That's a really good looking set. The build is fantastic, I love it. Minifigures are also great. No Wanda is really disappointing tho. Not only is she basically the main character of this movie, but she's also literally on the box art! It also doesn't seem worth 30€, looks like a 20€ set. I also have no plans for buying this set, because I am as unexcited for ITMoM as one can be. -

You can see in lifestyle images that it's the same minifig. I have no idea why it looks reddish brown on some images, but it's still the same minifigure. -

I don't agree, WandaVision is just as kid-friendly as Avengers movies. First of all, practically speaking, that statement is as untrue as it could be: All 27 MCU movies so far - PG-13 (ages 13+) All Disney+ series so far (except for one) - TV-14 (ages 14+) WandaVision - TV-PG (ages 10+) WandaVision is technically the most kid-friendly MCU content. The series itself is a sitcom for like 7 episodes, a criminal-detective series for 1 episode, and a big CGI fight for the last episode. The series touches some more interesting themes with some unusual scenes, but it's still an MCU project that brings as much fun as any other one. It doesn't have mechs, creatures or vehicles, because it focuses on a single location. Saying that, for example for Homecoming, we got 2 sets: an ATM playset, and a white van. As for the series' success, they are all really successful. -

Not related to today's reveal, but to Boba Fett's Throne Room. This is proof that they could make a good brickbuilt Rancor: It'll be even more disappointing now if it sucks. -

Exactly. Take Ms. Marvel for example. People said 'well it doesn't matter if we'll get sets for this since she'll appear very soon in The Marvels.' Thing is, she has a whole new suit for The Marvels that's mostly red instead of blue. It's a completely new suit. -

I honestly don't care about the countdown, I just like opening a box every day. It feels more special that way imo. -

They can. When it comes to age rating, they are the same as all Star Wars series and MCU movies. They aren't really more adult and serious, they just touch some topics that MCU has never touched before, because they can allow creators to do more with a streaming series. Missing nothing? Hawkeye gets a whole new, more comic-accurate suit. Kate Bishop appears for the first time ever, and we have no idea when we'll see her again, plus she has 2 purple archer costumes. If they don't give us at least a set for Hawkeye, then what are the chances we'll get sets for Echo? Even lower than Hawkeye. I'm not saying we should get a whole wave for Hawkeye, but at least include those 2 minifigs in a Disney+ series. I don't agree with the whole 'well, we'll see them in another movie or series at some point, so we don't need to get them now' logic. -

In other news, it's Advent Calendar Day 1, can't wait to see all of those gifts. The one weird thing is that on the door of Day 24 you can see the spinner icon (the one for the game). If we're getting it on the last day, what was even the point of making that? -

LEGO need to get their act together with those Disney+ series. I am absolutely fine with having a CMF series to cover them, but I suppose they won't make a new Marvel series every year. So are they going to skip most of the Disney+ series? Come on LEGO, they aren't lesser than the movies. If you can cover Star Wars Disney+ series, then so you can Marvel. -

I was skeptical towards it, but after seeing that video, I am officially IN LOVE with this set The build is incredible. I love how it looks, both the outside and inside. The number of available hairpieces and heads is impressive, I love the concept of a customisable Harry Potter minifig. The set should be on Shop@Home in 2 hours, and I can't wait to see it in its full glory. -

A D2C could happen, we just don't know. The fact that there are no rumours doesn't mean that it's not happening. As for LoTR, I think it's definitely possible. Bringing back a beloved theme just like they did in 2018 with Harry Potter (because of FB:CoG releasing) seems like something LEGO could do. The LoTR series will be huge and REALLY popular, so LEGO would definitely see a business opportunity in this. As for the license, I have no idea. I don't know if anyone here does. -

The January or March wave consists of 4 sets (2 Hogwarts Moments, Hospital Wing and the Suitcase). There will be a Summer wave (most likely June), which will be bigger than the Winter one, and it will have more regular sets (like the Hospital Wing). There are no rumours about a D2C for next year. -

I've seen some confusion with the set numbers - they start with 76, not 75 this year. So yeah, at least one set reveal in 6 hours and 16 minutes. I wouldn't expect more since the suitcase is the only one they've listed. -

What you've just said is not only ignorant, but it's also plain wrong in some places. "Nobody, literally nobody has asked for a Phase I Cody/Red." You sure? Because just looking at the last 2 pages of this thread, I can see a lot of people being excited about getting those minifigures. Your relevancy argument is possibly the dumbest out of all. A New Hope released 44 years ago. So it's even less relevant than Clone Wars S1-3, yet we are still getting sets for that movie. TRoS, The Mandalorian and The Bad Batch is the most relevant SW content, right? So should we just be getting sets for those? Or no, perhaps your Battle Pack argument is even dumber - because this is not a Battle Pack. The Hoth Snowtrooper one is, but this one is an Accessory Pack. It includes 3-4 minifigs (usually all unique), and a small build. "Literally nothing new has to be done here." Really? Because I'm pretty sure we're getting 6 new prints (2 helmets, 2 torsos and 2 legs), along with possibly new accessories. Why did we get updated Vader variants after 1999? Nothing new had to be done there, eh? And yes, you are in the minority. This is quite the opposite of poor decision-making - giving demanded minifigures in a cheap set. 40557 and 40558. To be fair Accessory Sets don't introduce new moulds, so it was either Phase I or nothing at all. -

Wow, that's a really nice surprise! It's definitely great that people will be able to get those demanded minifigures in such a cheap set, 11 years after their last appearance. -

Well obviously I didn't mean December 17th, they won't reveal it that soon. Either way, the only thing (merchandise-worthy) that they still haven't revealed are Tobey and Andrew, that's it. And it's not like they expect people to be silent about them for weeks. The internet will explode the week this movie premieres, and it will be all over the internet. -

I hope they release spoiler merchandise right after the movie releases. We might wait for LEGO longer, but them revealing or starting to sell merchandise with actual spoilers will give me hope that LEGO sets have already been made. -

Well... that's lame honestly, but still better than nothing. Hoth Rebel BP isn't exciting at all, but I guess it makes sense with the Hoth Snowtrooper BP coming out the same day. It's nice to get Phase I Clone Troopers tho, a Prequel set is always welcome. I just don't get what LEGO is doing... regular Battle Packs are pricier, but the piece count and minfig count stays the same, while 15€ Battle Packs (which was the price for previous ones) now include one minifig less and even smaller builds...
