  1. I'm going through and sorting right now myself, will post some pictures when it's done. I went with the Akro Mills mini-drawer sets and they work pretty well for my specialty parts, though as many mentioned, they do fill up very quickly. I have some medium sized drawers and then the standard big ones from Wal-Mart. I'd like more big ones with better dividers in them though so I could just switch to using mostly them.
  2. I just had a bricklink order from Italy for like $80 in small parts. Shipping was like $25. Just ridiculous
  3. I personally use the bags in a large plastic box as a storage method too. I'm living with fairly limited space so I just keep my modular buildings out and then my top 4-5 sets, usually star wars ships or or something that rotate occasionally. The rest go in the basement after being packed pretty carefully.
  4. Definitely go with Parisian restaurant. The bank is decent but the restaurant stood out to me as one of the best in the last few years. Green Grocer/Parisian Restaurant/Town Hall are probably my favorites. I honestly wouldn't mind getting a large apartment building (like $200-250 town hall sized) with a lot of space inside with some empty rooms you can put your own stuff in. If it fits the theme it'd really add some life to a good Lego city
  5. Looks good for how few specialized pieces are used. Tiling everything like that always gives it a clean feel
  6. Fits right in! Maybe a little bit plainer than most of them color-wise, but that's actually not a bad thing. My problem is how to display all the corners now... I need a 3rd shelf
  7. I've personally been having a hard time resisting buying tons of the super heros heads off of bricklink. I fill up the cart with like $100 each time and change my mind... But they have such a good variety of the light and dark flesh tones that it really adds a lot if you're into custom builds/figs. I'd also like to thank x-men for one of the only three female black heads in existence lol, we could use some more variety
  8. While I much prefer the standard blasters, the inner kid in me does appreciate the play value of the stud shooters. They do add a lot of things you can do for how small/cheap they are. I just bought like 50 blasters off bricklink for like $10 and now I just use those, not a big deal.
  9. Damn, some day I hope to be able/have the resources to build scenes like that. I'd be interested to know how much grey you have and how you sort all of it lol
  10. I'd personally be super hyped for a entire series of classic late 90's/early 2000's figures. Like classic castle, space, western, and so on. Just take one or two figures from each and re-imagine them. Price increase seems inevitable but I didn't expect it so soon. Kind of puts a damper on things since I like to buy extras for parts.
