  1. The Spider-Man 3 Epic Moment set is quite possibly the set I would've wanted most as a kid. It feels so nostalgic to finally have it, after all those years. I hope they continue this little subtheme to give us more cool, affordable and displayable sets.
  2. Just built the Anniversary Display set. Well, it's simply wonderful. Truly a generational Ninjago set. The build works really well and it's very displayable. The minifigures are aplenty, and they look fantastic. Still don't like the ZX armour being golden for all the Ninja though; it definitely leaves a (very small) sour aftertaste.
  3. Fantastic set. The build is literally perfect. I love how compact and displayable it is. The interior is spacious enough too, and it's not overpriced. The minifigures are also amazing. I love seeing Nya with her old hair again. The parents look awesome too, just like the Season 7 minifigures. The Elemental Master is so great, I love that that's what they've chosen for the anniversary minifigures.
  4. I actually hate that they changed the silver ZX armour to gold. What's the point of an accurate remake if only half the Ninja will be accurate, while the other two won't? Also, not really a fan of how the crown wraps around the whole mask. I thought it'd be longer than the previous one, but not as long as this.
  5. This wave is surprisingly much better than I would've expected. Well done LEGO Marvel. The Ghost Rider set is cute. Ghost Rider looks great, ans I love the new fist pieces. The build is fairly good too. Spider-Man's car is probably the worst of the bunch. The build is pretty bad, and the minifigures completely uninspired. Daily Bugle is good for what it is, but it could've been more. The building itself is very nicely done, even if it doesn't feel like a 110€ set at all. It's pretty bare, all things considered. The minifigures are fine. Mysterio looks amazing, and it's nice to finally get a good-looking Rhino. The rest are whatever, unexciting. Buildable Iron Man is the second biggest surprise, because... it actually looks awesome? They've finally made a good buildable figure, that will look good on display, has a great minifigure, and doesn't cost 300€. It's overpriced, but still... The Hulbuster set is just great. The armour itself looks fantastic and isn't oversized like they tend to be. Hulk has amazing printing. The display stand isn't substantial, but it's really well done, and helps focus on the figures. Now, for the biggest surprise of this wave... it actually was a Spider-Man 3 set?! This is something I would've literally killed for as a child, and I'd sure as hell kill for it now. The minifigures are amazing—Tobey still has dual-moulding, Venom looks perfect, and Sandman even has leg printing, plus both villains have awesome accessories. The display stand is so good, what with all the metal and Venom's webs. And it also isn't overpriced? Like, 25€ seems fair enough. Definitely a day 1 buy. The Epic Moment Collection has the potential to become the coolest subtheme or gimmick this theme has ever done. They're actually affordable, look good on display, and may focus on movies and scenes we haven't gotten yet. I can't wait to see how they expand it.
  6. So, to start off, the new box art is gorgeous to look at. The Patronuses are a weird 25th anniversary collectible, and I don't much care for them. The cauldron looks good enough, but it's a weird set. Not really sure who it's made for, because it doesn't look too exciting to play with, nor so amazing as to be a display piece. The Cornish Pixie looks kinda bad, but not too terrible. I like the display stand though. The Sorting Ceremony sucks, I think. The minifigures are plain and boring, while the build is scattered. The wheel is obviously a nice reference to a set I own, but that's about all it has to offer. The Lovegood house is really good, if cramped inside. Ron should've been included. It's definitely an overpriced set. The Philosopher's Stone set is awesome. I love it as a display piece, it's really well done. I like that it's compact, and the minifigures are very detailed, but 160€ is hard to swallow. It'd be a better deal for 120€. The Privet Drive set is perfect, easily my favourite of the bunch. It's overpriced at 20€, but since it's so small, it doesn't matter as much. The minifigures are great, the builds are very well done, and I'll be glad to finally have a Deathly Hallows set. And now, for the worst Harry Potter set ever, and probably one of the worst sets I've ever seen in general... My god. The Ford Anglia is horrendous. It's so unsettlingly smooth. The figures are somehow twice as bad, and easily the worst thing LEGO has ever made. A terrible set to play with, and an even worse display piece.
  7. The mask is a bit weird, with the bottom being really point and the "crown" being much more prominent than before, but the suit looks fantastic. The fact that we're getting all of them in a single set us genuinely incredible, and I've never wanted to see a set more than this.
  8. It's also cool that Jay is once again a ninja. He even changed his hair back. I like his suit the least though. For some reason he uses a dark blue mask, which looks off. His arms are in that yellowish colour, so it looks like it's another tournament suit with bare arms.
  9. Some parts of the 2026 sets have leaked, including Jay's car, Cole's mech, Zane's chopper, and multiple Ninja suits and villains. Not a big fan of the suits this time around.
  10. Do you actually think Steve isn't... well... the worst minifigure you've ever seen? They literally butchered half of the minifigures. Jonathan is easily one of the worst there, but Steve is even worse. Not to mention how plain they all are. No leg printing really hurts how they look. The first set had incredible minifigures—they all looked unique, detailed, and extremely accurate. Here, most people can't even recognise half of the characters.
  11. When we heard about this set for the first time a week ago, I immediately added it to my must-buy list, because... duh, how could I not. I adore Stranger Things, and the previous set is my favourite set of all time! But after seeing this, I actually actively do not want it. It doesn't scream Stranger Things, like the previous one; it's just an abandoned house with two cars. If the minifigures were great, then maybe I'd buy it—but they are horrible. Already my biggest disappointment of 2026. Really unfortunate.
  12. Frankly... this set is quite a disappointment. The house itself is really good. It has a more striking colour scheme than the actual one, but that's not a problem. It definitely has all the right features, and the trees are super well built. The van and the car are nice too. Now, the main feature where you can pull it apart is awesome. Really creative, and definitely well executed. It doesn't really scream 300€ to me, but that would be acceptable if the minifigures were stellar... ...and they aren't. In fact, nearly all of them vary from mediocre to actually bad. Steve is one of the worst character minifigures I've ever seen. Looks absolutely nothing like him—the face is awful, and the hair doesn't work at all. Robin looks bad, the hairpiece doesn't work. Jonathan is even worse—the hair sucks, amd the face looks off. Nancy's faceprint isn't too good either. Will is fine, the hair isn't too good though. Dustin's faceprint seems too generic. Mike and Lucas are okay, but not great or anything. Max barely looks like her real self. Vecna looks horrible in dark red, they really should've went for a paler skin tone. Creel and Holly look good, although I've no idea how they actually look in the series. Eleven is actually amaizng, no notes—but one amazing minifigure out of thirteen is genuinely bad, especially since the previous set had amazing minifigures!
  13. The set is confirmed to be the Creel House! Comes with 13 minifigures, including Steve, Robin and Vecna. Includes side builds, such as the radio van from Season 5.
  14. Don't forget that he has a huge circular sound icon printed on this back, along with two warnings on both sides of his torso. Wow, does that look bad...
  15. The minifigure choices are mostly good. The Privet Drive set sounds like a highlight of this wave, and definitely the one I'll buy. Sorting Ceremony is the only one where I don't like the minifigures—they are nearly the same as in the Boathouse, which really makes those two sets rather incompatible. Couldn't they have at least included Ron over Hermione? And of course they ignore Ron again in the Lovegood house, because who needs Deathly Hallows Ron anyway, right...?
  16. It's a coincidence in the sense that the finale releases on January 1st (if you don't live in the US), and the first days of the month are the day nearly all sets release. For example, if the finale was set for January 5th, the set would still release on the 1st. So it's just a really cool thing.
  17. I absolutely did not expect it to release so soon. That's literally on the same day as the series finale! What a fantastic coincidence. If it gets a GWP, I'll have to buy it Day One. Thirteen minifigures sounds amazing. Probably the core five, Max, Nancy, Steve... either Robin and Jonathan or Joyce and Hopper. And then Vecna. I hope they choose an interesting location. The price point seems really reasonable, 300€ is just what I hoped for.
  18. But then again, Speed Champions Lightning McQueen (from the same wave) has 60 pieces less, no minifigures, and costs only 2€ less. Still, add a second minifigure to the Batmobiles, and they wouldn't be a bad deal (especially the Battinson one, which has a really good PPP ratio).
  19. I just hope it's not 500€ or anything like that, I want something more similar in size to the previous one. Maybe bigger, but not by that much.
  20. The Starcourt Mall seemed like such an obvious choice at a time, but I think that they will focus on the latter seasons—either something from the last one, or as @Coryo mentioned, the Creel House would also make sense. There are so many characters that we'll never get, but I do hope we get Max and Nancy, plus Robin, Steve and Jonathan. Anyway, can't wait to hear more details about this. Easily my most anticipated 2026 set.
  21. The description for the Ninja Anniversary Display set is genuinely insane! Because what do you mean we're getting a 40€ set with 447 pieces and eight minifigures, of which at least six are exclusive? Never been so excited for a Ninjago set. The Four Weapons Blacksmith also sounds awesome. The value is also great—90€ for 1259 pieces is something we haven't seen in a while. Nice that we're getting blacksmith Kai and his parents. Looks like the villains for Season 4 of Dragons Rising are called Loyalists and Acid / Earth Monsters. Interested to see how the Dragon outfits play out in the show.
  22. God, I hate this theme so much... this would ne a nice March wave for LEGO DC to promote their new Batman video game—if it wasn't all we're (probably) getting next year. The Batfleck Batmobile is really well-built. It's very sleek, the grey makes it pop, and it's definitely an improvement over the previous one—except for the cockpit. Batfleck looks really cool. Why is the cape black though? At least the helmet works fine here... Battinson's Batmobile is awesome. Somehow, it's a big improvement over the previous one (which was already really good), and probably one of the most accurate ones we've ever gotten. The minifigure is an improvement, thanks to a new face, dual-moulding, and a helmet with shorter ears. Still, it's not *great*. Just good enough. Unfortunately, Cloone'ys Batmobile isn't executed particularly well. It's missing a lot of texture, which really makes the design pop, whether you like it or not. The minifigure is awesome though, definitely the best one of the bunch. I almost forgot about the logo while writing this—man, what a laughable set. I like the texture on the logo, along with all the tiny easter eggs... but that's about it. It's an ugly display piece, and the minifigures are awful.
  23. LEGO should just make an Absolute Batman set if they love him so much. At least comicbook fans will be happy. Buildable Bane, whatever. Killer Croc. Give me his humongous car. I'll eat anything up.
  24. Sure, but my point is that now we're getting nothing besides Batman. Those waves were focused on, for example, Batman '89, and so it made sense to include only one Batman. Did I like it? Hell no. But this situation isn't any better. Well, at least we're getting Battinson with dual-moulding...
  25. Insane. Truly insane. We were laughing at all the Batman vs. Joker sets, so they started making ones with only Batman. Genuinely don't know what to say. LEGO DC found dead in a ditch.
