I'm afraid I'm only allowed to post images smaller than 100 kb and my pictures are much larger than that
  10. Throughout 2017 I designed and built this massive 3000+ piece tractor trailer. This is by far my largest MOC and definitely my best work yet. This is not a recreation of any specific real life truck nor is it built to a set scale. Although the cab is mostly system bricks on the outside, the frame is largely Technic and the trailer is almost entirely Technic. Inspiration was drawn from Lego Technic 8285 and 42009 and Lego Creator 6753. I do have LDD files of both the truck and trailer. Feel free to leave a comment on what you think of my truck and any suggestions for improvement! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLowjdwrGcU For all photos: https://www.flickr.com/photos/162858504@N05/with/28224805797/
