Watched Disney's Tarzan recently. Great movie, especially Rosie O'Donnell as Terk . Also went to a press screening of Disneynature's Chimpanzee Tuesday. Tim Allen did a great job as the comedic narrator. He made everybody laugh so hard throughout the entire movie . The story of Oscar the chimpanzee was also very moving.

Nice review, Pandora and Rufus ! I'm not an Architecture fan, but I might get this set, it's such a great model, and it'll be good have it on hand while watching the opening ceremonies of the Olympics this summer !

Awesome shot! I love the way the photo is zoomed in. How did you do that?

Bought 9445 Fangpyre Truck Ambush at Target today. Tomorrow I'm going to buy 6868 Hulk's Helicarrier Breakout tomorrow at a LEGO Store.

Great funnies, Oky! I love the "Iron Chef" one !

REVIEW: 6866 Wolverine's Chopper Showdown
Mr_Malfoy replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Nice review, Clone O' Patra ! This set may be one of the best sets released this year. All that dark red ! Magneto's coloration is nice, with all the red and purple (although Magneto is old, right? So isn't it odd that an old man has a six-pack?) -
Numbered bags in sets- yay or nay?
Mr_Malfoy replied to Lego Otaku's topic in General LEGO Discussion
For smaller sets, I say nay (smaller sets don't have enough pieces for that). For bigger sets, I say yay (Larger sets with lots and lots of pieces need that, or it would be complete disarray when trying to build a set, especially a modular building or Star Wars USC set). -
My favorite Avenger has to be Iron Man. The preliminary version was ugly, but the final design came out very nice. However, my favorite minifigure from the 2012 Marvel line is Loki. He has so much detail on his torso and legs, and his helmet = !

Nice review, Jammiedodger ! This may be one of my favorite sets, besides Hulk's Helicarrier Breakout. I like the fact they included the Cosmic Cube (I wish it was in the other two sets he's in).

REVIEW: 6857 The Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape
Mr_Malfoy replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Well, since this review was bumped up, I have to say, great review, Clone O' Patra ! I simply love everything about this set ! I was so lucky to get this set before it sold out. -
It says that the story came from the comic in the LEGO set.

Oops, sorry. I put put MOC by accident, but I do mean review. I'll edit it now.

Cool MOC! I really like the use of the flower piece for the propellers. I just found out a few minutes ago I actually had an acestor who died on the Titanic. My reaction = . He was the engineer chief's clerk, was from Belfast, Ireland, married, and died 29 yrs. old on the Titanic. His body was never recovered.

Nice review, Tereglith! I love this set, except for Black Widow. She looks so old ! Quick question: does this set contain the Cosmic Cube?
-
Now I'm definitely going to buy that polybag, just for the TDKR mask. Just bought 6865 and 6867 today, and they're both great sets. However, the only dissapointment I have with the Marvel line is the lack of locations (Avenger-wise, not Spider-man wise).
-
Awesome MOC, TheJoker1! I love how it appears that Wolverine is driving/jumping off the cliff.

Bought 6865 Captain America's Avenging Cycle and 6867 Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape today (at Target and Walmart, respectively). At the Walmart, someone had ripped open a copy of 9444 Cole's Tread Assault and threw the bags and instruction manuals all over the shelves. Shame on whoever did that ! I just finished building 6867 while watching Disney's Tarzan on DVD (I love that movie ).

Well, I'm not sure if this counts, but yesterday I got my free survey prize in the mail. Turned out to be 8071 Bucket Truck. I'm never been a fan of Tecnic, but it's a cool model.

So, as regarding to the sets, I was wondering: What Serpentine Tribe is the easiest to collect? I'm trying to think up ways to build up a Serpentine army, and so far I've got this idea: Anacondrai - Pythor P. Chumsworth (1x) Hypnobrai - Skales (1x) - Slithraa (2x) - Mezmo (2x or 3x) - Rattla (3x) Fangpyre - Fangtom (1x) - Fangdam (2x) - Fang-Suei (2x or 3x) - Snappa (3x) Constrictai - Skalidor (1x) - Bytar (2x) - Chokun (2x or 3x) - Snike (3x) Venomari - Acidicus (1x) - Lizaru (2x) - Spitta (2x or 3x) - Lasha (3x)

None of my LEGO is organized at all . I do want to organize it over the summer, though...
-
You're absolutely right. I do have a question about the Fangtom minifigure. Is there anything on his head that restricts movement?
-
Nice MOC! I love the way the T-Rex is postioned, and the guts/gore is incredibly realistic.
-
Awesome comics, Penguin! I love the one with Joker and the lipstick !

An internet tale Winchester/Shaun of the Dead project on CUUSOO
Mr_Malfoy replied to Yatkuu's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Congrats on your project reaching 10,000 supporters, Yatkuu ! I think that you've become the most famous AFOL in history. If LEGO does a book on the history of LEGO in the future (years from now) you should get 2 pages all to yourself! Quick question, though. Does LEGO sell the CUUSOO products on their online store? -
Yes, I can see the headlines now: "Hundreds Arrested in LEGO Stores Across US Over Exclusive 'Ninjago' Snake Staff!"
