Insane. Truly insane. We were laughing at all the Batman vs. Joker sets, so they started making ones with only Batman. Genuinely don't know what to say. LEGO DC found dead in a ditch.

I, for one, have no idea how none of you guys have mentioned Timothée Chalamet's Robin yet, who was clearly the standout of the movie! I gotta say, I was hesitant of this casting at first, but he really delivered a wonderful performance of a 13-year-old boy who just lost his parents. I heard Tom Holland is already in talks to star as Jason Todd in Part III—no wonder they saved Joker for that one... Uhh... so I assume you haven't seen the post-credits scene, right? Man, I won't spoil it here, but your day is about to get ruined...

I honestly hope the Battinson Batmobile doesn't include Penguin, and instead we get Selina on a motorcycle, but this time with ger cat-mask instead of a helmet. Even as a huge The Batman fan, this set just sounds boring. They actually covered the whole movie so well with its three sets (and even then the first one was completely unnecessary). Unless the Batman minifigure itself gets an update. The last one was awful—the new one absolutely meeds dual-moulding and a more accurate mask. Plus a better faceprint. It should also be gunmetal grey. And I hope they use a plain cape, since the movie one isn't serrated. It looks pretty good in Legacy of the Dark Knight, the dual-moulding and the mask were its biggest issues. Sucks that they probably won't fix the other issues though...

Well... at least we're getting another Superman minifigure, I guess. I'd kill at this point for a blue and grey Batsuit.

I do hope Sandman is at least buildable, and it's not yet another Spider-Car with a boring Sandman minifigure. I don't believe it's a Spider-Man 3 set because it just sounds too good.

Superman proved that it can be a successful franchise, so I don't think LEGO will omit it once more. I'm sure we'll get at least a single set for it.

To be fair, I wouldn't be surprised if one of them was a Batman bust.

Really intrigued by this game. It uses a lot of movie designs and certain scenes, but doesn't seem to fully follow any of them. I thought it'd be just one movie after another, like The Skywalker Saga, but now I'm really curious as to what the plot is actually like. Wonder if it'll also incorporate comic designs, since there's no other way to include characters like Nightwing.

I don't think there's anything about this scene that would make it off-limits any more than, say, the Graveyard one. The Inferni would basically just be Gollums.

Damn, that's a really disappointing Spring wave. Out of five sets, it seems not even a single one is a regular playset with minifigures.

Yeah, the Torrent is a very close second. The price is just as good, the build is also amazing, and the minifigures are still great. Just a matter of preference in this case, really. ARC-170 has a hundred pieces less for the same price, and the minifigures are frankly boring and unexciting.

In fairness, even without taking Dedra and my love for Andor as a series into account, it's still easily the best sets of the year. The build is amazing and really detailed, the minifigures are great, and the price is actually almost fair. Can't really complain.

I'd add a small Half-Blood Prince set focusing on the cave—just a small island build with the basin and Slytherin's locket, plus a boat. I really want to get Harry in his red sweater, plus an Inferni.

If it has a $500M budget and 100+ marketing, it means it needs to make at least $1.1B to break even. You need to multiply the budget by two because of the shares the cinemas take. But yeah, I think it will actually fail to gather a significant sum of money. If the box office of their last few movies is anything to go by, with a budget like this, Doomsday will meet its doom.

The X-Wing sketch genuinely looks like a 30€, 4+ set. If this is the 100€ one... Wow, what am I even doing on this thread anymore. I clearly hate this theme and don't want anything except for more Andor sets.

I do hope we get at least one bigger ship each wave though. Would be a missed opportunity if we didn't.

I feel like anytime LEGO tries being innovative and incorporating things like smartphones AR, electric bricks etc. they end up failing miserably. People and kids genuinely don't care for those, according to my observations. We all just want good-looking, affordable sets with nice play features. A "smart brick" won't make a LEGO X-Wing any more exciting, especially when it effectively almost doubles its cost.

Those piece counts are horrendous... An X-Wing for $100 with 584 pieces? No thanks, I still love my beautiful $50 2021 X-Wing.

Absolutely. Also my favourite Pixar movie, and I still can't get over all the beautiful Ideas sets that got rejected.

Bought Partys Bar recently, really cute set. I love it. Got Alvida's poster. I'll also buy the Going Merry when it's on a bigger discount, but I do hope I won't end up with a bunch of the same posters. This is why I hate this mechanic—it absolutely doesn't work for regular sets, and proves to be more annoying than fun.

Huh, I love that we're getting more and more non–Disney Princess sets every year. Pixar ones are always great, hopefully something from my beloved Ratatouille.
